DO NOT ORDER! Placed an order through just eat for a Belgium Nutty Nutella Waffle, all I got was a tiny and i mean tiny waffle with some Nutella on (stated it would be "topped with melted Nutella, roasted nuts and warm chocolate sauce" it was just a tiny waffle with nutella on nothing else! I also ordered Ferrero Royal milkshake which is stated to be "Freshly chopped strawberries blended with milk, vanilla ice cream, Nutella, Ferrero Rocher & topped with cream" they gave me a banana milkshake which tastes like a pre-made milkshake you would buy in a supermarket! Also thier phone number doesn't work, I tried to call to give them the opportunityto rectify this but they don't even want to answer the phone as its turned off (number provided on just eat), I ordered through just eat so luckily have been able to put a complaint in!

Placed my order at 6.45ish. Said it would be here for 9.00. 10.35 still not here. Tried phoning but no reply. Just eat changed the delivery time to 11.10. Then got a message at 11.15 to say the restaurant cancelled my order. Absolute joke of a place. If you can't cope with the amount of orders then don't take them or at least answer your phone. Won't be ordering from here again. Especially after some of the reviews on just eat I've seen.

Just ordered our Chinese which took an hour and a half, finally got the Chinese and they missed off a quarter of duck that I paid for off my order. After speaking to the manager who was very rude, they said there was cctv footage of them putting it in the bag, after explaining why I was frustrated about not receiving the duck he ended the phone on me!

Manchester RdPoor service, i used the driver through, only one car in front off me , still had to wait 5 to 10 mins for my food . the staff did not seem to care and as for service or being polite no chance. I drive home no more then 3mins , started to eat only to found the fries ere cold very cold and the big mac luke warm .

10 Corporation Street, Stalybridge SK15 2JL EnglandOrdered quite a lot of food, didnt realise till unpacking quite a few items missing, phoned and they apologised and said they would bring missing items. Phoned back an hour later to be told not delivering, explained people had gone without food, to which he replied "i dont give a ++++" Half an hour later, banging on the door, literally through our money back at us. The food we did get was average, the service is just the lowest it can be
