I was served by Khalil when I visited with my children, who were taking their time chosing something to eat and he was so patient with us, his customer service skills are something that's definitely missing across today's retail and food industry

Food was nice and warm and our server Julia was really on spot with providing best service.

Food is disgusting rice not cooked and noodles are to glued together and over charged never ate some horrible food like this in my life

The staffs are showing more attitude with the customer and don’t try mainly the noodle because they are not even hot I really wasted my money on that time

Very nice staff and lovely food.

Visited this Monday, lunchtime was busy and a queue built up but was well worth the wait. You can tell its popularity. Considering there were just 2 staff, service was friendly, speedy and the food addictive! I was served fresh noodles by the chef Phil and chose the meal deal with salt pepper cauli bites and a drink for just £2.99 extra. Also got my 5 free spring rolls for downloading the app! Would come again to try more of their items on offer including the new apple spring rolls which I've never seen before but sound really tasty. Definitely recommend Chopstix as its great value for money too.

First time visiting as I've walked past so many times but never gone in! The lady who served me was really lovely and helpful in helping me choose what to eat. The restaurant was really clean. I will be back ! :)

First time visit, Good tasting food but I'm opposed to only selling vegan options of beef.

A date for me and my wife. We ordered two boxes of noodles and a number of toppings. I thought they were ok but my wife really liked them. Staff were pleasant, helpful and place was fairly tidy and clean. Food isn't bad but it's nothing special. Could be better but it's going in the right direction! If my wife wants to go again, we'll go.

Tried their chopsticks box as it was free for those who had birthday (Noodles and barbecue chicken). Was nice and hot and the chicken was surprisingly soft. Spring rolls were quite small and didn't have much fillings but overall was fine and will definitely try it out next time.

Was served by Shaun and Mary earlier this week. When I approach the store they was stand laughing and talking, I thought when I walked in it was going to be awkward however they started laughing and included me in the chat. They was very helpful. Next minute a kids football team came In it was 11 kids and two coaches they both looked like they have worked together for years as they both knew what the other one was going to do. They told the team to go and sit down and they will bring it all over to them. It is very rare you see this for fast food restaurants but it was lovely to see it here today. I would highly recommend.

Food wasnt nice, worst chinese food ever. Lumps of garlic and salt in the food. Noodles were awful..vegetable roll with no veg. It was so cold..they must have had the air con on..also loads of ice in the cup... Would not go back.

MUSLIMS BEWARE!!!! The non-halal duck spring roll is fried in the same meat fryer as the halal chicken!! They have been feeding us non-halal food all the time. Yuck! I contacted the customer service but they have not responded. They shall remain silent!

I ate here around lunch time and by early evening i started to feel sick and around half an hour later i was running to the toilet, i clearly had food poisoning.

Shaun and Mary helped me and a friend. Shaun had such an enthusiastic personality when serving us our food, and had the same attitude towards other customers. Mary had a similar attitude and they both had a lovely, welcoming smile. The food was amazing, as a person with braces, the spring rolls were perfect; caused no issue during consumption and after. I would highly recommend this specific store due to the team to anyone.

On holiday from Australia, eaten here over five times just so addictive heavy portion size and lovely staff wish we had this back home

I ordered from here for the first time for me and my two daughters New Years Eve. I placed the order at 4.15pm to be delivered 645pm. This was cancelled 10 mins before delivery was due. Money was taken from my account. I tried to ring but no answer. I understand NYE can be busy but to cancel 10 mins before due is totally unacceptable. What a complete let down. I did get a refund but you ruined the night.

I ate here yesterday around 1pm, 11pm at night I began projectile vomiting for 6 hours straight, so clearly food poisoning. I know it wasn’t a stomach bug as these tend to last longer and I hadn’t been anywhere since yesterday due to me having an awful cold.
