Today i went chopstix i had a wonderful experience at chopstix, thanks to sayada akter. She was very friendly attitude and excellent customer handling. All the time smile on her face and food was good testy.Thank you sayada akter.

The staff here are amazing so friendly,approachable and gracious and very patient when your not sure what you want to eat,great interaction which makes the visit a joy, Ps,the foods not to bad either 😋 😉

Great value, great food. Downloaded the app for some free spring rolls aswell! Recommend caramel chicken, fire cracker chicken and k-pop BBQ. Service was really quick and Sayada was very helpful and friendly!

I went to Lakeside with my family on a Sunday, and at the end of our shopping we went to eat at the food court at around 3.45pm. I read the review at Chopstix, and thought I will give it a try however when I got to the counter before welcoming the customer the gentleman who was taking my order instantly said sorry we don't have anything left apart from what's on display. I totally understand that food does run out and I did say that will you not be making anything else, because they still have an hour to go, and they said that they close early on Sundays, which is not what is written on their opening and closing times. The food was really nice, however I think their customer service can be dramatically improved!

Chicken curry was less flavourful than eating paste, at least then you can taste the chemicals, the curry gave nothing. The noodles texture was like none other in the worst way possible, it was like biting through fake noodles. The caramel chicken was good but that must have been because it wasn’t the only thing sitting out all day. I’d rather eat at Pizza Hut and I got food poisoning from there one time. £7.89 for that was like the quick punch to the balls

Lots topping to choose from, I had the sweet and sour chicken, medium spicy beef, and spicy chicken it was very tasty. Special mention to Faud and violeta for their great hospitality.

Been having chopstix for a while now, and I would say the problem is the staff at the lakeside store. Firstly the lady was to busy talking to her colleagues and messed up my order and then tried to blame me, then the old Asian lady on the counter taking payments doesn't understand English and again messed up drinks and sides when I questioned her she just pointed at a sides board as if to tell me what I'm having. Always been good there but the lakeside store and it's staff especially are terrible! Won't be going no more

I had a wonderful experience at Chopstix - I was served by Radhika at the Lakeside store and she was absolutely lovely. Def coming back!!

Me and my kids loved it before they stopped doing the firecracker. It was the best tasting topping, which we visit every week. My kids were extremely disappointed that they don't have this topping anymore. It was a foolish decision made by the management. Other toppings don't taste right.

I visited this Chinese outlet today after a few years, and I have to say I was really disappointed. The food was absolutely disgusting—definitely not the quality I remembered. On top of that, the prices have gone up significantly, which just adds to the frustration. I was hoping for a great meal, but unfortunately, it fell far short of my expectations. I don’t think I’ll be coming back anytime soon.

I had little kids with me on Wednesday evening the 7th at 7.20 ,one of the male worker s behaviour was so racist and disgusting,he saw me standing thier but he preferd on purpose to another male customer first and he told me he will serve him first ,I’m from Dubai visiting could have bought 100 times more this kind of cheap behaviour will b no good for anyone who eats in chopsticks 👎👎👎

In this experience of mine at this chopstix bar, it was very splendid. We did not have to wait that long and the staff was very generous. The food was very amazing. Sayada in particular was an amazing kind women and chatted to us and gave a overall positive atmosphere. I recommend checking this place out!
