As always food amazing staff superb a must to visit 😋

Enjoyed a family meal between christmas and New year. We had main courses and deserts and all were delicious. My partner says it's the tastiest pizza he's had in years. I had seafood stuffed pasta - it was delicious. We'll definitely be back.

Such a shame we had a terrible time waiting over 2 horse for out meals and to have 5 wrong dishes brought out to us as the food was actually nice.

We had travelled through from Ayrshire to this area for the day and popped in for lunch . What a lovely place very welcoming and the prices very reasonable for the good quality of food being served. This gave me good vibes and set us up for the rest of the day full marks from me and my fellow travellers keep up the good work

First time here and everything was great. The food was delicious and my favorite was the pizza and strawberry ice cream and the restaurant is designed in a very luxurious style. I really like it.

The lunch menu is very good and priced reasonably. Food is generally very good. The staffs are also very friendly and responsive. I am particularly impressed by the tiramisu that comes with the set lunch menu. The portion is generous and it tastes great. The starter deep fried rice balls are also very good. However, the sea bass main dish is only okay. I would definitely come back and I am happy to recommend this restaurant. 👍🏼

Food was not bad but nothing special. Really disappointed to be presented with a bill that included stuff we've never ordered. Once challenged the waitress checked the receipt and came back in a few minutes with the correct one. No apologies offered nor any explanation. Check your receipts before you pay!!

I’m quite perplexed by the high ratings this Italian restaurant has received. It makes me wonder if we experienced an off night when the chefs weren’t at their best. A group of 5 visited on what seemed to be a fairly steady weekend night. The restaurant wasn’t overly full or rushed off its feet. The food was fine, but that’s about the most I can say. The pasta dishes were hit and miss. The Bolognese was overloaded with pancetta, making it very salty and destroying any flavour the rest of the dish had. On the other hand, the porcini pasta was really nice. However, the inconsistency between these dishes and the other few ordered was disappointing. Honestly, I’ve had far nicer and more consistent meals at Tony Macaroni’s, so I can’t see why I would choose to return here. The restaurant itself was fine, with good parking. The interior has a nice front, but as you go further in, the paint and furniture appear tired and worn. I appreciate the costs of running a business, but given the high prices for what you get, this restaurant would only receive an average rating in my mind. I can’t find any compelling reason to return. My advice to owner would be to drop costs by 20%, modernise restaurant and/or return to the drawing board to create something truly worth visiting for as I don't think feel there's any pride or passion to what is being served now.

Really enjoyed the food. Will have to go back and try the huge pizzas. Unfortunately the restaurant was mostly empty which kills the atmosphere somewhat. Service was attentive and friendly.

Went on Saturday for a meal. Didn't Book. walked in and made to feel unwelcome. sat down and waited 10 minute to be asked for a drink. Staff seemed disinterested. Walked out. has this place changed hands as the staff were completely different and not a patch on the last group who were amazing,

Lovely atmosphere, tasty food and amazing staff. Absolutely faultless

Firstly I was given a meat calzone when I ordered the vegetarian one, I only realised once I had my first mouthful. These things can happen so no worries, however the laughter of the waiter didn't help. Then, the vegetarian one that arrived was clearly made with the vegetables that they had left over from their over ordering at Christmas. It was full of carrot, sprouts and swede, not one vegetable that is usual in a Calzone. I was charged for this even though it was inedible. The staff didn't care. Please avoid this place, there are many brilliant restaurants in and around our area.

Went here tonight for my father’s 70th birthday, there was 11 of us. The food was incredible and the service was amazing. The staff are so lovely and attentive. It’s such a gem of a place that is a little out the way but absolutely worth it. Thank you!

We visited here on a Saturday early evening without a reservation. A very impromptu stop. We were really impressed with the setting, staff and food. I enjoyed the tagliatelle del casa. Highly recommended and will visit again.

I ordered a vegetarian Calzone that came a little bit late, however the service was aware of it and apologized in advance. The food was quite good, the place really nice and the service is always making sure you are comfortable and looked after.

Delicious food, as always. Staff are friendly and always happy to go the extra mile. You can even order ahead and collect the order to take away.

We got the warmest welcome & the nicest service I've had in such a long time. It was so refreshing. The waiters were very accommodating, the food was delicious- I had scallops & banoffe pie, my daughter had linguine pescatore & chocolate brownie. Safe to say we will return & happily recommend to others!!

This place is great for gluten free. The service is superb and the food is really good supported with a great price. Gluten Free Pasta, Pizzas and deserts are available all of which were probably the best gluten free alternatives we have come across yet.

Lovely Italian food served here at a reasonable price. Always a good, friendly atmosphere. Not rushed. Lovely to see people celebrating as well. Highly recommend.

The service was excellent and the food fantastic, shame it was early on a Sunday evening, the place was nearly empty. I cannot believe that those who live in the vicinity of this restaurant do not frequent it, a little secret but one which should be broadcast far and wide, because this has the potential to be one of the best restaurants I have been in for a very long time. With a good crowd in it would be extraordinary and such good value as well.

Always amazing food and service! We've had the carbonara, margherita pizza, lamb chops, steak, porcini pasta and everything has been fabulous! The peppercorn sauce is loaded with whole peppercorns in every colour, a bit too peppery for me.

Ordered a lasagne which was like a child's portion and was lukewarm at best. Waited 35 mins for food to arrive. Very disappointing experience and won't be going back.

Loved this place. Good parking outside and a warm welcome on arrival. Nice atmosphere. Food came in a timely manner and was freshly cooked and full of flavour. One small gripe is I thought the mains portions could be larger but others at my table thought they were a good size. Will definitely return.

This place has the best service I have seen in some time, extremely courteous and very engaging with their customers, My partner had the Calzone and very much enjoyed it, I had pasta Carbonara and it was the foodgasm that I required! We both had a drink or two and shared a dessert. Not greatly expensive, as it was under £60, seems like good value for money in these hard times. Drop in for a nice bite and friendly faces.
