I had a wonderful experience, and the staff, particularly Gracie, were very kind and helpful. Everything was exceptionally neat and tidy.

We visited today all the way from Macclesfield for a day out and stopped here for a quick lunch. The service was quick, the food looks fresh and turned out to be super tasty. We were served by Alex C who was lovely and didn't mind me taking ages to go through my order :) Would definitely come here again!

Ordered a delivery with them and was missing half our items. Ordered Gyozas which is supposed to have three but only two came and no sauce. Tough and chewy and the other meal had pink meat in it. Not great

Visited today whilst shopping in town and always come to my favourite place to eat…opted for a large noodle box with caramel chicken, salt and pepper chicken and salt and pepper potatoes, was asked by Alex if I’d like to upgrade to the meal deal which was an extra £2.99.. which gets you a side and a drink too .. great value for money! … and friendly staff ..thanks Alex and Phil! :-)

It’s like a mess how come very few staff during busy hours? Are your staff running away or staff shortage? You can’t have few staff during busy hours to provide good service and serve the queue. Provide staff just for busy hours can do

Came here for the first time as my family have been before and I haven't. I thought it'd be a good experience from what I was told, however this was for from the truth. We had no choice but to order our food as if it was a delivery option because of the queues out of the door. We had been sat down for around 45 minutes due to this problem. Myself and family ordered different options because that's what it offers you. We didn't get any of the things we asked for and items were missing off the list. Staff didn't seem to care, ignorant and just didn't see to give a crap. Also, 2 staff members at lunch time? Higher ups need to revaluate the business and provide more staff. Also the place looked like a a complete mess with stuff on the floor amongst other things. Disable access door was broken too so that provided no privacy to Disable access people such as myself. Shut the place down, or look into what goes on. Higher ups need to provide more staff, oh and more printer ink as your staff could not read ANYTHING off the receipt. Notice how I'm not putting it all down to the staff even though they weren't the best? Anyway, hope this finds you well and gets careful consideration.

Although staff member who was very polite and professional was giving out extra spring rolls but only available after seeing the review. Saying that this particular store has professional staff unlike store in st John's shopping centre store where they think it's ok for some of their staff to eye roll, be rude and unprofessional
