Their food was great and loved the Indian cuisine. The way of presentation was awesome specially the bananas leaves as serving plates

Classic India are a simple Indian takeaway/kebab shop. I ordered a large portion of vegetable pakora. I've had good veg pakoras before and when they're fresh, they taste fantastic, but this isn't the place to get those. The pakora didn't taste fresh and didn't taste of much either. They were okay and edible for those take night situations when you're hungry and just need a quick bite. The order came with a sauce and at least that added more flavour to the pakora otherwise it would've been pretty bland (I tried the pakora without the sauce too). While the food was just about average, the thing that disappointed me was the standard that barely covered the essentials of covid hygiene. I saw at least 3 members of staff and not one had a mask on. The only additional procedure in place seemed to be hand sanitisers and lots of printouts over the shop describing hygiene guidelines. So I gave this place one less than I would have.

It was okay, fast delivery which was great. Donner meat was pale and tasteless.

Delivery time was fantastic. A Friday evening and delivered within 30mins. We ordered a simple pizza, some chicken Pakora and chips however the food was pretty bland. Pizza was okay however maybe to much tomato base sauce. Chicken pakora was a bit tasteless and chewy, would not get again... Will try for a takeaway again however will be ordering something different to give them a chance maybe they rushed it to get great delivery time...

Ordered now over 1 1/2hrs ago. Told 6:35pm delivery and it’s now 7:35pm and still no sign of them. Raging.

Third time i've ordered from them and they keep meeting expectations. Good food, friendly and timely delivery.

Only received part of my order, chips were like McDonald's only McDonald's actually have potato in them whereas these were stale and rotten, meat didn't taste great was cold also, delivery driver was supposed to be on his way to collect so I could be refunded and order food from elsewhere and almost an hour later still no sign.

The worst Indian food I've ever had made worse by the fact it took an hour and half to arrive. The mango chutney

Unfortunately our curry sauce was burst inside the bag which covered other foods. Our food was also cold. Never had any issues previously. Our favourite take away.

Brilliant food brilliantly fast delivery lovely delivery drivers only thing could have more cucumber on the cucumber dressing there is hardly any.

Well I suppose I'm not getting the food I ordered over an hour ago, was supposed to be here at 7.25,its now 8 o'clock, been sent no message from the shop atol to let me know why, they basically have just not showed up, poor show as I order from here quite regularly

Order was placed at 9.03...did not receive order until 10.20, food was not as warm as should be!

Absolutely deplorable. Meal booked for 20.25 for guest arriving at 20.00 hrs. Food sent 18.15 hrs. Classic India extremely unhelpful and blamed Just Eat. Just Eat have no clout on complaints. £45 worth of food went in bin. Cold and absolutely disgusted by time guests arrived. Classic India wouldn't take back and resend at right time.

Just eat has an option to select a delivery time. I booked at 7.30 for an 8.30 delivery it actually got delivered at 9.10pm despite the restaurant telling me several times after 8.30 it would be 10 mins. They then told me they don't have ability to see the chosen delivery time. Never again

Won't order again chips and donner meat I ordered we're stinking had to put them in the bin plus I always leave a note for them and never look at it.

Absolute disgrace! Waited well over an hour for delivery even though quoted 45 mins! When I called the attitude was shocking said they would just cancel my order even though I had already paid for it!!! Avoid avoid avoid!!!

Terrible service. Ordered a 12" pizza chips and garlic bread and I have been waiting for an hour and a half!!! Phoned and they said driver has just left, I stay 5 minutes away and Still waiting nearly 15 minutes later!! was advised on this site that it would be 30-40 minutes!!!!

Delivered 1hr 45mins after order accepted with no apology. Just eat had been updated to say delivered at the right time. It's not hard to update it realistically to give the correct time. Food average

So reliable!! Literally the best take away in my area. Nachos are amazing. Delivery guy is really nice.

Original delivery time set for 7.20pm then changed to 7.30pm, 50 minutes after food was ordered. Didn't arrive until 8.15pm, so about an hour and a half after order was placed, and only after two phonecalls to the takeaway 20 minutes apart both only telling us that our food was on its way (we only live a few minutes drive away). No apologies for our wait let alone any money off our meal as an apology. Very disappointing as we do love the food from here.

Always a great meal. Got a Madras curry and it did not dissapoint, very hot but tasty. Great portion size and very food value for money.

Really disappointed. Received my order of just a munchie box, 20 minutes later than was stated and it was luke warm. With the pitta bread being rock solid and inedible. Have ordered here once before and was fine. Not sure why it was so poor today. As you can imagine it's hardly been touched and still were still hungry!

Unfortunately due to unforseen circumstances my delivery was late and I had to end up collecting my order. However, I was given extra free food for the inconvenience and left a happy customer.

Run of the mill food nothing spectacular spent over £25 pound and received nothing extra,Bejing cuisine in Bonnybridge Chinese restaurant spend £15 and you get a massive bag of prawn crackers free.

Was difficult to order the correct sauce for kebab. Ended up with tomato ketchup. Other than that food was great.

50 minutes late. it actually arrived at 20.20 rather than 19:30. not exactly impressed by that or tha lack of apology when I called to find out where it was.g

Very poor delivery time, used to be a cracking take-away, has went down severely in recent times, took nearly 2 hours for a delivery, whilst waiting I tried phoning several times after an hour had passed as was advised 55 mins for delivery, phone was constantly engaged, so once the food arrived it was lookwarm and honestly not the best tasting, used to be the only Indian I'd have ordered from but I doubt I'll order from again.

The order was 35 minutes late, we have ordered from here before and it was also late. When I phoned to ask where our order was the man on the phone couldn't have sounded any less interested and didn't offer any sort of explanation or apology. The food was ok but not worth the wait.

Great chicken curry, enjoyed the pakora as not too spicy. Value for money on teatime deal.

The food arrived an hour late after phoning two times to see where it was. Had only ordered two kebabs and chips which both came absolutely freezing. Would not recommend.

Customer service is absolutely terrible. No customer care at all. Was spoken to appallingly. Been waiting for over an hour and a half for missing orders with no attempt of an apology

Ordered through just eat specifically made sure delivered to my friends house as we were having a night in their. Delivered to my billing address luckily the food didn't need too long in the micro and was worth the wait.

Meal delivered 50 mins after expected time - took 1hr 45 miss for delivery. I had to phone to chase it up. Food only luke warm at delivery. This is 2nd time in a row that delivery was well after expected time .

Was advised the curry would be very very hot... But was disappointed when not as spicy as warned.

I got a cheeseburger and chips with a portion of korma sauce. I was very disappointed as i got 5 chips and a big long tray of korma sauce. How does that even work? Am i meant to drink the sauce? Am i meant to take a bath in the sauce? what am i supposed to do with the sauce? i now have a full tray of korma sauce and nothing to dip in it.

Well there was not much donner meat, also the delivery driver that's twice kind of moaned because he didn't have change and twice he's had to short change me or it would have been in coppers he said I just think it's appalling and won't get a delivery again. He should be ashamed of his self it's actually put me off getting from classic India again!!!

Although Classic India claim to deliver to my area refused my second order because it takes 11 minutes to get to me....Back to the Indian Cottage in Kirkintilloch further away but happy for the business.

Delivery 1/2 later than stated. Ordered and paid for peshwari nan - got plain nan! Got bag chips not ordered. A real shame cos normally everything spot on

Ordered a cheese pizza with ham and chicken and a special chicken korma, my boyfriend loved his pizza and it was one of the best kormas I have tasted. Really quick delivery time and food was delicious and hot. Will definitely order again.

Got order a bit wrong, forgot one item. However they were quick to fix this and were happy to bring it to us. Will try again and hopefully we won't have this issue again.

Prompt delivery. All plates were clean after eating, so that is a good start. Will be ordering again. I believe it was very good value for money. Delicious. Delivered hot.

I ordered a Polynesian pizza by accident, so I didn't eat a lot, but the slices I did eat were almost top notch! Thanks guys almost :)

Parts of my meal was missing, there was no salsa on my nachos, on the menu it stated salsa would be with the nachos and they forgot my coke I ordered with my meal
