Worst place ever food was freezing donner meat looked as if it was 5 days old absolute disgusting and disgraceful the shop is manky inside how they are even opened a don't understand it !!!!

I ate from here last night and I felt sick all day. Thought it could've been from something else, so I had a bite of leftovers a couple hours ago. It's back again and my intestines feel like they're on fire. I'm not sure if it's the spice or a food safety concern, but don't order here. There's better places for curry, especially for the price

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, worst experience ever, ordered through deliveroo and no food arrived. Phone never picked up and now have to wait 48 hours for a refund went bed Hungry and very disappointed, but by the other reviews I had a lucky escape.

Fast delivery but food was none edible everything tasted like burnt rubber asked for a refund still waiting a day later don’t waste your time or your money

I ordered two kebabs one with mayo and one chilli sauce both came with chilli sauce phoned them back said they would bring the right order one hour and a half later no sign shop shut now no use not worth £15 will not be going back

If possible this place would get 0, ordered from here took in excess of 2 hours, then made me vomit for the rest of the evening. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Worst takeaway experience of my life - absolutely do not order from here. Ordered food at 12:30 and didn’t arrive till 3:30 when we were trying to sleep. Takeaway gave us no updates and when called said it would be “10 minutes” but didn’t arrive for another hour after that. I suspect they just deliver good on their way home.

NASTY NASTY NASTY! I never post reviews as most food is good to excellent but the order was totally wrong- I can't eat pork but the burnt pizza was covered in shrivelled up pepperoni, the cheeseburger was actually a soggy bun stuffed with donner meat, no cheese, no sauces, just dry and when I called them, they said they'd check and get back to me and from that point on they didn't answer the phone. I paid £25 for that horrible inedible stuff! So annoyed I can't even tell them as they didn't pick up! I saw the just eat 4 star review but I wished I'd checked Google for the 2 star status... its bang on.... do not....do not order from here! Grrrrrr!!

I ordered form deliveroo, but it is so strange that I did not receive anything! I waited for almost 2 hours, they didn’t call me or sent massages to me, but the app showed that my food already arrived!And it is not the first time they done this! By the way, the restaurant didn’t receive my call!

You have just lost 3 loyal customers, we ordered our food tonight and all our Currys tasted chemically and we couldn't eat more than a mouthful. Very sad after continually using this as our go to take away for over a year. We will not be ordering again.

DO NOT ORDER - Placed order at 11.45 on sunday night via JustEat. DID NOT ARRIVE but marked as on its way so we felt we could not order from anywhere else. Take phones off the hook. Total disgrace of a place

Staying at moxy hotel and decided to order in late at night due to being hungry after night out, ordered chips cheese and curry and then chips and curry. The curry sauce was more like a korma sauce but very very bland so wasn’t as described. The chips where still raw and the cheese was tasteless absolutely disgusting. This cost me £13 in total would have been better getting something out the vending machine that the hotel offers.

Freezing cold, burnt, wrong order. When spoke to the staff was told over the phone. “It’s late, you got your order enjoy your food” and was hung up on. DISGUSTING, patronising people. Clearly no Cooking or customer service skills!! Will be reporting to trading standards!!!

I waited 3 hours on my food for them to tell me on the phone they hadn't started it yet..I said I'd wait...then they said via just eat it would be here in 30 mins....30 mins later they CANCELLED MY ORDER? shut them down.

Easily one of the worst kebabs I’ve ever eaten. I made the huge mistake of ordering the £12.95 mixed kebab thing with chilli sauce. Bland/non existent chilli sauce. 90% oil. Their “salad” consisted of onions caked in, what I presume was, baby oil. I feel physically violated by what I received. It’s so unbelievably bad that I’ve actually been bothered to write a review at nearly 3:00am. Please avoid at all costs. Eating cigarettes would be tastier. I’m a big kebab fan, but this will be a meal I regret until the day I die.

Pathetic service and food. Would recommend to close the shop and enjoy Netflix at home

I been waiting for 3 hours for my food and guess what... didn't arrived. I been calling few times but that didn't help. First and last time I been trying order food from that place. My advice DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM THIS PLACE

Delivery late by 2 HOURS ! Phoned in to complain without getting rude or anything and the bossman hung up on me .... Munchie box was meant to come with a "Mini Naan" but came with a tesco wrap !

Wish I could rate them a 0 star, we ordered chips and two burgers and waited over 2 hours for it, when it arrived it was beyond terrible... A measurement of disappointment I never knew existed. Avoid like the plague.

Ordered a much box and a Pizza from City Spice last nights. This is my first time ordering. The food was good. Very generous portions. And the food was delivered faster than I expected. Only after ordering (when checking on maps where the restaurant was) I saw the poor reviews. I had to leave a good review, as I have had a great experience. Will definitely try again.

Disgusting:)) Food was Colder than ma maws shoulder after I’ve stoated in at 3 in the morning after a bender and the box was only half full, wouldnt even serve it to a dog n was ashamed to even have to feed it to the bin, when I called to say what was wrong they spoke in such a derogatory way calling me “darling” and “hen” and telling me it “couldn’t have been cold” and that it wasn’t their problem and that I would have to phone back in 14 days as it wasn’t them who delivered it was Uber eats and they didn’t have the money yet and even when I called to speak about the money I was told I wasn’t entitled to it, if any of you are thinkin about getting an order from them it should be a court order:))

I have called your restaurant 27 times since 9.20 order arrived at 10.20 hour late. Constantly engaged. Called just eat told to call you. Food was ordered at 7.00. Im missing the rice for the actual curries so cant eat them.shocking.thanx

Wow what an incredible pizzeria, first experience here was amazing then got a repeat order next time delivered and the food was awful. I mean dreadful. Such a shame.

Easy order, over an hour late, chips were soggy and undercooked, naan+contents were soggy and Luke warm. Called for refund; "ok, refund tonight at 10pm"... No refund. Called at 10:30 "oh, driver not heading that way tonight, boss call you tomorrow". It took calling another 4x next day with major argument to get a refund. Shocking. Awful food, worse service, but at least it was late.

Carbonara good but chicken tikka was 2 dry and the garlic bread very disappointing was some just random with butter not deserve 2£

South Indian garlic chilli chicken is fantastic but make sure you keep a roll of toilet paper in the fridge for the next day lol.

Not only was our order late the driver took it to a different address! Spoke both to delivery driver and restaurant, who both hit our with a random address. Not what the confirmation email said pal! Order completely wrong. Burnt, soggy and clearly done in a microwave to reheat after having to chase order and get it to the proper address. Just awful. Driver hung up on us too. You’re better off toasting toilet paper, slapping on some mouldy cheddar from the back of the fridge and cremating it in the microwave at home. Honestly man. Don’t waste your time or money. Proper disgusting.

I got a takeaway tonight spent over £30 and never been so disappointed! The rice came in bags. The chips where not cooked atall and the curry's honstly where 3 quotes full and bot very nice atall.

ordered ma food and waited for 3 HOURS. kept phoning them till it was closing time for the shop. never got an answer from them, never got my food and never got my money back. shut this place doon pls n thanks x

I was disappointed with my take away. I sometimes like a vegetable meal and the cost for this was higher than average. I would not mind the cost if the food was quality but the vegetables were overcooked and flavorless, either from frozen or poorly prepared.
