Not sure why I decided to give this place another chance. The most unprofessional staff I’ve ever come across. And the food was not good at all. Again served cocktails I a Pepsi glass! Never again.

Tuve una experiencia extraña aquí el sábado 4 de enero de 2020. Llegué a las 2 de la tarde para almorzar y me complació ver que solo se usaban 2 mesas: una para adultos de alrededor de 6 personas y la otra para niños de aproximadamente 8 personas. La fiesta de adultos sirvió sus platos principales mientras esperábamos que nos sentaran. Cuando el joven se acercó, no vino a mostrarnos nuestros asientos, se disculpó y explicó que solo tenían 2 empleados allí para que no pudieran acomodar a nadie más en el restaurante. No podía creer que hablara en serio, ¿desde cuándo un restaurante tenía la política de no tener más mesas en uso que la cantidad de personal que servía? ! ¡Y una de las dos mesas ya había sido servida! ! ? Solo puedo suponer que el camarero era extremadamente vago y no quería el esfuerzo de tener que servir más de una mesa esa tarde. Extraño. En cambio, fuimos a Nando al otro lado del aparcamiento; parecían estar bien lidiando con alrededor de 25-30 mesas ocupadas con sus 4 o 5 empleados. . . .

este restaurante era pésimo, el miembro del personal tuvo que volver a mí y pedir mi pedido tres veces, lo que me hizo sentir como si hubiera sido olvidado en el restaurante. Cuando la comida estaba fría y sentí el total desprecio

We were a group of 6 and arrived at 1.45 in a Sunday for lunch. We noticed that several of the menues were sticky and stained. A waiter came to take our order and we were not ready. When we were and when giving our orders we were informed our choices of sea bass and salmon dishes were both unavailable. We should have been informed when we were being seated of dishes not available. We had to return to the drawing board to decide again. After ordering, we had to wait at least 20 minutes before the meals were served. In reaching out for the cutlery in tins at the centre of our table, we noticed 2 sets of knives and forks that apoeared used. The garlic king prawn fajita tasted blend and looked anaemic when served. The toilets were dirty. The female toilet had one cubicle not working. In the male toilet the taps were all not working and water coming out of the tap was a trickle. Overall this restaurant's standard needs improvement in cleanliness, hygiene and general customer care.

FABULOUS!! Thank you to all the hard-working staff at Chiquito's who relentlessly served us and made us feel so very welcome last night in Park Royale Leisure. Food was beautifully prepared and a good time was had by all 60 of us.

I would give this no star if I can, no service, bad food, forgotten order!!! We had to go and get our own crockery and napkins ourselves having waited for so long. 2 of the starters ordered never came, and when we questioned the staff 3 times, someone eventually came and said they could not make those in the evening. The main course arrived before they come to explain about the starter. The quality of the food...I can only use word BAD BAD BAD to replace for all the swear words I really want to describe them. We had no real apologies at the end of the evening, and they still charged us services. We were a big group, so I did not kick up a fuss. Going by all the bad reviews left by others, I guess the staff are used to providing such services and quality of food. Please DO NOT come to this restaurant ever!!

Staff approached our table apologised for the delay in bringing out the food, food that had cooled off significantly, because the staff member had gone on a break and every other staff had just left the food. Only to highlight this to the staff member and she said new food would be made. She lied. They reheated that same food and i would know because i had poked the cheese to see hot it was and that same hole i have left was there. Only for another team member to approach me and tell me otherwise. Returned the food and stayed as i watched my friend eat her meal.Between the main meals and the dessert they did not bother to clear up plates that she had used until we walked out of the door. Definitely would not return. Overall staff need more customer service training.

Haven't visited this restaurant in a long time but will be in no rush back. Myself and my husband were going to the cinema so decided we would eat here first. When we walked in we wanted to sit in a booth on the left but were told the area was closed as not enough staff. The food was OK nothing special. Service was terrible. Food was just plonked down in front of us. We werent at any time during the meal asked if we were happy or needed anything else.Very disappointed as I remember when this restaurant used to be a great place to eat in!

Never ever have I had a worse experience. Firstly, I had to get my own knives and forks. Essentially set my own table. No sign of our drinks even after 40 mins. Starter came before our drinks (which in the end didn’t even come). When the fajitas finally came the salsa cheese and sour cream was all mixed together in a bowl like a pile of slime. Told staff to take everything back as it was a disgrace and I would not be paying. Was spoke to rudely and sarcastically by staff when I confronted them about the embarrassing customer service. Tables close to us also expressed their diss satisfaction once they heard me complaining. Utter shambles. Not once did a supervisor or manager come and ask me why I was so dissatisfied. Really confused as to how this particular branch is still open.

Staff are either new to the job or have lack of care. The bar was completely covered in used empty glasses and we got out starters before our drinks. We didn't have knives or forks and even napkins at the able, only when we asked did the waiter realise the table didn't have anything on it apart from our starter. The waiter kept forgetting to take our order and we waited at the front for 4 minutes before anyone even approached us to seat us, before that we had every staff member walk past us without saying a word. A simple "we will be right with you" would of been nice. Not returning, gave this place 3 chances over the course of a few years and it still manages to stay open, how this is possible if beyond me.

Very simple: bad management at company high level. You cannot blame staff if things are far away as they should. Great potential considering the cinema next door but personally I will never come back. No welcome, no clean tables (restaurant half empty), ages to get order and to be served, food undercooked. I do hope my feedback becomes an opportunity to improve.

Came here with few friends on Saturday night was busy but we were seated right away. Staff were friendly but rushed off there feet working hard. We swiftly orders and food came in 20 mins and looked great and tasted good.

We stopped by here a few times during our stay at the hotel. The food is tasty and well prepared. As we were in the U.K. I ate fish and chips virtually everywhere we went and the fish and chips here did not disappoint - it was great. In fact, everything we tried here was good and of course so convenient.

Had a great meal on Saturday this place is on it way up instead out. Good service and attentive😁 will return

Came in on Saturday night around 9pm and the place was packed. I didn't think we would get a table as there were 15 of us however a young man wearing glasses ushered us to the back of the restaurant where he found us somewhere we could all sit together. Cocktails were delicious and our food was on point. Service was friendly and efficient throughout. When our bill came it was a very reasonable price. You guys saved our night as we had booked at nandos but found that no booking was recorded when we arrived! Thank you Chiquito!

Appalling service, rubbish microwaved food that still came out cold, mouse in the restaurant, orders (drinks and desserts) that never came, wrong items taken off/left on the bill (we had a 241 tasecard offer). Honestly everything that could have went wrong, did.

Le pregunté a la camarera si servían ensaladas sin gluten y ella dijo que no mientras me daba un menú sin gluten. En ese menú decía que de hecho había una opción de ensalada sin gluten, así que pedí eso. Cuando llegó, parecía que una bomba lo había golpeado. Las verduras eran un desastre y algunas lechugas podridas viejas se mezclaron con unas hojas más frescas. Los pimientos estaban viscosos y las envolturas sin gluten son suaves y sin sabor. Estaba extremadamente decepcionado. La comida de mi hijo no fue mucho mejor y se negó a comer el pollo, ya que sabía raro. Sabía que habíamos cometido un error cuando noté que las cucharas y tenedores sucios en el lado de la mesa supuestamente estaban limpios. Era demasiado tarde para cancelar el pedido. Llegué a casa con dolor de estómago y diarrea por 22 años. Me sentí muy decepcionado por el restaurante cuyo nombre sentí que podía confiar. Nunca más.

I stopped in for dinner today and although we had a few mishaps with our food orders, Shamia Kamara’s service was impeccable. She wasn’t even our waitress but she made sure we had everything we needed while balancing the needs of several other guests. She was super pleasant and hospitable. If I decided to come back to this restaurant, it would only be because of her. Kudos to Chiquito for hiring such a great employee!

Mi esposa y yo visitábamos a la familia y decidimos tomar una comida rápida y de buena reputación mientras estábamos en la zona. Llegamos al restaurante a las 20.35 horas y, aunque no había demasiadas personas sentadas, no había personal para acomodarnos en absoluto. Pasaron casi cinco minutos antes de que un miembro del personal masculino (que resultó ser el gerente) dejara el área del bar y nos acomodara. 15 minutos más tarde, después de que otros dos miembros del personal hubieran llegado al restaurante, le dimos nuestro pedido de comida y bebida a un hombre joven que era educado. 2110 horas y tengo que llamar la atención de la camarera para preguntar dónde están nuestras bebidas y quién nos pregunta "qué ordenó". Muy frustrante en esta etapa, ya que estábamos viendo al gerente haciendo cócteles para otros y teniendo una buena charla en el bar con tres amigos suyos, pero no pudieron servir una copa de vino y abrir una botella de cerveza. Llegan 2120 horas y el joven macho regresa a nuestra mesa explicando que debido a un problema con el "sistema" no se había cumplido con nuestro pedido de comida y bebida, por lo que podríamos repetir nuestro pedido de comida y bebida. En este momento no tenía paciencia y me habría marchado fácilmente, pero dada la salud de mi esposa, ella necesitaba comer y sabía que ahora lucharíamos en otro lugar dado el tiempo, así que me mordí la lengua y perseveré.

Used my Meerkat deal 2for1 on starters mains and dessert, chicken wings in Habanero sauce were nice so was my Stack burger could have done with some more cheese, service from Bianca was excellent, toilets need sorting though a lot off lights out was nearly in darkness.

I have been to Chiquito Park Royal multiple times. I have really enjoyed the service given to me from Bianca. She is always very welcoming, professional and polite. Food is great my favourite is the southern fried chicken and pulled pork. Definitely recommended!!

I visit with my mother and three children regularly both during the week and at the weekend.

I was positively surprise they have great breakfast. Wasn't too fast but worth waiting. Server by manager, she was grat!

Vinimos aquí el domingo 5 de mayo para una cena. Tuvimos aproximadamente media hora de espera para la mesa, lo cual no nos importó ya que no habíamos reservado. Mientras esperaba tomé un par de copas en el bar. El cambio fue 3. 32, el barman dijo que solo tenía 10 p piezas así que di mi cambio en diez peniques. Al contar, me faltaba una libra, en ese momento no tenía dónde poner todas estas monedas y le dije que podía devolvérmelas todas, que me diera mi nota de 10 y que pagaría con una tarjeta. El supervisor vino a hacer esto, no recibí un recibo de la tarjeta, cuando le pregunté al supervisor que no tenía papel en la caja. Fuimos a nuestra mesa, el servicio fue extremadamente lento debido a la falta de personal. La comida era mediocre. Durante la comida dos veces mi hijo y mi esposo pidieron envolturas de tortilla y no llegaron. Al final de la comida, pagué con la tarjeta, de nuevo cuando pedí un recibo de la tarjeta, el gerente de servicio dijo que no tenían papel en la máquina. Cuando le pregunté al gerente de servicio sobre la falta de personal, me informó que normalmente no trabaja aquí, que lo habían llamado desde la sucursal de Ruislip. Esta rama definitivamente no tiene personal, el peor Chiquito en el que he estado.

Went here yesterday early evening , around 6pm, in a group of six adults and two very young children. It took a few minutes to get a suitable table as thee were already two similarly sized groups already seated. However, the manager was very helpful. Once we were seated, the service was quick and very good. The food was quickly served, and very palatable.

Went for afternoon lunch. Quiet restaurant which was great as we were hungry. Sadly only one member of staff who served and manned the bar and reception. Though she did her best the service was very very slow Food was good....when It arrived but they are better off shutting the place down if they do not have enough staff .Ask about staffing before sitting to order

Restaurant wasn't even half full. All customers only sat in the middle section. Service was so slow, to order, for food to arrive and even to grab the bill. But the staff were friendly and polite. Everything just took much longer than expected. Food tasted okay.

The lady who served us Antonio was very good - she kept us informed about when the food would be coming out and she was polite and quick. Food was also good

Love this place, cozy decor, music not too quiet or too loud. Staff is very friendly,even when they are busy they are very polite and professional! and the food is amazingly tasty and bit exotic just up to my taste. My favourite is definitely mushroom enchiladas and jalapeno poppers !

The negative reviews from other customers are absolutely spot on!!! Only wish we had looked at them before our visit.... Arrived at 6.45pm on Friday evening, party of 5. There were only 2 other tables occupied so we thought we would have good service. Drinks order was placed along with Nachos for starters. We're given a pitcher of Margharita filled 3/4 with ice....which only served 2 persons! (We were told we could get 3 servings).. Why so much ice??? Order for mains was taken about 20 minutes later.... After an hour, we still hadn't got our meals served although customers who came in after us were already having their mains! We got the attention of our waiter and he said that the order had apparently not been relayed to the kitchen from his phone and that he would check on it and get it out ASAP. Another 30 minutes later, we still had no food and my son was getting very agitated. Asked to see the manager. She came to the table and said she'd check. A minute later our food was served..... COLD... And disgustingly bland.... My son sent back his steak and chips while the rest of us started to eat since we were all very hungry. All the food was lukewarm and had no flavour. The chips were cold, too. After a few requests, we were brought some sauce and ketchup. Our waiter came over to say that a discount had been arranged for us for the long wait. When we got our bill, it had a student discount showing on it! What a cheek.......

The service was very slow. The sweet potato wedges were uncooked and the staff argued tryjng to say that was how they were supposed to be. Waited ages for better cooked ones, and they seemed to be just boiled so binned them. The other dish was tasteless. Very disappointing

Got drinks and starters, they forgot our main meal after watching and waiting and asking for 1 hr. Had to take hungry 6yr old to burger King Instead. Gave them 3 opportunities to ask for payment, first as I walked out but not before telling the guy who brought the drinks and starters over thanks for the wait, and walked pass the front door twice very slowly trying to get their attention. none taken... Sign of guilt. All because the waitress thought she was so clever by memorising orders instead of writing them down. Dumb waiter has new meanings

Excellent service by lukasz. Brilliant food. The service was with a smile. Very friendly. Made our evening memorable.

Unfortunately at the beginning we had to wait 15 mins for a table and thought , hum good place as it was full. We ordered the drinks snd starters and it was lovely but when we was ready to order the Msin Course there was nobody in site so another 20mins gone.when we finaly got the meal the chicken was badly burned, the brought the wrong order to my grandson by mistake and charge us for it but in the end they refunded the black chivkdn and the wrong order.

Avoid this restaurant at all costs. I have never tasted such bad Mexican food in all my life. They have the cheek to be so damn expensive. Please, please, please go elsewhere - Nandos, Pizza Hut or even KFC!

We came here during a Saturday lunch time and the service we had was fantastic. Our waiter Lukasz was really attentive, spot on with our order, never left us waiting for too long and was naturally friendly (it didn’t feel forced!). The food was hot and delicious!

If you eat here you might want to use other toilets i.e pizza hut or vue. 3 ladies toilets: 1 out of order, 1 doesn't flush so full of xxxxxx and the only one that works had sanitary items on the floor. The hand dryer was broken. Floors were disgusting and to top it off the ceiling had used tissues thrown up on it. Toilets are clearly not checked and I find this unhygienic.

We went here whilst waiting for an audience show at a nearby studio. Clearly understaffed for the rush, big wait, rude barman, and a completely underwhelming food experience, I make better at home. Avoid.

Conocí a un amigo para un almuerzo rápido en nuestro descanso de trabajo, y fue realmente agradable. La comida era deliciosa y rápida, parecía fresca. El servidor era agradable y parecía saber de lo que estaba hablando. No estaba lleno, pero definitivamente vale la pena volver por la noche para una comida adecuada

Este solía ser un buen lugar para comer, pero nuestra última visita allí fue decepcionante. Ya no parece funcionar correctamente con el largo tiempo de espera, la falta de personal y de comida, simplemente no es lo que solía ser. Vamos a evitarlo durante 6 meses más o menos y ver si se ponen de acuerdo. ¡Sé que pueden hacerlo mejor que eso!

Haven’t been in almost a year and then it wasn’t great, however there must of been a change in management as this time was unrecogniseable. Service was fantastic quick and friendly and the food was delicious. Be back soon

Me sorprendió enormemente que un restaurante pueda servir comida que es tan desagradable. El servicio era malo y los precios ridículos para una comida tan horrible. Asientos sucios, comida por todo el piso. Por favor, nunca vengas aquí y te salves de ser estafado y tener un tiempo terrible.

La comida fue decepcionante, sin sabor. Fajitas se suponía que iba a venir chisporroteando y no lo hizo. Tenía una chimichanga de hongos, estaba seca y sin sabor. Pedí un poco de crema agria, que tampoco ayudó. Pedí que fuera picante, ¡no había un toque de picor! Pedimos el eton lío para el postre, tardamos años en llegar y luego. . . no había helado ni yogurt, aunque eso estaba indicado en la descripción del menú para el postre. Ambiente - era cálido en el restaurante, pero eso era todo.

Last night we had a terrible meal and exspereance at your restaurant.

The food wasn’t bad, however not particularly good either. Service was poor. Our dirty plates weren’t taken for 50 minutes or so after we’d finished eating and that was after finally chasing someone down to do yes. It wasn’t busy at all so no excuses. Cocktails were served in a Pepsi glass which I thought was shocking won’t be going back.

Came as a family for daughters birthday and the food was disgusting!! The food was horrible some of the chips still frozen from probably being warmed up. I would of rather gone to Iceland and brought all the ingredients for half the amount and cooked it myself.the way the food looked especially the kids meals I would be so ashamed as a waiter to bring it out. KFC and McDonald’s would of been a better choice. The restaurant wasn’t even busy( I wonder why) and staff was just hanging around chatting and wasn’t very approachable. I will never recommend this place to ANYONE. They need Gordon Ramsey to pay a visit!!

Had a great experience on Saturday evening, I took my family to Chiquito after visiting the cinema and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised with how great it was, food was really enjoyable and the service was great, everyone was really polite and genuine

I came with a friend yesterday (Friday evening), after the cinema. The restaurant looks good and cosy. It wasn't that busy. We got a big round table on the side.

Came with her for family visit, and was disappointed again. Waitress was kind enough to give children drawing sets, however no crayons or pencils. Served tea but no spoons. We were the only guests, so very surprised by shoddy service. Did not bother to stay for food. Had similar experience on last visit....Needs major overhaul!

This place is an absolute joke. I went to chiquitos and had to wait 35 mins for the starters to come which were only nachos by the way. Staff clearly had no interest in serving. RUBBISH Mexican chain, if you want decent Mexican find somewhere else!

We came to chiquitoes today. The restaurant was only half full and the service was appalling! We had to get up twice to ask for our drinks! They gave us a jug of tap water without glasses! We had to ask for glasses 4 times and they still didn’t bring them! Avoid this Chiquitoes!

Avoid at all cost, service standards-non existent, food-cold, no surprise the place is empty and they only have one chef who would want to work here?

Came here last night with my family - 8 of us in total. First of all, we ordered some nachos - 2 to share between us. When they came out they looked completely different! One had no sauce or cheese on and the other one had barely any nachos on. When we asked the waitress to do them again she was not happy with us...!

Ojalá tripadvisor habría opción para dar calificación de menos de uno. Este "lugar sin conseguir aproximadamente menos de 25 billones de dólares. Fui para mis hijas 21 cumpleaños calle tan claramente quería que fuera especial. Pedimos nachos para compartir como entrante entre 4. Estaba buenísimo, pero no lo suficientemente cerca de salsa, crema agria o guacamole. Platos principales pedimos 2 lubina y 1 x fajitas de pollo y carne fajitas 1 x. Después de 15 minutos nos dijeron que no las patatas así lubina tendría que ser con patatas arroz/No las patatas a 7. 30 (wtf). Decidimos 2 extra steak fajitas. Los 3 fajitas steak eran ordenados para ser hecho de tamaño. Uno por uno, con 5 minutos entre cada 3 bistec fajitas llegamos. Que estaban bien hecho, no cremado de tamaño medio. Pedimos que los 3 renovado. 5 minutos más tarde llegó fajitas de pollo. Pollo estaba seco casi cocidas por 3 días. Plato de queso, salsa, crema agria, guacamole, Queso arrojaban juntos parecía que había estado en el Sahara por 2 años. La presentación de este plato era semejante a alguien tener estupendos al azar contenido en artista bowl ala mad o 2 años. Camarero (que no podemos culpar por cualquier) vino y dijo que sólo 1 porción de carne a la izquierda (7. 40). Dado que este restaurante está en un complejo de cines que abren hasta bien pasada la medianoche (dejar a usted para encajar adjetivo para describir este. En mi 40 años) extraño de restaurante ir sinceramente puedo decir que es la peor experiencia que he tenido. Otros comentarios aquí está claro que uno sólo puede asumir que el director tiene lugar contra la empresa y quiere el negocio a fallar espectacularmente. Confía en mí, si ese es el caso él es sucesora admirablemente. Por favor, por favor, no vayas a este lugar. Me siento increíblemente culpable si este "establecimiento" debería tener clientes en el futuro.

Alexandra our waitress was outstanding. She worked so hard with very little staff. She noticed the smallest of details and was very attentive and kind and full of energy. We wouldn’t have had such a lovely experience without you. Thank you and we will be back.

Terrible service we were waiting hours some meals didn’t come out. Manager was very good and gave a discount and was very apologetic but ruined a birthday night out.

We went there with a whole family for father’s day. First we waited 10 mins to be seated, although the restaurant was empty. Subsequently some items from the menu were not available. We have ordered pizza with fries for children. Pizza arrived after 10 mins, fries 20 mins after. Our main meals reached us 15 mins later, so first we’ve watched kids eat and then kids were watching us eat. My medium steak was well done and tasted like a chewing gum, not to mention it came without the corn or colslow. My wife’s salad consisted of lettuce and cherry tomatos with half of other ingrediends missing. This was definatelty our last meal here.

Arrived, was told I would wait max 45 minutes for my meal which was fine. I was told to sit at the bar until the waitress cleans the table which she didn’t do I had to remind her after 15 minutes. I sat down with my family waited for my menus which were not given to me so I went to the reception and got them myself, waited for someone to take my order nobody came for another 10-15 mins I had to get up and call someone over, we waited over a hour and still no food. I called the waitress over to tell her we are leaving but will pay for our drinks a simple okay I’ll let my manger know to which she came back and let me know that we don’t have to pay for our drinks, not even wait a little while no apologies nothing at all. I have been here 4 times food is good service is terrible each time but this time was the worst I will never recommend nor will I ever go back. Absolutely ridiculous have never experienced such in my life.

He visitado este restaurante con mi pareja, tres hijos y padres. El ambiente era agradable y relajado y el personal muy servicial. La comida era excelente (deliciosa y a buen tamaño de la porción) y a un buen precio; hay algo para complacer a todo el mundo. No cabe duda de que volveremos muy pronto, y mucho esperamos otra satisfactoria y estrés cena familiar.

Seriouly delicious food, modestly priced, combined with happy staff and excellent ambiance and management. Will definately visit again. Very pleased indeed.

I went there with my wife on Friday evening the restaurant wasn't busy as we enter a waiter approached us and offered us a table of two in a middle of another two couples we asked if we can sit on another table HE SAID NO that was a big surprise for us as the restaurant was almost empty so anyway we set there as we didn't want to make a big deal

Horrible experience from the moment we arrived. Was greeted by a hostess upon arrival, she said that we had to wait for a table. I asked her that the whole left hand side is empty, she replied that the waiter had just left. Once we placed our order it took almost 30-45 minutes for our starters to arrive. We asked for some plates which never even came! Eventually they’re were brought to our table after 10 minutes! By that time we had already finished! We also had to ask the door hostess for napkins and cutlery which she brought eventually when they were right beside her! The service standards have really dropped at this branch.
