Tara and Candy were absolutely amazing! Quick service, fresh hot food served at our table within minutes of us ordering (10-15 mins even less). Flavourful options and absolutely wonderful service!! Really enjoyed coming here will definitely come back again!! They do NHS discount weekdays and 2 for 1 cocktails and mocktails!!

We went into Ealing Las Inguanas one Saturday afternoon for lunch on our weekend in London. Candy and Sanya, were so friendly and welcoming. The restaurant felt comfortable and clean. Highly reccomend!

We came for a business lunch with my colleagues, we really had a lovely time, food and drinks were delicious and we were attended with warmth and care by Candy! We'll definitely be back soon!

Really nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Brilliant food and tasty cocktail. You will have to wait a bit for the cocktail if your on a bottomless menu. Don't go and eat if your really hungry tho as the portion sizes are small.

My daughter and I love coming here to the branch in Ealing. The food is always on point and delivered quite quickly so you don’t have to wait long. My 5 year old daughter always orders the usual from the Kiddies menu and love it. I love the atmosphere, chicken wings and 2 for 1 cocktails. The last few times we have been served by the amazing Candy (Manager). She is just amazing, personable and so attentive. The one favourite that my daughter and I can agree on is the chocolate brownie and ice cream. It’s the best!!!

My favourite dish has changed in presentation and quantities. But still good although not as before

One of the worst meals I have ever had, my 2 stars is generous. My partner and I came to Las Iguanas, Ealing and ordered the taco sharing board, Brazilian chicken wings, and 2 strawberry daiquiris. The food was all reheated which I typically don’t mind, but this was tasteless cardboard. The wings were too oily and the tequila used in the cocktails was so cheap and strong, I had a tummy ache afterwards. The saving grace is the lovely interiors and attentive service from the staff. You can’t fault them if they don’t have good ingredients to work with. However, the food is what we came here for and that was a huge letdown. Really dissapointing as I wanted to like it, but it was terrible- we won’t be coming back.

Was greeted by Ellie, a very friendly waiter. Ellie, Jamal and Faith took care of our orders. The service was super speedy. I went with my cousin for the unlimited Tapas and they ensured we made our moneys worth by taking orders and made sure we enjoyed and were satisfied with our food. We were really happy with the service. Although, I do live far I will be paying Ealing Las Iguanas another visit just for their friendly and speedy service.

The food here is very mediocre at best. It’s very easy to tell the food is frozen and cheap, clear areas of cost cutting. The venue itself isn’t bad and the staff are very nice, I have not tried any of the drinks so can’t comment on that. If your looking for good Mexican food unfortunately you won’t be finding it here

Amazing food! We had the £15 tapas and it was better than we could have ever expected! I loved every bite of that exquisite food. Ellie and Faith were the kindest and most helpful waitresses! Thank you so much!!! Highly highly satisfied!

Tried the £15pp unlimited tapas (which has to be booked in advance) on a weekday at lunchtime. Luckily it was very quiet in the restaurant so we were well taken care of as the server Sanja was attentive and visible to take our order each time as part of the buffet on order. Started with the nachos, could benefitted from more toppings and jalapeños but nevertheless was nice to start with. Followed by the prawn gamba which had a beautiful garlic butter taste, this was ordered multiple times as it was perfectly cooked and tasted so good! The fish and chicken tacos were delicious and so well flavoured, it was also very freshly made. Along with the chicken quesadilla which arrived very hot and packed with flavour. The jalapeño poppers, mixed calamari and crispy chicken all arrived hot and were crunchy and good. The hot habanero wings were also a treat. I wasn’t personally keen on the patatas bravas taste and texture but my friends were. The size of the portions were perfect and between four of us we had around 6 perfectly content rounds. To finish we had the churros each, the caramel sauce was much nicer than the chocolate sauce too. Definitely recommend for anyone who is after good tasting, fresh food. Excellent value for money in 2025 and we were all super content & fully loaded after our visit.

Firstly we tried to walk in last week Friday and they rejected us. Now false advertising although it isn’t purely this branch’s fault - how is it bottomless if you can only get 3 plates max? Ridiculous advertising.

This place is my favourite place. I live in Ealing and I suffer from the gentrification in the area. Most of the restaurants are extremely expensive with usually okay or bad service. This place is a gem and it is the go-to place when I want to have a cosy night with my girlfriend. The variety of dishes and drinks is amazing and the price is very fair compared to the high quality of service not to mention their great offers. You can say I am a loyal fan of this chain in general and of the Ealing restaurant and it's great staff ... Highly recommended.

Got turned away very rudely on a Wednesday evening being told they are fully booked despite it being empty. Then booked the next slot for bottomless drinks (8 minutes time). Drinks took anywhere between 5 and 20 minutes to arrive, even though there was only maybe 3 or 4 other couples in the entire restaurant. Food was quite nice actually, it's a shame the rudeness of the manager and slow drinks time let it down. Went to pay at the end and they tried to charge us £300 for drinks and food we had ordered. Argued back saying we booked a bottomless and she went back to check then tried to charge us 140, and we argued again, then she tried to charge us 90, we argued again. Finally the correct bill came out £78 I think.

We had bottomless tapas, and the menu had a good variety of tacos, quesadillas, chicken, salad, prawns, etc etc and we finished with churros - all delicious! Candy was a great manager and kept us topped up with the next order very quickly, and was a lovely host. Definitely recommend, especially when there are special offers. My first experience of tapas was very enjoyable - thank you!

Food was great, literally amazing. We ate so much just as we couldn’t stop. Only reason for the 4 on service was the cold welcome we got from the original lady, however, Erin who took over on the table was amazing and brought it right back up. I think she was new, but it didn’t show, thank you Erin and the chefs

Good selection of Mexican and Brazilian flavours. Attentive staff (although they were not busy) I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the fact that the place was so cold. (I visited in January and my chunky jumper wasn't enough to keep me warm)

The fact that this place has 4.5* baffles me. I came here with a friend and paid around ~£35pp for 3 small dishes each plus a 2for1 mocktail deal. The tacos are super small. They basically cut a normal small taco in two and fill both halves. The meat in the dishes was okay, but the veggie literally tastes like a Tesco mixed salad from the back of your fridge. The dishes were also cold when they came out, which was weird because they came straight from under the heat lamp (that made them dry, also). Overall, they serve extremely mediocre food at terrible value. The one good thing was that our server was nice.

Went to a Friday night with pre-booking of their January exclusive offer for unlimited tapas for 90 mins. Sat there from 6:45 until 10:45 and had barely 3 rounds of Tapas. I say barely because not all the food ordered was delivered. It took around an hour for the first round and then more than 2 hours for the partial delivery of 2nd and 3rd together. They could never tell how long food will take just “sorry, the kitchen is busy”. And then when you can see constant flow of delivery drivers picking up their food and new customers being taken in, while the existing customers have no food on their table, it’s not the best experience. Definitely wouldn’t go here again. And the tapas food was just below average so no motivation to go for the food either. 2 stars only because they added a 33.33% discount without asking otherwise it would be a one star review.

Save your time and go somewhere else. Very slow service and the servers have no clue whats happening. Missed out part of our order, more than 10 minutes for drinks even Coca-Cola. If you want to enjoy food here i would recommend you should order one day before you arrive and still it will be delayed.

We came here for a 60th birthday celebration. This was my second time coming here and I advised the birthday woman to choose somewhere else but she ignored my advice. The food, like the last time, was less than average and a disgrace to Mexico and all of the other South American countries it represents. The service was poor, orders were wrong and much of the food came out cold. Meals were brought out individually so we couldn’t all eat together. I literally felt guilty eating while my family members patiently waited for their meals in despair. Overall a really disappointing experience. Last time coming back here for sure.

Went for £15pp bottomless tapas but cheese, chicken wings and shrimp were all out of stock, disappointed. Reception host with the pink cardigan was not welcoming at all, very blunt and arranged a poor seating for us, we asked for another seat. Food doesn’t look fresh at all, fried chicken looks like been reheated from an old batch.

Staff very accommodating and helpful with our younger kids, apologising and providing alternative options/advice for fussy kids
