It’s the worst chopstix bar I’ve visited. Got 8 nuggets in big box is ridiculous. Other bars give you full box of food for the same price. Hope you’ll get bankrupt 🤮

The food was good, the service was ok, the ladies got our order wrong and just presumed we wanted the same drinks instead of asking if we wanted different drinks. We could not pay by cash, even though cash is a legal tender. We was made to pay by card for our orders. I won't eat here again as I mainly pay by cash and do not use a card very often. All businesses should have the option to pay by card or cash. It should not be forced upon us to use one or the other only.

Good service, options available fast service, really happy with choice of food option, noodles really enjoyed.

My husband came tonight at 7:20pm to collect the Too good too go bags from this Chopstix branch and there was a horrible woman shouting at him and another customer before him who also came to collect Too Good Too Go, unhappy that we arrived too early even the app say collecting time is 19:20 - 19:40. The main point of this app is to save Waste Food and if you felt like you are loosing profits from selling Too Good Too Go then please dont offer this on the app or put the collection time to a later time when you think there wont be any customer after that. I tried multiples time ordering from Too Good Too Go and they cancelled my order 5/7 times and this time clearly because we arrived early enough for them not to cancel it. The owner/manager/supervisor of this branch in Designer Outlet please educate your staff’s manner (this was a middle aged lady who was also shouting at other staffs that they were giving “too much” for the Too Good Too Go Bag) that if she doesnt understand how Too Good Too Go program works, please take a day training I was quite a regular customer here and after today, I don’t think I will bother

Had a two topping rice caramel chicken and salt and pepper chicken. It was good and tasty although a bit too much rice. Hubby had thre toppings and he enjoyed his too.

Ordered delivery. Food arrived timely but was cold. Rice was really under cooked and order was wrong. When i advised them of wrong order received 50p bank transfer. No offer to replace missing item they just calculated the difference between what I received which I didn't order and the missing item. No apology . Bad experience all round.

Exceeded my expectations. Was nice food, especially the salt and pepper chicken! That was beautiful. Portion sizes weren’t huge. You got a lot of noodles but the main bits were small. Would of liked more, however it was only for lunch time so didn’t mind in the end.

Not much to say really, 6.75 for a medium noodles, possibly the worst Noodles I've ever had, absolutely tastess and dry I should have taken notice when there was no one in the queue

Great place and food was amazing. Choose your box size then rice or noodles then your toppings. We absolutely loved it it’s a shame we don’t have one nearer to home.

Looked forward to my favourite dish sweet and sour chicken with egg fried rice, however, the food did not match up at all to my expectation. My friend said that she hoped I would of come back to her before ordering as she would of warned me not to bother purchasing! I was shocked when I sat down and I felt greatly disappointed. I continued to eat despite her warning in hope that my taste would be somewhat different but with no success, it was horrible so much so that I could not eat it. On review when ordering the staff were rude and looked unmotivated, they could improve on their customer service skills. Thankfully the good part was that when approached to give my feedback and to ask for a refund they gave me one for my meal. Not a happy customer. My friend refuses to still get a refund for herself, maybe this gives you an impression of how welcoming this fast food restaurant really is.

day out at east midlands designer outlet near mansfiield and had lunch at chopstix noodle bar in the food hall . The food is lovely i had egg fried rice , vegetable noodles , salt and pepper potatoes , bbq chicken and salt and pepper...
