Love this pub as the food is always tasty, drinks are flavoursome and staff are really lovely.

Terrible system - table service only apparently, left waiting for ages before order then ages again for drinks to arrive, on a very quiet night. Limited range of drinks. Tables do have heating which is effective

Great place for a few drinks with friends, the staff are really friendly here and the atmosphere is always booming I would definitely recommend going here on a night out in Liverpool.

Central Hub for Liverpool Nightlife, if you start the night off here you can’t go wrong. The main active strip/area in Liverpool. Good amount of seats, some heated areas and in general about 5/6 bars located around the Square.

Looks more like a brothel than a club, full of young people dressed like strippers. I would not recommend better places to go.

We went for a few pints. Good atmosphere, with stoves outside.

The weather was a little on the wet side so it wasn't packed but a really great atmosphere.

It was quite when I went early afternoon

Me and my son went for food and drinks before a match. Everything was excellent, with the bar staff circulating taking orders for whatever. Lots of screens and a big proper pub atmosphere. We'll be back

This is a place for tourists on the lash! It's loud and popular with hen and stag parties. There are expensive bars and lots of drunkenness at night! A hang-out place for the young with more money than sense, lol! But then I am old now !!

Great for outside drinking with friends

This was a superb venue for clubbing, coming with the bonus of a free entry in such a friendly city as Liverpool! The room has open access to outside which adds to the booming night atmosphere, counter is flashy as expected too. Quality music played helps set the scene, staff are chill and the lighting is top notch!

I love concert square, especially on a nice summer's day.

Always lively, enjoyed a few pints of Guiness in Oneils. Lots of pubs to cater for all tastes

Great atmosphere. Visited here on a hen weekend and had a brilliant time! Plenty to do, plenty of choice for food. Would highly recommend!

Simply not my scene - no real negatives.

OK never been here before got ro say the atmosphere was amazing service very speedy. Host to students .stags and hens all age groups all having fun. Music and dj really good mix of music. The main thing I was so impressed with the security team very professional and totally on it very observant friendly helpful I really recommend this place

Very expensive compared to other bars in Liverpool , plastic cups being served . Maybe it was the day the was it in it .. 19th May But £12.50 for a badly poured Guinness and a Strongbow black is too much

I give this place a low rating because its full of kids, it's used to be all ages but now it's just kids, drugs and trouble, walked in an out of most places it's a shame really as it used to be really good here, for younger generation it's brilliant.

The cocaine cubicles in McCooleys stunk of poo,felt like you where sniffing particles of Robbie wards poo

Only popped in for an Orange juice.

Decent night as always around concert Square. I'll be visiting there again soon.

BAABAR SIA GUARDS WERE AGRRESSIVE!!! They can be tyrants, human being need to be cautious prior approaching door men at venue

Service is quite slow, but they do have servers that float around so you don’t always have to go to the bar, atmosphere is brilliant though! Can be expensive if you aren’t getting drinks from their deals.

Ok if your young.. lots of younger people trouble brewing so left at 1pm lots drunk

Really good atmosphere however the security couldn't make their minds up on who was allowed in and who wasn't, half of our party were wearing shorts and half of them were refused entry for wearing shorts, yet 4 of them wearing shorts had already been let in, very confusing and I think they need to have a clear understanding that in hot weather, people are gunna wear shorts

Atmosphere is always great here, you are in the heart of the club life in Liverpool. McCooleys do nice food as well in the day. So many different bars/ clubs to suit a whole range of people.

Decent atmosphere in the square with lots of bars and clubs surrounding it! 🕺🏼 We thought the square itself fell a little short of what we expected, and ended spending more time bars / clubs further away. If you’re into smoking Shisha and people watching, this is for you!

Had a great day. Very atmospheric with the music and everyone dancing and chatting outside. I'd probably like it even better if it was a bit quieter as it was very full but it was still nice

Fun and friendly atmosphere. Great if you want to chill and listen to tunes. People watching at its very finest. Shisha was very popular with lots of people sharing on their tables. Table service available if you don't want to venture to the bars. Good varied music with people dancing and generally enjoying themselves. Good selection of drinks.

Being a local, I usually avoid concert square as it's become a magnet for stag and hen parties and there's the usual aggro that goes with them. Ended up there on Saturday though, and it was ok, apart from me and my mate getting accosted by 2 girls who wanted us to buy them drinks, and weren't happy when I said no - hilarious 😁
