10/10 quality the battered sausages are jumbo size not these wee skimpy ones other places have been doing my children 12,10,8 have now pronounced chippies to be better than McD's I'll take that as a victory thanks for the food we shall be back

Ordered a fish supper, was very good. The only downside was that the chips were wee and crispy.

Fish was full of massive bones and I actually got one stuck in the back of my throat which ended up bleeding I would like a refund of this order as I’m absolutely appalled by the standard of the fish from this chip shop as they are supposed to be de-boned before cooked and sold to stop things like this happening, the amount of bones is unreal in both slices of fish totally inedible

had delivery today 9.8.2024 order was portion of fritters with side of curry sauce and diet iron brew that was the only thing decent from my order fritters where frozen and looked like reheats the curry sauce was far too thick

not the right order stuff missing

Food is usually excellent but be aware if you order a kebab you need to put in notes that you want sauce and salad or you'll just be eating plain kebab meat

I’m not the type to review but thought I’d jump on and do this place as it’s the first time ordering from here as I’ve stuck to my usual places but this place does a good kebab, wasn’t burnt or nothing it was just perfect. Was delivered in about 40 mins and a happy delivery driver.

Food was over cooked hamburgers were burt fish was burt chips were cold wasn’t even chips they were like bag crisps roll definitely was not todays roll also asked extra tub curry sauce that was poured over burt smoked sausage I wanted my sauce separate I was disappointed with this order

I have asked for a refund...I paid for 2 breaded fish slices ....what I got was 2 slices of breadcrumbs with hardly any fish....the fish was sliced so thinly, that there was more breadcrumbs than actual fish....the fish was cut as thin as you would a slice of cheese....I am not paying for this....I want a refund...I have been a regular customer and am disgusted and disappointed that you think it's okay to cheat your customers...I won't be back

Food arrived and it was barely lukewarm 😑 Wasn't even a big order either (Portion of fritters, buttered rolls, single blackpudding and a pickle)!

Staff are very friendly, and food is so nice kebabs and chicken burgers are so good.

Got £15 chippy box, it was good, but the kebab meat was quite poor, a little cold and a wee bit spicier than from other places

This is the first time we've had any problems with this restaurant. Although food delivery was late, it was still largely hot. Delivery driver was a little brusque, when interacting with the householder.

The gravy was that cheap gravy granule stuff - dont bother Pizza crunch was so dry - it went in the bin Chips were horrible. Always get great meals from here as well so we were so surprised at how poor this was and has put us off reordering.

I'm impressed the food quality was amazing fresh tasty and hot, I don't really eat fish but tonight oh gosh it was lovley and big flakes of fish my toddler doesn't to good and she had a full fish even kids potion sizes were great

Great chippy, good grub and delivered quick and HOT!

Big improvement from our previous order food was amazing and order was early. I liked the curry sauce not overpowering just a nice a balance of flavours. The black pudding was very tasty wrapped in a nice crispy batter yum and my daughter enjoyed her sausage supper potion size was perfect for her. Very good chippy food will be returning.

Is a shame the delivery let it down as the food was OK would've been better if it was warm it arrived luke warm and no salt n vinegar on any of the meals even thu it was put in the notes for it to be added hence only 3/5 for food and as said delivery was 15 minutes late and I had to call them hence 2/5.

I ordered fish for my kid and 2 wraps. Fish had no taste and been fatty so I decided to not give it to my son and wraps had been cold. We couldn't eat this. Waste of money
