Although expensive the squashed croissant we had was delicious!! We struggled to choose what to have as everything looked so delicious.

Really lovely staff and a lovely shop. My coffee was lovely and there was a variety of alternative milk available. It’s lovely to see a coffee shop that does not charge extra for alternative milk! Overall we had a really pleasant experience and found the staff to be really lovely

If ever there is a place that values style over substance it’s this one. The staff were lovely. The food ordinary. The price didn’t represent value in any sense I’m afraid. Much superior faire to be had in a number of more “human” smaller cafes in Conwy

The staff didn't seem to want to be helpful ? Asked for our order about 20mins after arrival - then she said drinks order first, then I'll come back - so we said no we want to order food at the same time. Grumpy face ! Took the order, got mine wrong I ordered chunky chips, I received skinny - she snatched them off me and said I'd have to wait for chunky - making out it was my mistake not hers ? Any sauces: yes please, someone asked for vinegar and I asked for mayo - vinegar came, no mayo, so I asked another waitress, still nothing, so I asked the original waitress again, to be snapped at and told - yes you've already asked the other waitress it's downstairs (not remembering that I'd also asked her) Very stroppy !! It came eventually, but begrudgingly. They didn't once ask was everything ok with the meal. We felt like we were an inconvenience to the staff ? Such a shame on our first visit, we didn't feel at all welcome. Food was great though

 I purchased a number of cakes from your Conway shop, including two large slices of your white chocolate and orange cake. The cakes were expensive however I bought the cakes to celebrate my Mother’s 92 nd birthday. The cakes were inedible due to not being cooked in the middle of the sponge and very stodgy. What a disappointment and not something that is expected from Dylan's. It was such a shame as the cakes were for a special afternoon tea for my mum. I emailed the store with photos as evidence however I had no reply to my complaint . I emailed the restaurant who responded by saying they would inform the store of my email. Absolutely no response ! Disgraceful service. Certainly won’t be going again !

A charming walled town with a castle, lots of independent shops an amazing choice of goods . Ideal for gift shopping

Nothing beats a delicious pie and there is a wonderful selection here, as well as a great array of fine groceries. After buying the pies and some groceries we went to sit by the quayside where cute little dogs walked past eyeing our pies enviously. Dylan’s window display, featuring the most spectacular meringues I’ve ever seen, is a work of art in itself. We’re now determined to visit Dylan’s restaurant in Llandudno on our next visit, I’ve already salivated over the menu in advance.

I didn’t let dead flies in the window left over from last summer put me off and I bought some nice looking goodies from here. Strewth !!! Every v expensive single purchase was tainted and utterly inedible. On my next visit to Conwy I will be going somewhere ANYWHERE else. Suggest others do the same
