Chopsticks in Fife

The food was terrible,I advise people not to go to chopsticks chicken not cooked properly and chips are raw sweet and sour sauce tasted like iron horrible place

On several occasions now i have ordered a lot of food (for a family of 5) and have some specific dietary requirements. Nothing dramatic, curry with no veg, special fried rice with no prawns(allergy) and it astonishes me that they repeatedly get it wrong. I sound like a headcase the amount of times i will say it to them when placing the order in the hopes that they will get it right. I know i should have gave up but my kids like their food. I am officially done! They don't even try to fix it. They always just say we will get something free next time 🙄 pointless because someone isn't eating tonight! Totally subpar service

We ordered a Thai Green curry that was dreadful. There were 2 pieces of carrot, smaller than a midge, 3 garden peas, more onion than the vegetable aisle at Asda, 1 random cube of pineapple and a watery brown liquid that had marginally less flavour than cardboard and the curry wasn't even green!! We called to discuss the disappointment with the meal however the owner was dismissive, rude, said we were wrong and that we were not allowed to say that to her. Never ordering here again. Food binned

Can’t fault the food but collected order, drove home to then discover one of the main courses was missing. Problem resolved once I called but I did have to jump back in car and collect the missing dish.

Foods normally good. Tonight would have been good if it wasn’t mostly cold. Said it was out for delivery for an hour on the app/messages. So disappointing

always seem to be missing items, missing rice this time, food was very very oily, there was a pool of oil in the bottom of the prawn crackers and chicken balls, very off putting, quality isn't the same.

Mixed Hor D'oeuvers are amazing! Food was hot and came really early. Loved the Malaysian style chicken satay skewers and the King Prawn fried rice was delicious, thank you all. Highly recommend!

This place absolutely sucked. Food was okay, you can defo get better food out there! Took 2 hours to get actually cooked, which is bloody ridiculous for 18:30pm on a Wednesday. Also called the shop to see what was taking so long and the owner was horrible to me, shouting down the phone and not letting me speak! Also hangs up the phone while you are speaking.

They were very busy so delivery took longer but came piping hot and is delicious 😍🤌🏻

If I could give 0 stars I would. Took over an hour after estimated delivery time for food to come, when here it was cold and most of the meals ended up in the bin. From what was eaten my partner and I now have suspected food poisoning. Would not recommend here, impossible to get through to them on the phone for order updates as well.

I have called the restaurant and they say the driver has just left! When I checked at 7pm it showed it was on its way!!. It's now 25 minutes late and still not here

Absolutely amazing! Even got a free bee bag of spring rolls! Having a fussy veggie in the house she was happy to have other veggies in her curry other than just onions and peas! Will deffo order again and soon!!!! <3 :)

Not bothered about the later delivery, wasn’t by much. The food was hot, only the chips were not good on this occasion. They also fell out the bag as both ends were open. Will order again, as food usually top notch 😊

I would like to be stared 0. But no option to review. Ordered the food and charged for that. Waited for 1 hour for the food to deliver and no food till 24 hours past now. The lady at the counter is so rude and don't know how to deal customers. It's not a right behavior towards a customer. My first and last time ordering.never ever recommend to anyone. My experience was worst that's why I need to review. I didn't had anything till 11.30pm as it show "on its way".

food is always decent from chopsticks..but on this occasion I received a phone call prior to delivery stating that the driver won't be delivering to my address because of potholes and bumps on the road ..so I agreed to meet him at the road end about 4 minutes away from my address.i think chopsticks should put on just eat app that in some cases they can't deliver due to road conditions .

Over 2 hours for delivery and when phoned was told that’s normal sometimes it’s 3 hours

as always food was enjoyable. however, I feel that I need to write this review as the time from order until delivery was 2 hours and 24 minutes. I normally collect but as it said the wait time was 60-75 minutes and collection 40, thought I'd be a little lazy and get delivered. Never again!!! Food wasn't piping hot but it was edible. only excuse given for delay was that they were extremely busy. going to have to consider if its worth the wait in future

Ordered before and the food was brilliant, second time ordering and delivery took forever (no fault to the restaurant) as they made it in the time frame, it was the delivery driver that took forever! so the food was freezing by the time we got it 😔

Again, undercooked food I had put thru the air fryer. This is a theme with all takeaways, why?

Arrived 45/50 minutes after the expected delivery, when I called to ask where my food was, I was told it was on its way. No apology or explanation to as why and my food was cold as a result.

Ordered 2 and a half hours ago and it still hasn’t arrived. Got an apology for it but that was it. Wasn’t exactly the cheapest order we’ve put either at not much under £40.00. Thought they could at least order it. Can’t say much about the food since I don’t actually have it yet. Hopefully you’ll have better luck than we did.

i ordered at 6:45pm and asked for delivery at 8:40pm… they confirmed the order and were still half an hour late. i wouldn’t have preordered if i knew i’d have to wait hours either way

Chicken satay was lovely but the squid didn't taste very fresh and was over cooked and very chewy. It's always a gamble ordering squid but this was not good.

Took 2 and a half hours to get to me, the beef and broccoli wasn't nice at all. won't be ordering again.

Great food quality but you place an order based on the estimated delivery time then it jumps up by around 1hr on top of what you’ve been told. Not great when you are paying £4 per delivery + 50p service charge + 10p bag fee !!

First time trying as recommended by a friend and did not disappoint. Food was absolutely spot on and delivered within the time stated. Will definitely be back

Took 3 hours to be delivered appreciate they are busy but at least call customer to advise this.

My food arrived cold so I called the restaurant and they weren’t interested at all, just said their customers know to heat it up in the microwave. I shouldn’t be having to microwave fresh food that has just arrived at my door. I don’t have this issue with other places. It’s very disappointing I paid £30 for cold food and the staff couldn’t care less

Ordered before 6pm. Due delivery at 7.20pm. Alert at 7.51pm to state the driver was on their way. Requested an update on the order via the app at 8.30pm. No call from restaurant, or update. Submitted a refund request and as of 9.05pm, still no update from the restaurant. Shocking!

Shocking experience. Waiting over an hour for a small order of noodles and chips chicken and curry in one tub! Chicken was so dray, noodles were delicious but that’s about it. Won’t be back.

Special fried rice was covered in a thick black sauce that had seeped through the whole meal, did not taste nice.

Food was piping hot. Tasty as usual. Driver was on time and friendly. Best Chinese takeaway around these parts bar none.

My favourite local Chinese, order on just eat as they deliver to Falkland which is rare for a glenrothes take away. Food always arrives on time, and is always delicious. Portion sizes are as to be expected from a Chinese and even with the justeat markup is well priced.
