🇺🇦 We found this restaurant by chance, and the truth is that it was a discovery, the delicious food, the exquisite service. I recommend it

The amount of food they brought us it was a lotttt, we were surprised, the food was ok!

The ambience - well all walls were full of stuff, all colours, a bit overloaded. The seatings looked comfortable, when sitting down though you sank in so much that the table was under your chin. Price for the dishes too high, inflexible in changing one pita to another even when offering to pay more, waitress got pretty unfriendly. So not customer orientated. A camera running right over our heads, filming, may be even recording our conversations. So zero privacy. Not even a sign making aware of the camera. I don’t recommend it, there are better Lebanese restaurants in London than this Comptoir. Probably all the restaurants of them are the same, so better look for something else. Lebanese food, oriental food in general is tasty, so to find something better should not be difficult.

Every 5 minutes the sellers try to push consumption, it’s unbearable!

I have been twice now and the food is below the standard for the amount paid. I won't be back for a third visit.

Really enjoy the Comptoir Libanais restaurants - please open one in Scotland! The beautiful interior is very charming, the food and service are excellent. It's always quite a chilled vibe as well which I like. I really enjoy the rose and mint tea. On this visit I had the Mama Zohra salad, it was ideal, plenty of protein, decent amount of salad and lovely flavours. My server Abrah was lovely.

Mocktails were amazing but we didn't get the best service. The place is really fun for pics though

The welcome, service and food (and the Lebanese wine) were exceptional. Friendly and genuinely warm staff and incredibly fast service! We had the mezze and the mixed grill. The lamb in the mixed grill was delicious (the rest was good as well) I used to eat at the airport restaurant at London Gatwick and missed it when it closed. I’m so happy to have found this one at London Bridge and look forward to returning. Everything was great!👍 I

Extremely good and authentic lebanese food. I had lamb kababs and the meze platter. It was very good! Falafel were perfectly crispy. Very friendly staff and a modern mobile order and payment system. Absolute recommendation!

Just love this place. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Food choice is goodand the prtions are excellent. We actually tried Lebanese wine this time which was very pleasant. Our go to place to eat when travelling to Waterloo.

Very nice place with quality dishes. We ordered a variety of menu items and all looked and tasted very good. I would only say it's a bit pricey compared to the amount of food you get, but the quality is assured. Also, the staff were polite and well-mannered

Comptoir meal Wednesday 9th April. The guy that served us was very polite and a credit, he went through everything that we ordered. So I don't know how they could have misssed a starter off the order but they did , when they finally brought out the missed starter (which was we had finished the other starters). No opolgy from the manager who brought it out, The middle of the chicken sambousek was cold to the touch. Sent it back, and then in turn, each of the chefs stuck their fingers in them and had a great discussion about it.(open kitchen not very professional). The same manager then brought out a complementary starter(feta dip). Starters over... Mains arrive. The 2 bite rule isn't in here as we had more or less finished our mains when one of the waiting staff came over and asked if everything was OK, to say what happened with our starters,you think they would have gone above and beyond but no. This one is nowhere near on par with the one at Cheshire Oaks which we have been to on many occasions. Which is a shame. This was a special evening out to celebrate my wife's 55th birthday as she missed out on her 50th due to been in lock down, so we thought we would come down ro London for a few days and take in a show and dinner, only to it be spoiled by the lack of professionalism of your management team. Not a credit to the name.. The only cherry on the cake is that I booked it through here and only wasted £80 and £150+. Just to say we won't be gracing Comptoir Libanais Southbank with presence again.

The restaurant is so beautiful. Love the interior design. Food was awesome and the service just perfect. Coming back for sure!!!!

We have enjoyed so much about the foods and the best services from the staffs working at the restaurant. They were very kind and always smiling. The foods are so tasted and well presented. We also want to send our appreciation towards Luigui who was looking after us as their first time guests. Thank you guys for the greatest dinner experiences.

We loved the foods and the great staffs working there. Luigi used a great way to solve some misunderstanding for the orders. He is very professional and kind, guess that is why the restaurant goes so well. Best team!!!!

Excellent restaurant we fell across after doing the Marilyn Monroe Exhibition. Food is amazing, staff are very welcoming and the atmosphere is lovely.

Fasil was fantastic Quick with his service and attended to our needs His recommendation was great as well We had the mezze platter which was delicious. Total bill, about £110 for two.

Absolutely delicious food, but be warned if you get the platter, you get one falafel and one flatbread for a mountain of dips (photo is the sharer- you also get the same amount of dip for one or two). Staff very friendly and a very pretty aesthetic.

One of the worst experiences in a restaurant I have had. The biggest disappointment was the food. Unfortunately my battery ran out so I couldn’t take a photo of the food but it was more of a snack than a meal. If I wanted a snack I would have gone to a van vendor and got it for £5 not £37. Then I asked for the bill and it took the waiters 30 mins to bring it and of course service charge was applied. The only thing good about that restuarant was the ambience. I mean I ordered shawarma and there were 3 chicken breasts. Shambles.

Great (and plenty of vegan!) food, good atmosphere and a lovely dessert and tea treat at the end of the meal for Mother’s Day!

This is a must go whenever my friends and family visit me. Awa is one of the chefs there. Her presence, her vibe, her big smile, her positivity, and her savoir-faire are only a few on the list that I could feel and taste at the restaurant. I went to three of them (Sloane Square, London Bridge, and Gloucester Road) in London. They are all beautifully decorated, with a warm and colourful atmosphere, very nice and friendly service, a good variety on the menu (for kids too) and the price is affordable. The dishes are well presented, tasty, and colourful but the cocktails are weak, that's the only thing. Ow, and be aware that this is a cashless restaurant ☝🏿

Buddy, its the 3rd day of Ramadan and you've already ran out of ingredients for the Ramadan menu? Get your house in order - items were smaller than tapas serving, two people subscribing to the Ramadan menu somehow get less food than one person? Staff is all over the place and takes ages to even bring you water. There's a high chance if someones going for the Ramadan menu they're probably fasting, maybe offer them some dates + water and keep an eye on that table? the brand is doing something right with their vibe, just need to refocus their service strategy a bit more.

Best Restaurant in the London Bridge area! Just had the most amazing mixed grill meal, perfectly cooked and presented and was really enjoyable, each bite packed full of flavour. In fact, it was absolutely delicious. Followed by baklava which I highly recommend too, again layers upon layers of scrumptious flavours and textures, that just melt in the mouth, washed down with a drink of Toufaha, expertly prepared, with delightful aromas with ginger and mint notes that carried through to the palate. Utterly refreshing! Dom and his team of waiting staff, including Arnold, were fantastic hosts, super attentive, and made sure that everything was just right. This is by far the best restaurant in the London Bridge area, Great food and Atmosphere, really interesting and pleasing aesthetic along with top notch service. Looking forward to dining here again! Highly recommended!!!!!!!! 5 Stars all the way!

Comptoir restaurants are always a good option for a dinner out. In this case, we were lucky to have a table because the place was full, but we managed to squeeze in a small table, but very close to others. Definitely worth booking a table in advance. There is a nice variety of options available but I will always recommend to go for the platter, it has a bit of everything and all of is is really nice. Kuda, our waiter was absolutley fantastic, always smiling, efficient, extremely polite and nice. The best professional that I have met in years, congrats for your hard work and for being they way you are.

I visited here for Iftar feast and need to say we werent happy at all!! The service was good and decent, but the food was so badd. The iftar starter was okay that’s why i had given 1 star, but the mains we had barely we ate. The chicken shawarma and rice served to us was cold and the chicken tasted like it was reheaten not at all fresh and we said this to the server and replaced with other dish which too wasnt good. The rice, meat everything wasnt at all flavourful or tasty. I feel like this iftar feast isnt worth £30 pounds per person and we were 2 of them and paid £60 and barely ate anything. Won’t recommed to anyone!!!
