Food was fine a bit cold. Service not great, First time at a Chopstix so didn't really know how it worked and the staff were rather condescending. You need to be Christopher Columbus to find the toilets and you will be sorry you did when you arrive.

Loved the food and so did my family. Our waitress molly was especially nice so really good service!!! Will be coming again xx

I'm often left disappointed by the service I receive by food shops in liverpool but the service I received from a young lady named Molly was absolutely incredible, one of the most polite and helpful people I have ever met I would highly recommend chopstix as molly elevated my entire experience, thank you so much!

Food is really nice. But it's not very hot. Good price. Be great if they could heat it up more. Or install a microwave.

Arrived yesterday with my daughter usually the service is not the best but a young girl named molly was brilliant! She ensured me and my daughter had amazing service, very polite and welcoming! Highly recommend!

Very poor service, ordered 15 cauli bites, got just . Ordered salt and pepper potatoes, got hardly half a box…. Whats the point of not giving the true quantity and still asking for my reviews???

Came in for the first time today and had a great meal. Service was spectacular from Sara and Louie.

Took my young son to eat here and unfortunately the vegetable noodles were very greasy and tasteless- to the point there was a lot of oil left at the bottom of the takeaway box. The toppings weren't great either as they had a mush-like consistency, considering it was supposed to be chicken. My son left most of his meal. Not worth the price I paid for the two of us. However, the staff who served us were friendly.

A young lady named Molly served me today with a kind smile and a pleasant attitude, I had never been to Chopstix before and Molly helped me understand the menu and choose the best meal that suited me, I honestly loved the food however the amazing service will be the reason I return, big probs too Molly and the rest of staff 🫶

The girl and tattoo boy needs to learn some manners and how to talk and behave with customers. Never recommend.

Got an order of uber eats £40 in total.. we got the MVB for 2 and then a extra chicken curry an extra pumpkin katsu curry… meals came in tiny boxes 5 little mingie pieces of s&p chicken on 1 side an 4 tiny pieces of sweet sour chicken on the other side.. food absolutely freezing rice hard no taste the extra katsu is a dried up piece of pumpkin crap with a brush of the sauce on it an it states when ordering it comes with side of sauce! Absolute rip off it all went in the bin!

Overpriced greasy noodles. £15 for a box of mainly rice and a drink, but this is fast food and it feels like it. The door was left open so it was cold. No condiments. Basic lack of care. I don't understand how it survives with these prices for what you get. Unpleasant.

Walked in with my partner, not a soul in the place and 4 staff members standing behind the counter, not a single one of them greeted us. We waited to order then one or them started serving the next group of people who came in. (Who weren't even ready to order so she stood staring at them) Other 2 were standing laughing, the only one actually doing there job was the other staff member temp checking food. Walked straight out. Not wasting my money here.

Me and My Partner visited over the weekend afternoon a weekend away and the food was good something quick and easy to have. Plenty of choice! Staff was very polite and was friendly.
