I popped in for a quick half over a game of pool on a wet afternoon. Was a great, friendly atmosphere, lovely original decor, a seat by the fire. What more could you want? ♡ Decent beer, too! Landlord friendly and happy to chat.

What a place to eat and drink in, friendly staff and really good food, with the added bonus of being pet friendly. We turned up, not even sure we could take the dog in. Once we sat down and browsed the menu, we both decided to have the Sunday roast. The staff instantly told me that, unfortunately, they had run out of the vegetarian option (no waiting while I waited for details on what was available). We did have to wait a while, but we're not bothered about waiting as long as it's good. Well, what happened next was not expected! The food that turned up looked and tasted fantastic. There was a good selection of vegetables and a separate jug of gravy. Tell me about any other pub that does this without paying a fortune. Without a doubt, it's one of the best Sunday lunches we've had a a long time.

Came here 4 years ago and again today, safe to say that although the menu may have changed, the quality of the food has not. The food here is absolutely gorgeous and the portion sizes are fantastic value for the money. It's a 2 and half hour journey from where I live and I am happy to travel that distance just for their food!

Went on a Thursday evening, solo, after a long day. It's a proper pub with a warm welcome, friendly staff, an excellent pint, and decent food. Also a lovely outside area that's a bit of a sun trap! It's not trying to be anything special, but they got everything right from my experience. Would happily return for food or just drinks!

Lovely friendly staff. Had an afternoon tea which was superb. Only problem was, we couldn't finish it! Took the rest home. Definitely worth a visit.

Good selection of food excellent quality and service

Here for my Dad's wake. All bought and paid for. Bri Bach's spirit stayed with us through the night. There may have been tears, but there were also shenanigans. Diolch!

Gorgeous little pub, I love the furnishings and the homely feel of the place. I love the stone work inside, really nice. I love the fact its dog friends, the people who run the place and work behind the bar are lovely and welcoming. Love this place.

Good Sunday lunch, friendly and attend service.

We've been to Fishguard a few times and while camping last week, we came across the Coach House. Such a friendly place, brilliant pub food, great prices and a homely atmosphere. We ended up having an evening meal then lunch the following day.

Went to the coach House today 14 July 22. We had a friendly welcome sat in the beer garden as dog friendly. The food was fantastic quality and very good service. Andrew Rees

Popped in here before waiting for my boat to watch a football game. Had food and a drink. This place is a credit to itself. Lovely little spot. The barman was extremely polite. Food was very well priced and tasty. Big screen to watch a game also.

My son has just moved to Fishguard and this pub has welcomed him with open arms. Very friendly and welcoming. Went for Sunday roast could not believe the size and how tasty it was would recommend this place to anyone. Great pub

Love pub good beer and great service

Very welcoming. Comfi but rather soft couches. Two cask ales and lots of fonts. TV and a pool table.

Called in late on the off chance they were still serving food, glad we did,we had a warm welcome, only bar meals available, ordered a few side dishes with our meal as both hungry . The potion sizes were huge,to much to be honest, cracking pint and very inexpensive, could not fault anything ,will definitely call in again.🍺👍👍

Nice place. Was quiet. Had local spirits and loads of room. Sports on TV was nice ambience, and serve food 3 days a week.

Great food, great portions - hearty pub food - but the jewel in the Coach’s crown is Katie - just the loveliest, friendliest bar/waiting on staff and a real asset to the pub - we all fell a little in love with her and came back for a second night before heading home from our holidays 🥰 we wish her well with her studies and are sure she will go a long way - Sandra, Paul, Dawn and Ian (Derbyshire)

Staff treated me very well. Large venue with a big beer garden that wraps around the building so lots of little spots if you just want to sit for a convo with a friend and not feel like you've got the eyes of the world on you. Fairly standard interior, the restaurant part looks quite plush and they have a pool table that'd not always accessible.

Glad found this place. Food excellent plenty of it. Freshly cooked. Well presented. Friendly helpful staff. Excellent value. Highly recommend

Ein toller Pub. Hatten nur etwas dort getrunken. Zum Essen werden frische Zutaten verwendet. Bei einem Aufenthalt in Fishguard ein Muss, dort einzukehren.

Very nice Welcome sometimes a little rowdy for my mother (83) but the landlady & Landlord gave made us very welcome also plenty of games in the pub very deceiving from the outside but we'll worth checking out .

Bit lively at times but the welcome was great the landlady is great plenty of things to do in the pub definitely worth checking out.

Great night friendly staff and good atmosphere

Overall, I enjoyed my Saturday night out here. Good mix of music, feisty, fun going crowd. The age range is predominantly twenty something's with a sprinkling of the mature. In terms of service, I found the younger member of staff behind the bar in need of further training in the fine art of serving customers. He failed to notice me at the bar and served all other patrons around me even though I was right in the middle of the punters. I thought it a bit strange. My confidence was restored with the other barman, he appeared older and definitely more experienced in barwork. Served with efficiency. Thank you. If it wasn't for the more experienced barman, I'd have left and given a far less rating.

The Coach House is a great pub. They have Skysports for the football and Rugby followers, they have space invades and the usual game units for gamers, and they got booze for average joe. If you are a smoker like myself, there is a place out back to smoke and to socialise with the other smokers. The staff are lovely too. Overall, a great pub.

Visiting Penbrokeshire for a holiday in September...lots of rain so took shelter here Midday on a Sunday. Felt very welcome and comfortable. Nice environment, good beers, nice cup of tea and a sofa. Cheers!!
