Disgusting food. Sloppy noodles with chewy chicken. Meanwhile the server goes around coughing without putting her hand over her mouth. £8 for three bits of coughed over chicken and slimy noodles. How does this place turn a profit? Disgusting.

Me and my child went here for a quick lunch, first time we went here and the server Jack was very helpful with explaining how it works and was very patient whilst my 4 year decided what he wanted too. Good prices too!

The service was amazing, staffs are so friendly. Jack from union square store served me he was so kind and friendly. He also helped to to carry all my food to the table. The service was really good.

Food is nice and quick! And tastes delicious, and nice banter between staff and customers, and one of the staff members (Jack) was very approachable and helpful when ordering my food! And nice small talk!

The food is fine (maybe a little overpriced). The service is fast but the workers always seem absolutely exhausted and miserable. I’ve only been once or twice but my experience has been like this both times. The system is somewhat poorly explained the first time I came (by both the staff and posters etc.). They also do not offer spoons (which is baffling). Although, I cannot stress how fast it is. Good in case of emergency.
