Lots topping to choose from, I had the sweet and sour chicken, medium spicy beef, and spicy chicken it was very tasty. Special mention to Faud and violeta for their great hospitality.

Been having chopstix for a while now, and I would say the problem is the staff at the lakeside store. Firstly the lady was to busy talking to her colleagues and messed up my order and then tried to blame me, then the old Asian lady on the counter taking payments doesn't understand English and again messed up drinks and sides when I questioned her she just pointed at a sides board as if to tell me what I'm having. Always been good there but the lakeside store and it's staff especially are terrible! Won't be going no more

I had a wonderful experience at Chopstix - I was served by Radhika at the Lakeside store and she was absolutely lovely. Def coming back!!

Me and my kids loved it before they stopped doing the firecracker. It was the best tasting topping, which we visit every week. My kids were extremely disappointed that they don't have this topping anymore. It was a foolish decision made by the management. Other toppings don't taste right.

Excellent service but food was average.

I visited this Chinese outlet today after a few years, and I have to say I was really disappointed. The food was absolutely disgusting—definitely not the quality I remembered. On top of that, the prices have gone up significantly, which just adds to the frustration. I was hoping for a great meal, but unfortunately, it fell far short of my expectations. I don’t think I’ll be coming back anytime soon.

I had little kids with me on Wednesday evening the 7th at 7.20 ,one of the male worker s behaviour was so racist and disgusting,he saw me standing thier but he preferd on purpose to another male customer first and he told me he will serve him first ,I’m from Dubai visiting could have bought 100 times more this kind of cheap behaviour will b no good for anyone who eats in chopsticks 👎👎👎

In this experience of mine at this chopstix bar, it was very splendid. We did not have to wait that long and the staff was very generous. The food was very amazing. Sayada in particular was an amazing kind women and chatted to us and gave a overall positive atmosphere. I recommend checking this place out!

Bad customer service,I was there yesterday and told the staff I did not want the sweet and sour sauce in my food as I only like the chicken,mind you I bought 4 large bowls of food. They bought started speaking in a different language that I don’t understand and they were literally looking at me and were laughing. Very rude!!!!

This is one of the best chopsticks in the east and the service is quick the team member is very fast with the hands it is very filling they also gave us 20% off because the shop was closing which is very good because they are not wasting food but it was delicious 😋. Thanks to the team they had lovely closed down.

If I could give zero I would I came here yesterday AND I GOT FOOD POISIONED I AM ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED WITH THIS COMPANY I CANT EVEN GET OUT OF BED I WAS THROWING UP THROUGHOUT THE NIGHT IT MUST HAVE BEEN THE RICE BECAUSE IT TASTED OFF FOR A RESTAURANT LIKE THIS THEY SHOULD KNOW BETTER AND I AM GOING TO TAKE THIS TO FURTHER ACTIONS !!! Went around 7:40pm on 17/06 and was treated so nicely by Michelle and another lady working on the counter. I always come to this Chopstix and had the best experience ever. Both Michelle and the other lady were considerably polite - not just to me but also the other customers being served. 11/10 experience, thank you for your kindness.

Thanks to teriyaki beef and chilly prawns being back on the menu and very helpful server we had lovely meal in Lakeside Shopping Centre Chopstix. We had large noodles and five toppings to share between two of us and it was plenty and very tasty.

Very disappointed with the value for money. The portions were too small even for a large one. Filled it up entirely with noodles and then laid them with 4 nuggets of each selection. Very poor food too. Such a waste of money!

Chopsticks is situated at the Food Court on the top floor. For lunch today, it was less busy. I would suggest you first download and install there app before going there as the app has some offers. I personally received a birthday gift which was a small box which allowed me to choose rice or noodles as well as One filling. So I selected egg fried rice with Firecracker chicken. I had also received a barcode after I had signed up to the app for 5 small complimentary vegetarian spring rools. The good was served piping hot. The only piece of cutlery they have are wooden forks. Unfortunately they do not have any knives which I needed to cut up the chicken. So I ended up using 2 forks to pull the food apart into smaller pieces. They really need to address this issue. As for the meal, the egg fried rice had nice chunks of egg. This has a nice taste. The accompanying Firecracker chicken was coated and spiced although I did not spot any actual red chillies 🌶, that was a shame. The small vegetarian rolls were very crispy with a tasty filling. They seemed freshly made. There is plenty of seating area to choose from although the weekends get very packed due to heavy foot fall. I really enjoyed my birthday treat from Chopstix. They should have some Siracha or chili for those who prefer a spicier taste. I will visit there again in due course and am hopeful they have some knives to go with the Forks.

This Chopstix branch is one my favourites because the meals I have here are the best. I recently tried their XL box with 4 toppings and got my moneys worth the rice and noodles were brilliant and the topping amount was very generous. Thanks to Chopstix Lakeside you can order quickly and take away your food almost immediately if there’s no queue.

The food was good, but they are too tight with the toppings. It seems that the more toppings you choose, the less of each you get, although you are paying more for a greater number of toppings. I had 3 toppings which were firecracker chicken, teriyaki beef and golden salt & pepper chicken. They all tasted good with decent flavour coming across as pretty fresh, chicken and vegetables were crispy where they should be. The skinny/healthy rice was okay. They are just too tight with the toppings - literally got just a few bits of firecracker chicken and they were small bits. Same with the other two toppings.

Aqeel the worker was brilliant at serving and the food was very tasty with the delightful atmosphere👍👍

Violeta and Sayada are a credit. They are always so friendly and smiling. They value returning customers and nothing is ever too much for them. I really enjoy seeing them both and their smiles. Thank you ladies, you are both amazing Molly x

Awful customer service. White man who is taking order in the till is terrible. Very rude with customer. Don’t know how to behave. He claim himself is the manager thought he is not behave like. Refused to tell his name.

Food was off or contaminated and caused food poisoning.Stale food should not be allowed to be served. You should be reported to food hygiene standards agency for a monitoring visit. Disgusting, appalling service and food, as my son was the only one who ate your food ... he only had a few bites and was vomiting within 20 mins.

I have been eating chopstix for years and never have I received service so poor. A large box cost nearly £9 and contained exactly: Salt and pepper chicken - 4 pieces K pop chicken - 4 pieces Sweet and sour chicken - 6 pieces Instead, the staff filled most of my tray with the healthy rice they have. Literally 6 scoops of it went into my box. They call it healthier but it looks and tastes like unprocessed plastic pellets. Honestly I'm just really disappointed with the quality and quantity of the food provided here, it's sub par and all they do is fill the bowl with rice and noodles making you pay £9 bloody pounds for the equivalent of half an uncle Ben's rice packet. The veg in the rice tastes bland and like it's been steamed for 3 hours before finally being put out. Do better, cost of living is going up and these companies think we're stupid!!! Charging stupid money for horrid quality food is just unacceptable. End of
