Placed an order though uber eats was told the restaurant was closed from my driver and not the restaurant themselves wouldn't recommend ordering from here as they clearly don't care letting a customer wait over an hour

Chopstix is always my go-to whenever I visit Lakeside. The food is fresh, flavourful, and portions are generous. The staff are lovely! Very friendly and efficient, and the service is quick even during peak hours. Highly recommend!

Food is absolutely banging every time. Which is lucky, as the staff are miserable as sin and rude. They rush you and make you feel like you are imposing. Which I think i was, as the girl on thr checkout was very busy texting someone

Chopstix at lakeside ,was amazing experience in food , we ate 3 toppings chicken and noodles with veg roll, very delicious food . Moreover, food serving experience was great as well, specially Tagiana, female staff ,she has great customer services skills and very friendly by nature.

I always liked Chef George. I have been coming here multiple times and the service he provides is the best, he is always with a smile on his face and very welcoming towards everyone. If I could I would leave him 6 stars.

This was the most incompetent staff I ever met. Wait 20 minutes to order and after that wait again 10 minutes to find out they gave my order away and put me to wait again. Worst! Avoid this place. They don’t even apologise or something.

Had a great time with their food and service, especially from Sayeda. Will go back again for sure.

The food is always very tasty, good variety to choose from. Friendly staff. However, the worst chopsticks I have ever seen. They're not bamboo, they're cheap wood. When you separate the pair they're not straight and quite often have splinters! Spoke to manager, he's aware of the poor quality but keeps ordering and using same rubbish chopsticks. If not for chopsticks, I'd give this place full 5 stars.
