The service of amigos burgers and shakes is very bad. I have placed the order many times but mostly it comes cold. If I call them they say it is getting ready and will send it hot but by the time it reaches my house it becomes like a dry papad.☹️☹️

Everything was perfect came for Suhoor yesterday , they looked after us providing us with good customer service good vibes and delicious food

went to make payment of £6.47 card declined checked and there was more than enough money. The guy was doing something shifty hold the machine. I think they did it on purpose because I did not order enough. I was able to make payment straight after in another takeaway shop. I called them and they hung up. I called again and it went straight to voicemail. DO not go there. THIS SHOP ONLY CATERS FOR UBER EATS AND THE LIKE. They are not nice to traditional customers. Dodgy place. Use cash.

We normally go to Amigos Ealing but southall one is defo place to go if you are looking for warm and caring customer service ! We arrived few mins passed Iftar today and we were quite look after by the owner there… 5 out of 5 for your gracious attitude and 5 out of 5 for nice juicy burgers. Will be back soon !

Burger was not good at all. Chicken was undercooked had to chew very hard to eat it. Today (the day after) i have diarrhea because of it. Also when i came in the restaurant instantly i got hit with the terms like “alhamdullilah”. I respect islam but not when it’s forced on people in a professional chicken shop. Also these group of muslims colleges where bullying their own Sikh sardar College using terms for disagreement with the sardar like “Stakhfirrullah” ..again islam forcing behaviour on non-muslims. No respect at all. As a Non muslim i felt disrespected.

Unprofessional staff who should learn how to respect anyone or I guess otherwise you must have watched Sings pizza coner shop video on insta , that shouldn’t have happen to him that should happen to you trust me your staff is way too rude even for delivery drivers the way they talk the way they give answers Orders are ready there but my man says we are not ready in some f****ed up voice can’t even get their name one more time just one more time and you will see a broken glasses
