The food tastes very good and staff is very kind

Time and time again amigos in Southall continues to provide me with the best service ever. I’m currently in the shop now and they are ever so friendly. I love these guys.

I always order amigos, it’s my go to every night order, the service is always amazing and food is always tasty and warm. Would like to express a huge thanks to the person who prepared my meal at around 1.30am 07/05/25, it was exceptional. The food was fresh and full of taste and I also received complimentary items as I order regularly! Must try if you are in the area either through uber eats or in person

Another overhyped place. Food is mediocre at best. If you're a bhabi who already eats 4 day old saalan you'll probably still enjoy this monstrosity, otherwise for normal people who want good food to eat (and also feel like they're getting value for money), I'd stay away. These guys messed up on a collection order. I spent good money with them and bought online before turning up for collection. They ended up telling me half the items on their menu were out of stock (strange, for a food place to not be stocked of the one thing they need to sell, FOOD). When the order was collected by my family member, i checked it before leaving and found a missing patty in one of the big burger meals. I walked back and was greeted with a 'i don't give a s* about my job' kind of attitude by some guy at the counter. I also got short changed by about 4 of them behind the counter (guys and girls) TRYING to gang up on me to request further payment when infact it was already paid for online (paid for an extra patty). They eventually saw sense because they knew that this customer knows numbers, has common sense and also runs his own businesses. Left about 15 mins later with the correct order but the entire experience of making out that I was stupid and had to lay more for something i had already paid for, just left a bad taste. I'll be going to the other branch (because at least they could speak English, understand what was being asked and actually provided a good and correct service). These guys and girls unfortunately have no idea of how to work a till, let alone cook good food. Will never return to the Southall branch again. What a shame, had potential being in a prime location. Clearly alot of other customers have also had a bad experience on other social platforms.

I am from Saudi Arabia and I visited South Hall as a tourist. Had the best milk shake of my life at Amigos South Hall. Wings were awesome too. I chose Amigos South Hall based on the reviews on Google and it was all worth it. Great juicy burgers (Halal).

Amigos Southall has the best taste to offer. I love their hot & lemon chicken and their buttermilk chicken is unmatched in its taste and size. You also get to be served by the amazingly kind and helpful owner and the staff. Love coming here again and again.

Just wanted to give a massive shout out for not only the friggin awesome and thoughtful people in the Southall Amigo's restaurant, but also the driver who delivered the food so quickly when our original order was stolen! It's so late on a Sunday yet, the whole meal/ process was fantastic. Thank you. Delicious milkshakes, the mains were hot & really feel like I can order from you again. The food is always great, I have been going for a couple years now it’s amazing. The staff are always great too by not rushing the food or giving it low quality. The only thing I would give as feedback is to bring back the old straws as usually theres bits for the milkshakes which the smaller straws can’t pull out. Apart from that 5/5 for me.

I called Amigos and told them I was going to order 8 cheeseburgers and fries, and to make them extra nice, all the burgers were fresh and delicious and they even gave us extra with lots of sauces. Great customer service on the phone too, will definitely be ordering again!

Nothing but a joke order my food at 12:25, it’s currently 12:39 and still haven’t got it yet, there’s only a few people here not like they are busy! And not like I ordered anything big literally just fries… staff are rude just shouting in their own language.
