Deliciosos desiertos. Hubo una cola que fue bastante rápido. Vale la pena esperar. Ojalá hubiéramos podido intentar más ya que todo se veía genial.

Teníamos dos rodajas del pastel, una de pasas y otra de cacahuete y ambas estaban deliciosas. Me llevé a casa dos de los pasteles tipo bollo y estaban buenos también. El pastel de pasas era el mejor! Fue poco más de £ 9 para todos ellos, que nos pareció bastante barato! Luego tuvimos algunos de los increíbles natillas calientes rellenas de pescado pastel en la salida, que era delicioso!

Oh Dios mío absolutamente increíble calidad y relación calidad-precio! ¡A la par con la pastelería francesa y mucho menos cara! Probamos una rebanada de pastel y bollo de cacahuete y eran tan maravillosos, que compramos una mochila entera llena de pasteles y bollos por 20 £! Luego se dejaron en la nevera y nos sorprendió aún más descubrir que incluso después de 5 días, todavía eran suaves como cualquier cosa. Así que probamos microondas a 800 w durante 15-30 segundos y estaban fuera de este mundo! No veo la hora de volver. Algunas personas hacen cola y luego compran 1 artículo. . . ¡No saben lo que se están perdiendo! 😂 La primera vez que fuimos, nos unimos a la cola porque nos tentaba el escaparate... Luego nos dimos cuenta de que la larga cola se mueve muy rápido, y después de probar 2 bollos simplemente hicimos cola de nuevo y compramos pasteles y bollos por valor de £ 20 para llevar a casa a la hora del té. Desde entonces, ningún viaje a Londres está completo sin pasar por la Chinatown Bakery. . 😍 😍 Muchas gracias 🙏

Ottima bakery giapponese nel centro di Chinatown che vende prodotti freschi confezionati da loro. Abbiamo provato diversi dolci, erano morbidissimi e di buona qualità. Ma la cosa che ci ha stupito particolarmente sono stati i taiyaki, pesciolini di pan di spagna fatti sul momento proprio dalla signora tramite una formina per i waffle con all’interno una buonissima crema.

Sehr leckeres Mixed Softice Green Tea/ Vanille. Auch die originelle Waffel ist soft und schmeckt sehr gut. Die Waffeln und das sonstige Fisch-Gebäck wird ständig frisch gebacken. Wie so oft ist Kartenzahlung das beste Zahlungsmittel in London. Der Laden ist sehr klein und voll, man muss erst bestellen und bezahlen, danach bekommt man sofort das Eis. Alles ist sehr gut organisiert. Ich freue mich auf meinen nächsten Besuch in London und dieses Eis.

Questa bakery è la mia preferita. Situato in Chinatown a Londra quindi molto affollato ma la coda scorre molto veloce. Entro e puoi servirti prendendo un vassoio e ponendoci sopra tutti i prodotti della bakery che vuoi acquistare, i prodotti sono già confezionati e divisi in mono porzioni così da darti la possibilità di provare quello che vuoi. Molto economico e delizioso. Puoi accomodarti ad assaggiare il tuo bottino, se c’è spazio, nei tavoli di fronte.

Be careful to check price and add up before you go to the till cos I was (over charged for some items) also nearly double charged final bill, as the tall middle aged lady told me to tap my card again but I told her it was already charged, plus she doubled the price for the plastic bag. VERY expensive cakes, egg tarts, etc.

This has been around social media and reached millions I am sure. The first time I visited was because my sister-in-law saw it on TikTok! There was a long line to get in and when we eventually got in, it was difficult to get around with the crowd inside. This time around, 4 months later, the line was not as long but the pandemonium inside the shop was the same. I bought some different things to try. I think the mini walnut cookies were mislabelled as there was no mention about nuts on the ingredients; they were simply Chinese crispy cookies. I tried peanut cream cake, tiramisu and red bean cake. I won't be buying red bean cake in future. The other cakes are usually soft and melt in your mouth. I don't know how they get the dough so light and fluffy like air but it's a light dessert to have after a filling meal in Chinatown. I won't go out of my way to come here again but if I am nearby I would pop in to try something else.

Lovely buns ! Nice green tea ice cream - you can really taste the green tea but I recommend the mixed green tea and vanilla. The fish shaped cones are delicious- more like crispy pancakes than wafer, I suspect it’s fortune cookie mix, yum 😋

After a quick meal in Chinatown we were craving something sweet, and the red bean taiyaki did not disappoint! They were delicious and I regret not buying more... All the pastries and breads on display looked very good and unique.

We enjoyed the taiyaki - custard filled dough fish that are cooked on the spot in front of you at the window and served hot. These are genuinely tasty little snacks, and at £2.50 for 4 it seemed decent value too. We also picked up a couple of things from inside the bakery. I tried the chicken spring onion floss roll, but hands up I wasn't keen - the tastes were a bit beyond my pallet.

Investir dans une belle machine automatisée à Taiyaki est une chose mais, vu la qualité des ingrédients utilisés et surtout à la médiocre crème anglaise? Pâtissière? En poudre? De la pire qualité....On peut penser que les clients payent encore l'amortissement du prix de la machine. La pâte à gaufre qui forme l'extérieur des petits poissons ne rattrape rien non plus... Ce n'est pourtant pas très compliqué de réussir une pâte digne de ce nom mais là encore le goût imite à 100% l'industriel ... Le tout a fini à la poubelle.....

Sono stato in questa pasticceria con la mia ragazza in occasione di una vacanza a Londra. Il locale si trova, come suggerito dal nome, all'interno di Chinatown. Vengono venduti molti dolci colorati sia da consumare all'interno sia da asporto. Noi abbiamo preso dei pesciolini di pasta che vengono cotti al momento grazie a degli stampi tipo quelli dei waffle. C'è un piccolo banchetto fuori dall'ingresso che vende questi dolcetti che ho trovato molto buoni ed economici. La fila per prendere questi pesciolini è sempre nutrita ma scorre velocemente.

Do no come here. They are super rude. When restocking got pushed out the way not once, not twice, but four times. And they didn’t even say “excuse me” before trying to get their way around. Buns were average.

I have seen this bakery on tiktok but it’s very overrated. The buns we bought did not taste fresh at all, as if it was made over night. Had hair in two of the buns I bought. Went as a family and thought I’d try something new but was very disappointed with the experience. Especially as staff was extremely rude. They seemed to be rushing because had got overcharged if I didn’t check.

A Chinese friend of our daughter had recommended this bakery. And now we know why! We bought rolls to eat on our arrival in China Town and moon cakes to eat later. Recommended!

One of the better bakeries in London's Chinatown as their products were fresh and tasty. We got the roast port bun, the coconut bun and the egg tarts. All were flaky and tasty, and priced right. The lines were long the day we went but now we know why. Not a large spacious place, so look quickly for what you want or you will get passed by when ordering. There are 2 locations it seems and both had lines so this must be where a lot of locals grab and go.

Excellent cakes. Triangle cake Soft and lots of bounce. The fish chocolate is okay. Not worth the money. Roast pork soft and pork is lovely. Egg custard it's really tasty.

Rude service and £4 for a cold ad stale takoyaki way too expensive and utter rubbish. When I complained the sour faced woman at the counter heisted to apologise and said you took a bite out of it. How in the world are you able to make any judgement unless you take a bite! When I told her it was cold and stale she muttered an insincere apology. Shame on the service and trying to coy or con tourists.

We watched the lady preparing the teriyaki through the shop window. We already knew we were getting some of these; 4 for £2.50. Surprised to see it wasn’t £2.50 each. Lots of other baked goodies available in the small store. All the ladies serving and baking were friendly. The teriyaki themselves were beautifully tasty! A must on every visit to Chinatown.

A good variety of baked goods, I had the pinapple bun with pork filling, the chicken floss garlic roll, a bean pasted bun, and a custard bun. They were good, the buns were fluffy. Very cramped space, but would definitely go again.

Outstanding. Particular favourites are the roast pork pineapple bun, banana dessert with pandan or red bean, and the snowballs. But pretty much everything here is great. One word of caution - the whole area is a magnet for pickpockets, so make sure to secure your belongings while you carry your tray around. On my last visit there was a security guard there, so extra marks to the owners for addressing this. We go almost every time we're in the area, and will continue to do so.

I saw this place on tiktok so decided to go and see what it’s like! Prices were great and the green lotus and peanut butter cakes were particularly good really squishy and soft. Nice to go somewhere that’s a bit of a novelty and different, experience different cultures and for sensible prices.

Enjoyed a takeaway cocktail bun and egg tarts on my visit to Chinatown one February evening. The quality was good and decent value. The shop was busy on a Sunday evening with the freshly made treat being served out the window. Inside the shop, there's plenty of choice. Enjoy!

We came here on a whim whilst walking through Chinatown and I’m so glad we did. The smell inside the shop is just unreal, the goods are a decent price and so delicious, and the staff are delightful. Absolutely recommend.

Fresh cream filled teriyaki from the Bakery window is simply divine. Fresh and hot... really hot! 2 pounds for 3 pieces. They do take cards, but not American Express. Yummy treat!

Visited today and bought the red bean paste, sesame ball and a pandan cake. Pandan cake was good, but the sesame ball was hollow! Was not amused!!! Pictures below.

This is a really fun experience that should be tried when visiting London. There is a very wide range of buns and cakes, but I recommend the pork bun and the green Pandan cake.

We were in London to catch the Harry Potter play in the Palace Theatre nearby so decided to have a wander down Chinatown. This please was high on our list of places to visit having seen the Instagram photos and videos people post of the various items they sell.It did not disappoint! There was a large selection of things on offer and we tried several of them including the curry stuffed buns, mooncakes and the chicken floss buns which were amazing. The prices are very reasonable and it's a good place if you want a quick cheap bite to eat.

Chinese pastries are delicious. They’re much lighter and not as rich or heavy. I wish there was one local to me. Every time I’m in Chinatown I have to stop by and get some . The staff are friendly and the bakery is clean.

We always visit here for our fill on the custard fish (taiyaki)! Always freshly cooked and very moorish! The other items in store always look very good and tempting but the custard fish always win for us!

今日下午去那邊，一個60多歲扎著低馬尾的很醜的女店員接待。我以前去過很多次，沒有見過她。態度很不好，一個勁兒在那裡說很煩很煩，大大的嗓門，滿臉兇樣子，很不耐煩，素質很低。這種態度拉低了整個唐人街香港人的形象！真是丟臉！

The Chinatown bakery is a wonder. They have tons of excellent savory and sweet options, much of it dim sum. Stuffed buns. Sweet buns. Wonderful baked "fish" with custard, hot from the grill. The place is a bit insane, with lines of folks fighting for the best bread and sweets, but it's worth it. I wish they had a place to sit and enjoy the food, but the bakery is one of the best places in Chinatown.

It was a pleasure to visit the Chinatown bakery in London, but your service attitude made me refuse to come back a third time!!!!!!

Good products but awful customer service. They are lucky to have a the shop in the center of London otherwise with this customer service they would closed the shop several years ago.

Compré el taiyaki de vainilla, pero me decepcionó un helado agrio y suave. Hablé con el personal que lo rechazó, que probó un lote nuevo y dijo que estaba bien. Rechazaron un reemplazo o reembolso. Nunca compraría desde aquí otra vez, recomendaría pastelería maravillosa a la vuelta de la esquina. Mucho mejor.

Caminamos por Chinatown ayer y compramos diferentes bollos salados y dulces. Mi marido fue gritado por la anciana detrás de la caja porque no vio y usó la bandeja para recoger la masa. Quiero decir que los bollos en sí mismos son agradables y dignos de probar, pero los cajeros fueron extremadamente hostiles con los clientes y no nos hicieron sentir bienvenidos.

La tienda está muy llena y ruidosa. Los cajeros son muy agresivos y parecen enojados o molestos todo el tiempo. Solo quieren que pagues y te vayas. Habría gastado más dinero y habría vuelto si hubieran tenido una sonrisa en la cara. Compré los peces taiyaki que no parecían frescos, el helado se veía bien pero no quería volver después de tratar con la gente miserable. Algún critisismo constructivo: contrate personal nuevo que se enfrente al cliente para tomar el dinero de la gente, preferiblemente aquellos que saben sonreír y tratar a los clientes con respeto.

La masa de todos los bollos es increíblemente esponjosa. Una pasada esta repostería, de verdad. Probadlo, que esto no se ve en España.

Passed through Chinatown on my way to a Comic Shop nearby and I had previously seen Chinatown Bakery on Tripadvisor and saw the prices on the pictures and thought wow that's really cheap. So took my chance to pop in on my way back from the Comic Shop as it was not open when I first past it.

El helado de Macha está en todas partes en estos días y había oído hablar de un lugar en Nueva York que vende el helado en un cono con forma de pez. Bien. . . . ¡Estaba caminando por China Town el otro día y oye que lo vendían aquí! Tuvimos que probar uno. El cono en forma de pez es la textura de un gofre crujiente. Teníamos el helado de sabor mixto, que era macha y vainilla. La textura es muy parecida al Sr. Whippy. No me importó el sabor pero tampoco me gustó. Probablemente no lo tendría de nuevo, ¡pero fue divertido comer helado de un cono en forma de pez!

倫敦唐人街內的中式餅店，門外人龍長，等了五分鐘才能入內。餅店內環境狹窄、服務員態度不大友善。大部份中式麵包每個一英鎊多到兩英鎊多。外帶了菠蘿飽、义燒飽和腸仔飽，隔天焗爐焗熱後麵包還外軟、餡料也不少，水準不錯。

A fantastic place to grab some Chinese snacks whenever in Chinatown of London. I love to come here and stock up on a few days worth of baked goods whenever I visit the area. There's often long queues and can be a bit frustrating waiting to pay, but that's down to it's popularity.

We have been here several times to pick bread and buns, authentic, freshly baked, fair priced(for London).

Been in the UK for 5 months now and I must say that this is a great visit when I stumbled upon it in London. A good HK-style bakery that was immensely crowded that people were lined up to outside when I was there. Good bites here include the egg tart, sesame ball and the dough fritter (you tiao).

I have been coming here for a long time and I have to say I have been happy with the food itself. However the staff behind the till are always rude.

They are so rude particularly the old one. I saw her shouting a girl the other day because she didn’t use the tray. She only picked up a cupcake and it has paper wrapped around it!! FFS!

My usual go to bakery place in Chinatown. This time I got some egg tarts as well in addition to my usual buns. Both were fresh and delicious. Can't go wrong getting baked goods from here.

I have been here for a couple of times, because of their custard bun which serves fresh. The aroma floats around the area. The service is not friendly at all. Even one time, they give me the change by throwing it. And talk rudely to the customers who are not oriental. Would never coming back again after that.

Ces petits beignets remplis de crème sont très addictifs à la fois par le goût et aussi par leur fabrication. On se régale en les mangeant et en regardant la machine fonctionner ! 2£ les 4 ! Sans oublier les autres pâtisseries notamment les brioches !

Première découverte des pâtisseries chinoise, je me suis rendu ici car celle ci est très réputée et je dois dire que je valide les avis positifs, les buns sont super bons, il y a pas mal de choix et ils sont bien garnis à l’intérieur, les taiyaki sont à ne pas manquer également, ceux à la crème anglaise sont excellent mais également ceux à la pâte d’haricots rouge que j’ai trouvé encore meilleur. Ne pas hésiter à y aller pour ne pas perdre trop de temps entre deux visites sans dépenser trop d’argent car c’est pas cher.

went there this evening not that late but they had hardly any stock. although I can't complain about what they sell as all their cakes and buns are of an excellent quality. the issue was their queuing system. sadly a lot of our overseas folk haven't got a scooby! they were rude pushing in and ignorant. I am also not in their dictate that you must spend at least £10.00 to use any form of card. this is unnecessary as all shops I've used take card payment for any amount mid rating is for the shops money making scheme for those using plastic

Estuvimos este fin de semana en Londres y visitando Chinatown por la tarde descubrimos por casualidad esta pastelería... que no os podéis perder si vais por allí. Todo tiene pintaza pero lo que nosotros probamos fueron los taiyakis, esos bollos con forma de pez que son típicos de Japón. lo probamos relleno de nutela y...diosss... para chuparse los dedos. La masa es como de gofre y no puede estar más rico!

Toevallig deze bakery ontdekt toen we in China Town wandelden. Voor de venster maken ze verse visjes in deeg met een gele crème erin. Heerlijk ! Zeker als ze nog een beetje warm zijn.

Pequeña pastelería muy concurrida con unos pasteles y bollos de muchas clases y a cual más apetitoso. Son típicos unos peces que van haciendo al momento hechos con una especie de masa de goffre y con un relleno de crema. Muy ricos.

Looking for a quick snack before a comedy show. I was in the mood for a pork bun. I found that and much more here. A continuous line of customers and the staff were restocking the shelves with fresh baked goods. I saw about 12 things I want to try, so repeat visits will be in order!

I came here and there was a big queue. The were selling 4 mini cakes shape of fish for £2.00. The taste was great and hot.

Love Chinese bakery products! Super soft bread with different sweet and savoury flavours! So hard to decide which one to eat. Super busy shop and remember to bring cash with you. I felt it was on the pricey side and also overheard someone saying they have just put the prices up.

Great selection of oriental pastries (mainly Cantonese). Some prices have increased recently, which is a bit disappointing, but still good noms. It’s often ram packed, to the point where it’s hard to move around the shop, so try to go outside meal times, if possible. I really enjoy the egg tarts, coconut tarts, bbq roast pork buns (good size and decent amount of filling!), chicken floss rolls with spring onion (looks like a savoury Swiss roll). The banana loaf is also moist and yummy. I’m not so fond of the “cream” buns as the cream isn’t fresh cream. Most other items are ok. The staff are honest and super-efficient and pack your items nicely. I always have to pop in if I’m in the area.

This review is purely based on comparing it to similar shops around the area.

This was recommended to us as the best bakery in China and how right they were. I think the price is slightly more per bun but the quality is very good as well as the variety available. The only thing I was disappointed with was that I did not get a box for my buns so they got a bit squashed in my bag on the way home. If you buy 3 Krispy Cream donuts, you get it in a box. That is why I was disappointed for not getting one here. But it is a minor point.

We visited this little bakery twice during our stay. Got some eggtarts and different pastries and the taiyaki ofcourse. It wasn't expensive at all. Really tasty as well. Friendly people work here as well.

Conocíamos China town pero nunca habíamos entrado y ésta vez nos llamó el olor que desprendía el local. Bollos y pasteles con una pintaza pero lo que realmente nos encantó fueron los pastelillos con forma de pez. Deliciosos!
