Chopstix - Cardiff St. David's in Cardiff

Chopstix Noodle Bar on Queen Street is an absolute gem! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We tried the K-Pop BBQ, Sweet and Sour Chicken, Spicy Chicken, and the Salt and Pepper potatoes with Vegetables, along with crispy vegetable spring rolls. Every dish was cooked to perfection, with a great balance of spices and flavors. The portions were generous, and the drinks complemented the meal wonderfully. What stood out the most was the exceptional service – the staff was warm, attentive, and made sure we had a great dining experience. I highly recommend Chopstix to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying meal in Cardiff.

I' ve visited Chopstix at St. David's Center , Cardiff on Saturday (22nd) with my best freind for a meal... We had a warm welcome and very freindly customer service from the staff .. Specifically I would like to mention Asanka wha has given excellent service.. Would definitely visit again..Highly recommended..

DO NOT ORDER FOR HOME DELIVERY!!! We ordered food that came to £60. We waited 45 minutes for delivery, which was not an issue at this time. We then opened the door to 1 very small bag, which contained only a drink, prawn crackers and spring rolls. We were missing 3 main meals along with sides. We attempted to contact the Store 3 times which each time they told us they were processing our food. We are still awaiting our food 2 hours later, with no guarantee we will end up receiving our food, to which uber support are helping us with. AVOID ORDERING AT ALL COSTS!!!

delivery time kept changing continuously as it took over 2 hours for my order to arrive.

Lovely food and a good system to choose what you eat

While the food is great for what you’d expect, the service is a bit strange. I was in the middle of eating my meal when a staff member came over to me and requested that I leave a review then stood watching over my shoulder until I did which was very off putting as 1, I just wanted to eat my food and 2, I felt pressured to give them a 5 star review as she was watching what I typed. I’d have left the review at 5 stars if I’d been left alone to eat my food in peace.

The service was amazing been here a few times and never disappoints. The girl that served me today (21/10) not too sure on the name but was wearing a green top and was quite young very very lovely and made sure i got everything i needed.

Loved coming to this untill i noticed ive been over charged every time i come in staff are told to overcharge sweet chili dip that i did not ask for also they say spring rolls come with the meal but they dont a drink is cheaper on its own very disappointing

Service was amazing the ladys that made my noodle box were so lovely and nice even reminded me about my Chopstix app where I had 5 free spring rolls and I collected my points aswell where next time I’ll be saving a lot more money

unfortunately I ordered an extra box of vegetable noodles for my daughter. It seems they were previously frozen and microwaved on order as she kept coming across the odd frozen noodle. Disappointing!!!

staff are very pushy. try to upsell you and will also try to force you to leave 5 stars. they stand and watch you until you do it. if you leave a bad review they will chase you about it

Popped in for a casual munch. The staff were really really lovely. Let me have a try before I bought. Helped me choose the best deal for my money and made sure all of my needs were met. There really went above and beyond. The manager on shift was funny and relaxed which gave the restaurant a great atmosphere. Thank you Rebeca and Anna for your warm smiles and sweet nature. I was in chopstix today for my dinner.and I got served by this beautiful young lady, always with a smile and who is super friendly. She was providing efficient service to everybody that was there. The food was great and this young waitress whose name Rebecca made it even more of a more pleasant experience.

Noodles are really nice. Egg rice is not too my taste buds. Probably cuz lacks a bit of salt and pepper. But you can add them as they provide it in sachets. K-pop bbq chicken is so nice! 👌🏼 Spring rolls are really good too! Get them!
