Coffee Culture Lerwick in Shetland Islands

Hi there I want to start with the negatives and that's really the price. I went in and had a grande hot chocolate and a bacon and cheese roll. The price came to 9 pound so hot chocolate was 3.50 so 5.50 for a bacon roll with some cheese seems very steep and maybe a review of prices would be good. Positives the hot chocolate was really nice and the bacon roll was good just the price I thought was a bit steep. Would go back for sure but not for that price for a bacon roll

After having not so good coffee experiences in the entire UK I was advised by some fellow travelers to try the coffee here. It was excellent and the muffin was like the chocolate pudding my mum used to make. The staff were fantastic and very helpful and would recommend it to anyone who needs their coffee hit.

Good choice of snacks, lunches and drinks. Friendly and helpful service. Well used by locals, always a good sign. Outside seating for good weather.

The cappuccino was very good: strong and at the same time the milk was smooth and rich. The baristas were easy-going and very friendly.

Great little coffee shop right next to the cruise ship pier, excellent selection of milk varieties and coffee or tea drinks. Possibly the best Chai Latte I’ve ever had!!

A great find in a crowded town. Great coffee, sandwiches, panini etc with a team of 3 charming young ladies. My faith in Scottish hospitality has been restored. It even has a reasonably fast WiFi. What's not to like?😁😁😁

We come every week; an it’s always amazing. Delicious food, amazing coffee; summer I get Banoffee iced soy latte & winter I get the tastiest hot chocolates or warm deluxe coffees. The staff are welcoming, kind and lovley. They accommodate our disabilities and never rush us. LGBTQIA2S+ friendly; Never been misgendered or harmed for being queer and trans. If you want a fantastic experience, the best coffee and cafe food on the island; this is the place to go. You won’t be disappointed. Thanks to all the staff for making our visits special time after time.

first time was here,have to sayng to this young guys, well done,they using one of the best coffee in europe Lavazza Qualita' Rossa, am italian ,i am very difficult with coffee, but my mocha was great,twisted pizza minterresting,nice,

Place was OK Staff ? Price of medium size of Coffee was £ "2.40 " complete rip off ,just one measure no second sering , warm , not hot , complete waste of money Perhaps its over priced , very high , I could get a Jar of coffee or a bag of ground coffee for £2.40 ,

It's small,. so one can't always get in, but it's on Harrison Square, which is a pedestrian area by the harbour with a lot of public seating, so you can always get a takeout on a nice day. Inside it's cosy, the service is good and the food is well cooked and very reasonably priced. There's lots of choice, even for gluten-intolerant and vegi folk. Recommended.

Visited this little cafe for lunch during a few hours in Lerwick. We sat outside, which was very pleasant! The food was great; I had the carrot, coconut and chilli soup as I was intrigued by the combination of flavours, and it turned out to be a great choice! The Turkish delight slice I also had was interesting and did actually taste of Turkish delight - it was a fascinating rocky road variant. A very good pot of tea completed my lunch, whilst my companion had a lovely coffee and toastie (I think!).

A small, really friendly cafe with a good range of snacks and lunch options, including vegan friendly ones. Seating is comfortable and sandwiches, paninis etc are freshly prepared, and tasty. Prices are very reasonable.

Have been to Shetland Islands in 2019 and now in 2020. Witnessed this place near Victoria Pier and we planned up on going in. We were a family of 3 and the staff greeted us with all joy and were lucky to get the window table. The menu was not very difficult to learn, we ordered a panini, soup of the day, hot chocolate and coffees. The food and coffee here were speechless. You would wanna see the presentation here. Do not forget to check their hot chocolate as they have it in all variants of your favourite chocolate brands like fererro, cadbury, etc. The cafe prices too were very normal. Visited Coffee culture twice on our visit. Best coffee in town by a long way. Excellent snacks available, all handmade by clean staff, and very well priced. Give it a try. You will not regret this.

Popped into this little gem . Great coffee very friendly staff and lots of lovely cakes rolls soup paninis and wraps

Went for lunch today with my husband. Been a while since I have been in, I was impressed. Had a lovely panini and the coffee was great. Nice and clean and good service.

Lovely little cafe. Excellent coffee. Friendly quick service. Will be returning for light lunch sometime soon. Also love the books on offer supporting British Red Cross.

As a resident we have visited here on several occasions since the new owners took over last year. Very relaxing atmosphere and wide range of snacks. Probably the best coffee I have tasted in Shetland, and all served efficiently and with a smile! The young...

Visited on Monday for a quick cuppa. Service was friendly but horribly slow. Only 2 young lasses seemed to be holding the fort and struggling with the 3 already seated and a couple waiting for a takeaway.Tables were uncleared and I waited over 20 minutes...
