My starter onion bhaji were burnt over done & tasted bitter. The mains came hadn’t even finished the starters! The lamb curry was terrible, sorry to say. Total waste of money. I will not be revisiting this restaurant again.

We were a large group of 25. From booking to paying the service was impeccable. Ordering easy- nothing too much trouble. Food came and was perfect- hot , fresh, super tasty and plenty. Paying for a large group was made easy- we all paid individually without a problem. Takeout dessert (as we were too full) was a real treat. Absolutely fabulous a must try, we are definitely coming back ! Thankyou L. Anderson.

Absolutely loved the food at Coco's. My 11 and 6 year old tried mild spices food and loved it. The waiters were very attentive and funny ....enjoyable evening definitely recommend.

We held our son's 21st birthday party there yesterday. It was absolutely fantastic. The food (like always) was absolutely delicious. 10/10. Our son is in a wheelchair and has a lot of complex health needs. The staff and management went out of their way to cater to our son's needs. Thank you so much for looking after us and going that extra mile. Our son had a brilliant time there. We will be coming back again many more times.

I don’t normally bother with reviews but this needed to be done. Excellent service, we were served by Ibrahim. 10/10 for his memory, he didn’t even write out order down, he just simply memorised it. What a perfect service from Ibrahim and what amazing food.

This Restaurant is simply Amazing in every way! The staff have always been extra helpful and the Food is out of this world. I haven't tasted one bad thing on the Menu... I recently had my Wedding here... Yes, it was a small ceremony (30 guests) but the Manager and the team working underneath him worked above and beyond to make my day that much more special! Thank you very much to all of the staff at Coco's and Thank you Irfan :)

This place kept me well fed during covid lockdown keeping their delivery drivers busy few times a week. The simple lamb curry with nan or roti, fish and lamb kebabs, burger meal, and samosa chart had gone down well with me and family, was tasty and plentiful, friendly service, so good value for money overall. However the chicken curry (tried for first time) 3 days ago was bland, not the standard expected, the roti was thin and hard, certainly not worth 11.29. Sorry but consistency of quality had dropped here. I would like to try again, in the hope that overall quality will have improved, then update my review.

Looked at their menu on their website and decided on the Seekh Kebab and Lamb Chops.when I arrived to order I was surprised to see the total bill price was more than I expected only to be told that the menu on their website was in fact an old one from the previous owners and for some reason they cannot update or change it to the current one ! The food was very good and tasty but the menu and prices on the website are obviously out of date and can be a little misleading. Shame really as the food is very good.

Great place to enjoy some delicious food with friends/family. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. My only issue is the menu's too good and I couldn't eat it all first time. May have to go again 😎

Nice bit of tea in here on Bank Holiday Monday. Lovely fresh Chicken Sag with good rotis. Service friendly and speedy. Great value too. Will be back

First time and last time for us. They could not wait for us to give the table up. Kept coming clearing plates and dishes even though we hadn’t finished. They kept messing up Who’s food was who’s. One dish past around 3 times before it got to the right person. Food was basic with basic ingredients. Didn’t even serve alcohol. Over priced !!!! Never again.

Will not be ordering from here again, ordered some warm desserts, came stone cold, cold custard and absolutely tasteless sticky toffee pudding, worst I have ever tasted. Delivery was late, as they decided to deliver to another place first. Do not order from here.

Spent 27 quid on a home delivery order and they forgot to deliver the straws . Clumsy really . Especially as there were two drinks which required a straw. If your ordering ; make sure you ring before hand and give them a friendly reminder to add straws so your not sat home drinking a thick milkshake with a spoon like an idiot..

Ordered second time mojito and still not very tasty at first complained about the drink that it was just a mixture of fizz water and pieces of lemon in it no mint at all, this time again not really tasty i dont know what happened but they used to do good drinks.

Had an electricity outage , so stuck with what to do, ordered chicken sizzler with rice chips naan bread , poppadoms, was told 45 mins ,came in 20 and hot , would definitely recommend co,co,s to any one , we ordered one each but 1 would feed 2 , try it its well worth a go

Amazing place, very friendly staff and welcoming. We ordered 4 different types of dessert and each one was more satisfying than the last! Portions were large too!

Visited this place twice in the last week. The staff are friendly the place is clean and beautiful. The food is fresh and tasty. I haven't been brave enough to try the biryani yet but the mixed grill platter and chicken tikka rice chips naan all amazing. Would definitely recommend not expensive either. Our new favourite place for food

I have visited Coco’s many time from when it first opened. I have to say their food has always been spot on! I absolutely love coming here with friends and family. The portions of food are perfect and the taste is spot on. I love the fact the drinks are bottomless and they have such a big range of food on their menu to suit all. Highly recommend the chilo kebab platter. It is spot on every single time. Venue has always been clean everytime I’ve been. The owners are friendly too. I love coming here for a nice sit down meal and catchup

Enjoyed a meal here over the weekend with family. Never been here before, it was suggested by a family member and glad they took us. Really nice meal, tasty food, good portions and good prices too. Desserts were delicious, great selection to choose from. Great service from staff. Would recommend.

Place was good when I could eat there bcz it was Hmc approved. You guys need to bring back Hmc certification as lots of people dont eat here bcz of this.I didn't eat anything and left.

I took my family here last week for a treat as we had always wanted to go. Once we turned up, they sat us down and took our order. The issue wasn't with the food as such, the issue was that there was a family of 4 there on the same night we went, a mom, a dad and two kids. The parents and restaurant staff let these kids run absolute riot around that restaurant. The 2 kids kept running up and down the stairs, doing cartwheels repeatedly, running and jumping on the furniture and the dad had the nerve to look at his kids lovingly as if that was normal. The staff just stood by and let all this happen and never once said anything to the parents. The only respite we got was when their food came and they sat down to eat but it wasn't long before they were at it again. I have worked in the restaurant industry and I ALWAYS challenged the family to get their kids to sit down. As this family were leaving and the kids continued to jump over furniture, it turned out that this guy was quite chummy with all the staff there which is why nobody said a thing to him. There must have been 8 other tables there who had their dinner ruined by this one family and staff not saying anything. The food was ok, nothing special. The desserts, well, you can get what they offer anywhere else. Save yourself the time cause they clearly don't care about creating an enjoyable atmosphere for their diners.Would I go back? No.Would I recommend it? No.

Came here for the first time this evening for a friends leaving so from work. For a party of 12 I was so surprised at the speed of service from taking our orders to bringing it all out. Piping hot. Not a single mistake and 12 hungry workers all fed and watered in lightening time without compromise on quality. Wasn’t expecting what we got considering the reasonable pricing. Will definitely come again with my own friends/family. I had the masala fish which was a really generous portion and was really tasty. Very impressed. Happy waiters. Good food. Good prices. Good job Coco’s.

Excellent customer service delivered by the staff especially SabeehaPeri peri Savoury pancake was delicious and a must try.Clean restaurant and has a prayer room too. Strawberry and coconut lassi was so refreshing and another must try Defo come back again in future all the way from Leeds. Clean n chic restaurant. U won’t be disappointed with their food and service!

It has been several years since my last visit. We dropped by for some desserts. My son had a milkshake, I had a waffle and ice cream. The waffle was nicely made, with a scoop of ice cream. The service was friendly.

Quite simply, perfect! 2 mains, 2 fresh fruit juices and 2 desserts, £23! No alcohol served. Food came piping hot & absolutely delicious, 100% fresh! Staff attentive & friendly. Toilets could do with a revamp though, I will do my best not to use them next time.

A group of nine of us visited for my nieces birthday and we were really well looked after. Staff were friendly and humorous, the menu has a wide range of dishes and the chicken tikka and waffles went down a treat with our party. Food was freshly cooked and decent sized portions (waffles we shared between us.) We really enjoyed our visit and I'm looking forward to coming again. I really recommend eating here.

My partner took me here as a treat for my birthday. We got bottomless drinks when they was nearly empty the filled them up for us. I had chicken tikka with naan and sweet potato fries which are really nice my partner had a peri-peri chicken burger with sweet potato fries which he really enjoyed. I had pancakes with Nutella and ice cream with fresh fruit for my pudding it was really nice and the pancakes where fresh. The staff were really friendly and asked if our how our meal was. There is plenty of parking on site. We will be returning soon as we really enjoyed the food atmosphere and the staff were very friendly and welcoming

We went to Cocos tonight for my daughters 18th, the staff were great and food was delicious. Highly recommended for any event or even just because you can. Will definitely be going back again.

I think this place is really good value and the food is really good. I had chilo kebabs and I really enjoyed them. Desserts are fab too. But there a little more expensive compared to the main menu.

First time eating out on Christmas Day, previously friends had been and they enjoyed it. The staff were attentive and the food was great, generous in their portions but tasty and not tongue damaging spicy!. Happy to go back again and will do for other occasions. will recommend to friends too.

Been visiting fairly regularly for years. One of our local go to places for consistently good food at sensible prices. Decided to book for a surprise birthday meal for around 65 people. They allocated us one side of the restaurant and were happy for this to be decorated beforehand. We made a tremendous mess with lots of confetti cannons but staff super understanding and just got brushes out! Handling 65 seperate orders was a tricky ask but they managed it and all of our very large party had a great time! Thanks guys.

Love there desserts. Unfortunately, the meals could do better the portions are small and the chicken was too dry.

I’ve been to Coco’s many times and it’s consistently good. Came on Saturday evening to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and the staff sang happy birthday when they brought here dessert over with a firework candle which was a nice touch. The atmosphere is always good and service top notch. I would recommend any platter as they’re all great. For dessert the peanut butter stack with white chocolate ice cream is irresistible. The only thing stopping 5 stars is the limited kids choices and high drinks prices. But other than that always a treat coming here.

I love this place! Great staff and value for money! I ordered my food and asked for the food to come out together. My pancake was a little late and one of the managers said he would make me a fresh one. I declined but it was really nice of them to offer and give me an option. The biryani is delicious and it’s also kid friendly. I would only say that it would be good if this place opened up for lunch time as well! 5* excellent !!

Went with a family of 7 and had mixed grill platter and tikka and burgers and it was absolutely lovely. We never had to ask for a refil as they were there instantly when our drinks got low. Service and food was brilliant. Can’t fault this place, never had bad food and all staff are really nice and helpful. Thanks again team coco’s.

The coco grill platter with two sides was amazing! It was a generous portion. The lamb chops were meaty and flavoursome. We got a cookie dough for dessert. The service was friendly and quick. Highly recommended and value for money.

Ordered our meal with a side of hallumi for £2 and then only get one piece of it! It’s not even £2 for a full block of it! THEN ordered dessert (2 pancakes) they came and was asked if we wanted ice cream with them I said “oh I wasn’t asked, we didn’t realise they came with ice cream” to which the man replied ‘yes’ so I said 2 scoops of vanilla then please then get charged £4.40!!!!! After being told it came with the dessert which already cost us £8!! There is upselling and then there is ripping people off!! Couldn’t fault the food at all it was lovely but the service and that staff need lessons in customer service!! For the staff to argue and raise their voice at me I find VERY intimidating. Shocking!!

Websites to be seated. When we were seated, we asked for menus to order our desserts. Once ordered, it took 30 minutes for one dessert to come. Then waited another 5-10 for the other 4 deserts to come in between. No culterly was laid out, we had to wait and wave a waiter down and request cutlery. Very poor service and pushy staff.

Guy with the beard who works there was arrogant and sarcastic! Had a problem with the order which we kindly brought to his attention and he just laughed and basically told us to never come back, we’ve been long time customers here and the way we were treated was appalling. Food is going downhill there anyway, burger was hard and cold, a bit crap really, also the toilets are the worst I’ve ever seen, dirty toilet brushes and it stinks! Won’t ever come here again

I was impressed the first time so decided to have my birthday meal there. I ordered chillo kebabs which were nice but not filling for a main course, my husband ordered a chicken sizzler which was way too oily, and full of onions, it looked like they had put one big whole onion in the dish.

Ordered our food with the staffs recommendation for a 6 year old that doesn’t like spice. it came spicy so never got eaten. we asked for the burger to be taken off the bill which the manager wouldn’t do ... poor management service... won’t be going back there again...

We came here and ordered falooda, waffles and desi tea. The falooda was ok but would be better with kulfi ice cream. The desi tea was good but overpriced.

This place has all that's required for a casual or occasional evening out with family or friends. The staff are friendly and the food is delicious, fresh and well presented. The decor is very modern and the place has a warmth feeling to the atmosphere. The prices are just right! I have been here multiple times and the food has never been a disappointment that's why I order something new every time because I know it will taste good! For desserts as well, the waffles are the best and I do think it's the best in the area...

Me and this wife have been 5 or 6 times since it opened. We have been twice in the past 6 weeks. We still love it. We always have the special and never been let down. Never had bad service. Staff are always polite and helpful. Can't recommend the peanut slab enough.

Went last week. Had the chilo kebab after reading so reviews on here. For £8 not really worth it as the 5 pieces of lamb are small & a mixed grill is £10. The burger was ok (Pattie a bit salty) & the chunky chips were a bit undercooked. Mint mojito was ok. Good service. Small prayer room available.

Was not impressed with the presentation of the food last night. Since it has been under new management the prices have gone up, you get less food (no sauces) and it's all just thrown on a plate. No thought taken on making it look presentable or so you can see what's on your plate. Sadly disappointed. Desserts used to be tasty but not enough chocolate on the waffles - very dry. And to top it all off - no tap water?! Avoid at all costs - it's not worth it! I used to love family nights here too.

Ordered a take out from here Sunday 30th July as we'd passed & thought it looked nice. We looked at the menu on the website & decided on the 8 piece platter with an extra portion of sweet potato fries, we checked the prices on the menu & drove over to pick up & pay, when we got there they upped the bill stating their prices had gone up but this wasn't reflected on their website, we reluctantly paid anyway & left, when we opened the food after returning home the sweet potatoes fries weren't cooked properly with some still pretty raw, the rice was a half a portion & dry & the yogurt sauce was literally a drizzle, the chicken was edible I guess but the rest was questionable, we did not enjoy the food at all & we will not be recommending this place nor will we be returning.

It has a wide selection of food to choose from. The service was brilliant. The deserts were amazing. Me and my family family loved it there.

My friend and I called in, didn't book but still got a table. Staff are very obliging and polite. Food was delicious and didn't have to wait long for our meals. Good selection of mains and fab selection of desserts. Waffle with cinnamon ice cream, real Nutella and strawberries - divine. Can't wait to go again.

my first ever visit and I got chicken Tikka grilled and to my horror it was PINK!! UNCOOKED service was crap!! they took it off the bill and that's all no apology nothing I would never go here again!!

Been a few times, becoming slightly addicted. Great for couples, families, friends. Food has been great every time. We've tried the kebabs, burgers, curry, milk shakes and the dipping dessert is to die for. Incredibly cheap. Will recommend to friends and family. Makes a change from Nando's!

Took my son here for his 16th birthday with family and friends..we all loved it..apart from asking for poppadoms for starters and not receiving them but getting billed for it..it was fine..the food was fresh..very tasty..and the desserts are too die for..can't wait to come back and try something else again..

I have been here several times before and everytime i order a hot drink or pancakes im told the machine is broke. Apart from that the ambience is good, although it does lack from good service. It appears that there is only one mature male staff who knows what hes doing, hes serving and takimg orders, the rest of the young staff look like they being forced to be there.We had to wait like 45mins for food. And had to keep asking for our drinks to be refilled.On a positive note... deserts are good. Would recommend this place to families...

I have been coming to Coco's ever since it first opened and was absolutely delighted with the food and the service when I first started going. Everything was perfect, menu was a good price and nothing was overpriced and expensive. Food was lovely, customer service was great and waiting times weren't bad at all considering how busy they get. Not to forget their deserts were the bomb!Unfortunately i am sorry to say that I will not be coming back here again. My last 4 visits here have been absolutely disappointing. I am so appalled with the service at Coco's now and the lack of customer service they offer that I will not be returning. The first couple of times I just thought that maybe the restaurant was having a bad day and thats why the waiting times for the food were ridiculous but I have been 4 times in the space of 3 months and I have found it to be the same on all 4 occasions. Food doesn't take 30-35 minutes to come to you now, it takes an hour at the least and your starters are forgotten about and brought out to you towards the end of your main meal. The staff are not very attentive at all and seem to forget about you. They take ages to come and give you drink refills and take ages to do everything in general. My last visit here I was so cross, I was so mad that I didn't even want to pay my bill. I was really disappointed with the quality of the food and especially the rubbish customer service. This was definitely the last straw. I even asked if they were short staff on my way out and was fobbed off with the excuse of them being busy but they have been very busy from day one. There was never a time I went and they were not busy and Coco's has always been busy which is nothing new. The place has definitely gone downhill now and before used to be worth the travel from Halifax but not anymore. Really upset at how terrible this place is now. Would not recommend.

My brother took everyone out for a meal last night. 8 Adults and 5 children. First time I tried the food and I was actually impressed. The mix grill platter was very nice although I never got to try the wings or lamb chops the chicken tikka and seekh kebabs were very nice. The Samosa (meat) chaat was nice also. Mains we all had different burgers and pittas. Mine was he peri peri chicken breast in warm pitta with fries I have to say it was really nice. The elders had a chicken curry hot and spicy. They have started to make currys now also and I tried it and it was delicious. Chicken was cooked perfectly. Then came desserts I went for the American pancakes with Nutella and mini marshmallows. It was delicious however I couldn't finish it as we were so full from all the food. The service was good all friendly staff. Would certainly visit coco's again.
