Cookies & Cream in Redbridge

My husband and I ordered a few white bueno milkshakes and I discovered a fly in mine! Absolutely disgusting

Would give zero stars if possible! Used to love this place. Our recent visit: Sold us a rock hard and dry tiramisu with no moisture what’s so ever! We were then offers something else- we tried the Oreo cheese cake and it tasted stale and gone off The staff member denied there being a problem and said they sell many without complaints! Told us they were fresh from This morning. Owners should be ashamed and embarrassed but these justified emotions seem lacking from them! Do not recommend at all. What a waste of money and an evening there.

I would like to make a complaint against Barkingside branch but unsure where to make this complaint! I went and placed an order for 2 shakes and ice cream, I waited and the young guys decided to serve fluttering girls before us, making me and my young kids wait outside. This is an unnecessary unacceptable behaviour. I questioned them and they said it was only couple of shakes but so was mine!!!

I did not receive the vanilla ice cream that goes with the cake. And the chocolate cookie dough was cold and hard. The manager on the phone said I was wrong and he was right because he packed everything. Very rude! Second time I have had bad food and customer service from this place.

Take to long and very rude, food is good but the staff let the side down. Won’t be coming here again or ordering from here again

Love the service in this restaurant, very friendly and attentive to theirs customers, the ice cream and deserts are lovely and at our last visit I have the peanut butter slice with coconut ice cream and the wife had crepes with banana, we both left nothing on our plates.

Been here before. Service is ok, they are friendly and not too much in your face. There are some staff though who forget it’s a business and not there own social environment for personal friends. The desserts are good. I had the Oreo cheesecake with cream, vanilla ice cream & chocolate chip ice cream. It was very nice and fresh. Even the Oreo biscuit on top was crunch not soggy. The iced coffee mint chocolate chip with even more cream, was delicious. Would come here again. Find it better that Creams at Gants Hill, and Sweets at Barkingside.

Visited the South Woodford branch last night after months in lockdown for the kids. Decided to treat them to cakes and ice cream, all of the cakes were hard , stale and well past sell by date! The management should be ashamed to sell products like this especially at £4 a slice! Terrible experience, considering the queuing required due to Covid- 19! Would never return to this establishment.

A friend showed me a plastic container of chocolate sprinkles with little maggots crawling around in it, please watch what you eat as after seeing this warning I have never gone back... food hygiene is awful 😷

Ordered two milkshakes via Uber Eats plus a Red Velvet slice of cake. To be honest, I thought they were going to be much worse! The milkshakes were very tasty and Red Velvet was not bad at all. I would definitely order again if Uber Eats keeps the free delivery!

Ordered £20 worth of takeaway from here - that consisted of a banana and caramel waffle, a piece of sponge cake, and a milkshake. Needless to say not impressed with my £8.95 waffle!!!! Received what can only be described as a piece of dry plasterboard with 5 slices of ripe banana on top. Nothing like the description via UberEats. Avoid!

Overall is a great experience love to have again. We had in the bradford branch at Leeds road Clean and plessent environment

Vile- rude staff and expensive for something so small. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Can’t believe that they are still I business. They were so rude when I entered, my ice cream tasted off and the cookie dough was vile.

Outstanding mint aero ice cream sundae, they even let me change my flavours of ice cream in the sundae. I will be back for more at the weekend!

They have a kids play area which is fab but charge for it which is ridiculous, desserts are lovely, restaurant is clean and service is good- other negative is no mobile reception but that would be okay if they had customer WiFi

Not friendly customer service at all, very disappointed. Doesn’t hurt to smile with the service. Ice cream portion reduced, when I complained she said it was complimentary anyway!!! Ridiculous as the menu says it come with cream.

Fab dessert place. Go with my kids and they always seem to choose something different. The staff are always friendly and willing to change something around if needed. It's not the cheapest place locally but still good for the price.
