Lovely little cafe very reasonable personally I can't eat smoked eggs and bacon and there was no choice offered so unfortunately didn't finish my breakfast and the tea was below average this is my personal opinion won't be dining there again

Consistent, systematic, fair and most importantly tasty... these guys don't mess about!

I've been here a couple of times, last year being the first time. I went based on Google reviews, and it's clear the reviews are completely genuine. The food here is very, very generously portioned, (they're even happy to add items for free if you ask for ones to be removed), the price is very fair, and the customer service is incredible. This place has the potential of being bigger than it is due to its popularity. Be warned, the biggest breakfast option on the menu is bigger than anything you've probably ever ordered before! 🤣🤣😂

Absolutely excellent highly recommended well worth the 25mile drive for me wish I lived closer this place cannot be beaten I have been in almost every cafe in a 50mile radius and this one is the best

Good place to eat breakfast with a few different options on the menu, do not attempt the biggest breakfast unless you haven't eaten in weeks because it's really is sooo big, even me, 6ft7, 18 stone man couldn't finish it all but the food is lovely. Would say they have the typical builders cafe vibe, which is really good to see as a lot of these types of cafes have closed down. Will be returning again in the future.

Great cafe. Huge portions, good quality and very good value. Service was friendly and prompt. Excellent real coffee. I would highly recommend. Its small but worth the wait if you can't get in when you visit Sandy. Open from 6am weekdays and Saturday! Closed Sunday and Monday.

Big portions at fair prices, and its delicious. Can get very busy however so my only complaint would be lack of space. Perfect if you want a takeout though.

Me and my mate Steve the plasterer just love this place. We think about our visit days before so we can build up and prepare our fat guts for the onslaught. Just love it !!! Xx

Really enjoyed my breakfast here, food was good portions and very tasty too. The staff are lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Just 1 teeny grown..there's no toilet on the premises..however, it's a 2 min walk to the public toilets (which were perfectly clean and usable) and this would definitely not put me off going again..infact..im going again next week..definitely a great place to go for a proper breakfast 😀

Great bacon sandwich friendly staff

Great value a proper greasy spoon cafe. Friendly staff. It's a bit cosy, but that adds to the charm. Coffee does leave a little to be desired. I had a what we shall call loosely, a latte tasted like an instant sachet, but this is being really picky. I don't really want to reccomend as I might not get a table in the future but I reccomend it 100% sort the coffee and it is 5 stars all the way a great place.

Was working in Sandy and the customer recommended this place. We ended up going twice on consecutive days because of how good it was. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food was great, and the value for money is something you don't see anywhere else anymore nowadays.

It's been a few years since I ordered from here. Only because I moved jobs and moved house so no longer on the doorstep like I was. I used to test their abilities by ordering food not on the menu. E.G. Half pound burger, half southern fried chicken breast, hast brown, melted stilton, chillies, hot sauce. They would laugh and make the order, when I went to collect 20 minutes later they had everything done perfectly. So I'd up the ante the following week and again they perfectly delivered. The prices are mind-blowing for the amount of food you get served. Maximum flavour for next to nothing in cost, which is how it should be. I visited a couple of days ago and ordered the bacon and egg baguette, it still delivers with the amount of bacon and eggs in a pretty much whole baguette. Forget about your fast food franchises, it's all about chunkys. So glad to see that your still operating and going strong. I will be making more of an effort to visit more again.

Came here this morning after looking for somewhere to have breakfast nearby and reading positive reviews. We fully agree with them. The food and coffee was amazing and so cheap, large portions, the service was great, we were offered swaps for extra sausages because we didn't want beans... other places would usually just take it off and offer nothing else. We will definitely be back, a hidden gem

I went to Chunky's because I saw some good reviews on Facebook. I had the Chunky's breakfast, and though I had to wait about 15 minutes for the food, it was well worth the wait, as it was very busy when I got there. The gentleman behind the counter, and the lady taking the orders were welcoming and pleasant. I will definitely be visiting again...👍🏿👍🏿👊🏿👊🏿💯💯

Went in for a bit of breakfast on break, was blown away by the meal and the atmosphere. Fantastic value for money, makes me regret that I only went once.

Excellent in every way. This is a brilliant place. Although it's often crowded that's testament to how good they are..... I'm pretty sure they are aware of a couple of properties larger and vacant near by. I've been going there for a couple of months now , love the place. Thanks. Keep up the great work

Friendly cafe. I had half a Breakfast French stick and a coffee fir less than a fiver. It was loaded with food. We'll worth a visit.

A good old fashioned cafe. Excellent food, excellent service, excellent atmosphere. Eat in or takeaway, the staff are very happy and polite and nothing is ever too much. The prices of all food and drinks are very reasonable, and I can highly recommend Chunky's for eating in or take away. 100% all round.

Excellent cafe . Popped in yesterday morning for first time with a colleague, had a great regular full English . Quality great, service superb . Reminded me of cafe’s of old from my childhood which is a good thing just good food served cheerfully and great value.

Had an instant coffee and 7.95 breakfast. Staff were very prompt and polite, I took my time / struggled to eat this well cooked breakfast.

My Favourite UK cafe, and I'm well travelled! I mostly get the breakfast stick, a 12" french stick with a full English breakfast inside it, cut into two, which helps because I usually have to eat the other half later (a lot of good grub!) And I don't get charged for my extra portion of black pudding! I was recommended Chunkys even before I moved to locally

5 years later and its still a fantastic place to eat. A small crowded cafe. Huge portions. The food is good quality. The type of food you wouldn't expect in a cafe in regards to quality. No cheap ingredients here. Staff are fantastic. Very friendly and want your custom. Asked how I have been and eye contact made. This cafe is the number one cafe in sandy.

Ordered the Chunky's Big Breakfast, it was alright value for money but the breakfast was low quality and completely flavourless. Everything was plain and required salt and seasoning. Overall, very disappointed

Very busy big portions for little impact on the wallet very friendly staff whom get to know their customers. Parking is on market Square or town carparks . Meals freshly cooked and great sandwiches, downside margarine not to my liking yuk. Overall good cafe plenty of variety great staff value for money .

Would be nice if they updated their Facebook page. So that would have known that it was going to be closed after driving 5 miles for a breakfast 22sept 2021

I used to stop off here every morning on the way to work for a french stick with sausage, bacon, hash brown etc… Has always been great value for money, very filling and a proper good breakfast.

Just had a lovely salad box for lunch. Good price and really filling. Highly recommend Chunkys and the friendly staff.

Collect the Menzies/ Bibby order this morning and tried the new chicken tikka on doorstep. Absolutely Amazing.
