Excellent Italian pizza, not like some fake Italian pizzerias with absurd prices

Amazing food, Lasagne for me, Spag Bol for the wife and we both enjoyed every bit of it. Will be ordering again!

Firstly a call stating no rocket in stock would you like lettuce instead? On a pizza??? Secondly once it arrived pizza was cold, pale and undercooked. Fries were covered in paprika (no mention in menu) all in all I would avoid.

I ordered the chilli paneer pizza along with a veggie burger and fries, all of which were delicious. The lady that served me was friendly and welcoming. Definitely adding this spot to my favourites list.

Not as good as it used to be in the beginning. Used to love Italian pizza from here, but very disappointed with the last few orders. Too much cheese and very hard base.

100% AUTHENTIC ITALIAN I ordered today thinking it was going to be some standard pizza but it was great. will definitely return and the prizes are amazing. £10 for a 14inch is incredible at this time.

Would have been nice if they didn't hide a stick in the burger which hurt my mouth and also charged £1.30 for a can of Fanta then sends Mirinda. I'm requesting a full refund based on the fact that I'm injured and couldn't eat my food

It is a very cleaned place to eat. The food is tasty from burgers, pizzas, milk shakes, wings and gelato and I have it all. I will not eat anywhere else while I am in WesttBrowich. I enjoyed the services they offered.

First time ordering from here, we had a gourmet burger which was huge and delicious and the maxi fries were so filling! We also had nuggets, mixed kebab box and cheeseburger. Very tasty and huge portion sizes. The only thing I would say is it a shame that they don’t do kids meals or options for smaller portions. Plan to try the pizza next time.

I visited this place after I read an online article about the pizzaria. It's owned by a Sikh family who moved to the UK from Italy, and they import a lot of their ingredients from there. I ordered a large pizza with my own choice of toppings. The pizza was a thin and crispy base. it was very fresh and tasty. The prices were very reasonable. There are also vegetarian options. I was impressed with the food. My kids loved it. I will be returning again.

Food was lovely, though portions are a bit too generous - I was expecting a small garlic bread pizza not a full size one and the pasta had enough for two people! Great value for money but a shame some food will be wasted.

I had their pizza for the first time and I have loved it, tried their pistachio and mango gelato 🍨 bellisimo 👍. Total advice you to try their food. The staff is kind and helpful as well. 👍

The service and the food were both excellent. Ciao Italia pizzeria is real amazing and would recommend trying these guys out. They have a great toppings selections and great prices. They start selling the Italian gelato, which taste exactly like pure Italian ice-cream.

Absolutely outstanding pizza & chips.

We was excited to try this place as we’d seen all the fantastic reviews but unfortunately we didn’t like it. The pizzas were really greasy and not very enjoyable, we’ve been to plenty of Italian pizzerias and this wasn’t anything like the pizzerias we’ve been to. Literally masses of grease dripping from the pizza slices. Maybe because there was too much cheese on them? Not sure. But we really didn’t enjoy it. Maybe we caught them on a bad day? I don’t know. But we wouldn’t order again.

Outstanding as always. Any doubters try the pizza it’s a solid 10/10 no joke

the Carbonara was dry and tasteless i wouldnt of fed that to a animal you should be disgusted with yourselves for serving poor quality food.I did order burger and fries and chicken nuggets the reviews i had from them where good.You would of had a better rating but i had to put my food in the bin and cook myself beans on toast

Pizza, Ravioli and Spaghetti Carbanaro were absolutely delicious. 2nd time we have ordered from here and the food has been amazing. Think this will be our new takeout.

Pasta on both dishes had no flavour phoned up because pasta dish had no sauce so yes they sent another one 20 mins later bit still same problem all they did was add more cheese. Won't be ordering again disgusting food.

I been searching for this type of pizza for agessss ..the best pizza that I ever eat in uK 🤤🥰 Exactly how I like it, very hot, very thin crust, perfect toppings amount , not over loaded , not extra oily, good quality of products and taste amazing! Far and away the best pizza around here

Lasagne had a very bland taste and about 29 pieces of beef mince inside 8 layers of pasta. For £10 I expect it to be better quality that that. Given that Bella pastas lasagne is £13 and is filled with beef mince and flavoured well, this was an immense let down. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Neither the pizza or the pasta we ordered had much taste at all. The 4 cheese pizza for instance had less taste than a margarita, which was really disappointing given there was supposed to be stilton on there.

Absolutely disgusting! Pizza is horrible and barley and meat on it and wasn’t cooked Properly, would not recommend this to any one , and they didn’t even give the rest of the order I rang them back up and they were so rude on the phone shouting down the phone and wouldn’t give me a refund , never again ! Disgusting people and food !

The food was by far the best Italian and most authentic food I have had from a takeaway, I ordered the carbonara and it was absolutely delicious, my partner had spaghetti frutti di mare and having tired some of that too I have to say the sauce was beautiful. If you’re looking at these reviews wondering if you should order you definitely should! I am beyond happy with the food and service I received.

Had to call before to confirm that they make proper Italian pizza, as I'm Italian I'm very fuzzy about my food.. but this time I can say FINALLY I have a propert traditional take away in West Bromwich I can rely on! Also my husband loved the pizza. We shared a Simona and a tuna and onion. Gorgeous. We used to go all the way to Birmingham City Center to have nice Italian food, but now finally we can order at home. Gorgeous food. I hope they are here to stay!

As an Italian myself, the food is truly authentic to what you would find in Italy. Thin based pizzas with a variety of options. Variety of food from pizza, lasagne, burgers and pasta.

If you want proper authentic Italian pizza, this is the spot. Definitely worth the money.
