Chopstix at lakeside ,was amazing experience in food , we ate 3 toppings chicken and noodles with veg roll, very delicious food . Moreover, food serving experience was great as well, specially Tagiana, female staff ,she has great customer services skills and very friendly by nature.

Food was good and staff name Fatema was really helpful.

I always liked Chef George. I have been coming here multiple times and the service he provides is the best, he is always with a smile on his face and very welcoming towards everyone. If I could I would leave him 6 stars.

This was the most incompetent staff I ever met. Wait 20 minutes to order and after that wait again 10 minutes to find out they gave my order away and put me to wait again. Worst! Avoid this place. They don’t even apologise or something.

Had a great time with their food and service, especially from Sayeda. Will go back again for sure.

The food is always very tasty, good variety to choose from. Friendly staff. However, the worst chopsticks I have ever seen. They're not bamboo, they're cheap wood. When you separate the pair they're not straight and quite often have splinters! Spoke to manager, he's aware of the poor quality but keeps ordering and using same rubbish chopsticks. If not for chopsticks, I'd give this place full 5 stars.

The noodle and rice ire awefull, it’s so fat and tasteless, the only good thing is the spicy chicken and fries, but you can’t buy it on its own just as a side hence 1star. To improve will advise to improve the quality of both rice and noodles and start selling thr spicy chicken by its own

Service provided by staff was helpful and fast but over all I would avoid in future due to the quality of the food! Overpriced for what it is (£23 for 2 regular meals), very bland flavour, got 2 regular boxes one with rice and one with noodles, caramel chicken, firecracker chicken (very spicy but not flavourful), sweet and sour chicken topping. I also ordered spring rolls (bland and small) and my friend had the katsu chicken strips. She got horrible food poisoning from the chicken strips!
