Cookies Bar in Dundee City

Food wasn't as good as the last time i was here, portions were smaller and the burger was burnt. The coleslaw was absolutely disgusting almost made me gag, no idea why restaurants use that slimy coleslaw out of a tub when it's so easy to make.

Food was really good, early and hot will be back

This is not Chinese food I ordered special fried rice no egg no pork and salt and pepper chicken wings with chips and curry, Well, fried rice was boiled white rice with 2 slices of chicken soya sauce thrown on it in the corner 2 big shrimp and sliced ham cut up in small squares. The chicken wings were chicken balls instead, what a hot mess and that cost me 24 pounds what a joke. We had to throw the white rice cause of the pork. It was really disappointing , I'm so happy that we brought our own food to cook. If I could rate the food 0 I would.

Had an amazing lunch today at the anchor. There were 7 of us, 6 adults and 1 child. Our waitress, Laura, couldn't have been more accommodating. We had a few requests to change or modify a couple of the dishes and on top of checking everything with the kitchen, she assured us that if they had the ingredients, it was no problem at all. When the food came it was delicious and exactly what we'd asked for. The menu has a fantastic selection from pub grub to customized curries. The kids menu was great too. A really perfect lunch, wonderful service, Laura chatted to us and made us feel very comfortable. Great food and the drinks were good too. At our table we were a mix of English, Irish, Scottish and New York and everyone loved everything. Definitely recommend!!
