I love all of the serices such as the after sales one and the 24 hour one and the loyalty schemes it allows customers to return unwanted item and it is something that is rare in most resturents and it rival do not have it either therefore the buisiness has a U.S.P that is crucial to the buisiness’s survival and development and it can even take customer from other buisiness. It also encourage customer to try product they have never bought as they know if they do not like it, it can be returned.
