Amazing food and service definitely on my revisit list.

Came in Tuesday and wasn’t disappointed, Staff lovely and very friendly, food cooked properly, the cleanliness were high everything in 1. Was served by Julia and Ali who cheered me up!

In here most days, staff are always welcoming and very friendly. Highly recommend the caramel chicken, salt & and pepper, of course, a favourite, but you can't go wrong with any of the toppings, a bit of something for everyone. There are plenty of seats inside and toilets available for customers 👌

I've been here a couple of times, and I can confidently say that this is my favourite fast food place to go. It never disappoints with the food quality and portions. The staff are really chill and kind, exactly the right attitude for this semi-anime themed restaurant. The design of the place adds to the laid-back setting, which is really cozy. Overall, I would recommend this place to everyone I know. Keep it up!

Staff and welcoming and funny, I went inside for a food break after working for long, went inside in was greeted by staff julia and louis. both asking hows my dad was, which we had a long conversation , and the food is very nice aswell

We’ve made an order with pick up. When we arrived they didn’t even started our order and they had missing the 2 main ingredients: noodles and salt and paper potatoes. Why even bothered to take orders if you can’t even make a phone call and informing the customer that you do not have the main ingredient? Just to take a trip to your restaurant for nothing?

Food is good but the customer service is awful. I didn’t ask for a dish and they put it in the box and then kept saying you ask for it. When I said I didn’t ask for it, he threw the box there and just left. Staff should be trained better.

I have to say, I hadn’t been to Chopstix before (it was my first time this year), but I’m now only finding myself wanting to go again for more after the experience I had there recently. I wasn’t too sure what to order, as there were quite a few choices, but a staff member (Ciaran, I believe his name was) was really kind in helping me choose. He talked me through the different options and told me what each of them entailed, and with his help we were able to decide on the best meal for me. I enjoyed the food and the atmosphere and I would definitely recommend the place to others.

Worth a try and the staff is also very good. And you can grab free chop sticks by downloading the app. Go garb it 😉😉

I wish I had looked at more of the reviews before ordering here. The food is absolutely terrible and how this place has any good reviews is beyond me. I’m vegetarian so ordered the salt and pepper cauli bites. I bit into them and found out that they gave chicken instead. This is a really unacceptable mistake - food allergens and dietary restrictions need to be taken seriously. I also ordered the “egg fried rice” and “vegetable chow mein” which arrived cold (over an hour after ordering) and tasted like cardboard. I’ve only been bothered to leave a bad review when I’m really unhappy. Aside from the chicken issue, the rest of the food wasn’t even tolerable. I would absolutely not recommend eating here.

I really wish I could give it -0. I went to this place to treat my kids to a decent meal, however we were all disappointed, I asked the waiter if the Thai curry has any coconut milk in it and he said no it doesn't, and guess what it has coconut luckily I asked my son to taste it first as I'm allergic and I didnt want risk it. Drama not finished yet, the waiter said there's only few peas in the curry and that my son could remove them himself and we were surprised that the curry made of tons of pease. Moreover, the noodles tastes so plain and rubbish. If you want to waste your money then this is the place for you.

Over charged me £8.79meal bought two meals charged me 3£ extra twice for extra value meal without telling me this. 24£ for two large meals disgusting.

Here’s an example of a negative review focusing on staff behavior: "Terrible Experience - Staff Were Rude and Unprofessional" I recently visited Chopstix in Liverpool, and the staff's behavior was shockingly bad. They were rude, dismissive, and seemed completely uninterested in helping customers. When I was checking about the redeem points the person behind the counter rolled their eyes and gave a sarcastic response. The atmosphere was unwelcoming, and it felt like the staff didn’t want to be there. On top of that, they were slow to serve and ignored customers waiting in line while chatting among themselves. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. Definitely won’t be returning!

I understand Saturdays in Liverpool can be extremely busy, nevertheless, a lovely young woman who i think was named Julia ??! ( sorry if that if wrong!!!) took care of my order. I could tell there was a rush but she didn’t let that get in the way of my great service she stopped for a chat and was so warm and welcoming, absolute credit to your store I will be retuning chopstix!!! Also I really recommend the spring rolls

Do not eat here! My friend got severe food poisoning and has been on antibiotics. Completely unhygienic. Avoid at all costs.

Price over charged me 6£ i have got receipts. I ask for 2 large meal which was 8.79£ he added another 3£ for extra value meals twice without asking.

Food was under average, cold and hard. Staffs were chatting during the service, slow and unprofessional. The vibe of restaurant was an okay.

Avoid at all costs! My brother got food from here earlier this week and ended up in the hospital with drips attached to him due to severe food poisoning. The hygiene needs to be examined as I've seen another review on here complaining about the same issue.

I am so delighted with the tasty meal I received And also impressed by the service of the staffs. Particularly the girl that served us “Shivani” was pleasant while dealing with the customers with s smile on her face.

Food was fine a bit cold. Service not great, First time at a Chopstix so didn't really know how it worked and the staff were rather condescending. You need to be Christopher Columbus to find the toilets and you will be sorry you did when you arrive.

I'm often left disappointed by the service I receive by food shops in liverpool but the service I received from a young lady named Molly was absolutely incredible, one of the most polite and helpful people I have ever met I would highly recommend chopstix as molly elevated my entire experience, thank you so much!

Arrived yesterday with my daughter usually the service is not the best but a young girl named molly was brilliant! She ensured me and my daughter had amazing service, very polite and welcoming! Highly recommend!

Food is really nice. But it's not very hot. Good price. Be great if they could heat it up more. Or install a microwave.
