The food arrived stone cold first time ever its arrived cold

Good but dry. Lack of sauce in kebab and on the chip was bad. Made it very dry...

Wish I could give it zero stars. Absolutely rotten. The chips were rancid. How is that even possible? Genuinely shocked at how rotten it was. Inedible. Wouldn't feed that to an animal.

Balti was fantastic very tasty and just as expected, however the chili masala was very dry and not very much in the tub. Slight difference in usual taste also.

Haven’t tried most of their menu ! But most places in Northern Ireland don’t know how to make a proper Phall… I ordered the chicken one, meat as tender as can be & the spice level is perfect compared to most places that hold back… when I ask for a Phall, they deliver every time with hot heat & lovely fresh green chillis …. it’s a 10/10 for a spice lover here

My order never came. Sat up waiting for over an hour and no food. Still took my money. An absolute disgrace.

Ι ordered well in advance to have the order on time. After a phone call to ask for an update the order arrived with a delay of 25 min. The driver asked me to read to him what I had ordered because he was not certain this was my order. When he gave me the order I asked if this is my order for sure and he said he would not know. Most importantly the items that had chicken were undercooked.

I had a donor kebab last night & I have to say that it was probably the nicest I’ve had in the last 2years. Very fairly priced, no problems with the extras I wanted. A little cold on delivery but 30secs in the nuker & it was perfect. Well done chillies 🌶️

Best kebab in Bangor. Nice and clean tasting, never dripping in grease like most of the other vendors locally. Our go to for a first class Kebab every time!

I ordered a chicken tikka kabab and received a doner kabab not happy!

They try to charge you the jacked up Just Eat prices even when you didn't order using the app. Phoned in an order for collection and when I arrived to pick it up I had one member of staff argue with me that the cost on the menu on the wall wasn't right and I could go online and check the prices. I told him that's not the way it works. Online is online and I'm standing in front of you and your menu on the wall says it costs this much. He wasn't for budging so I made a counter-offer of my £20 back in my wallet and he could eat the 2 kebabs. I've never saw someone so upset about handing over a few quid that didn't belong to him. I should add - I was pointing to the most recent prices they have up... written in permanent marker. If their prices have gone up further, someone needs to get the marker out again.

it is usually really good in here but the pizza the child got looked reheated and thay 4 got the chips with delivery tonight and delivery was longer than usually too

food was great as alway, just wish the delivery driver had knocked louder at the right door and actually delivered the dip, delivery time is a guess as i have no idea how long it was outside

Latest delivery time passed. Contacted the restaurant. Lied to about delivery time. Contacted again, refused refund request. Food arrived long after that, stone cold. Awful service and cold food.

food was still piping hot when I got it, delivery driver was quick and she was very polite when I asked her to give me a minute to come to the door lol, 10/10 and I'll definitely be back soon, think everyone knows it's the best takeaway in Bangor but thought I'd still leave a review :)

Ordered at 12, food arrived at 2am after being told 12.45. Chips did not come, chicken wings did instead, we didn't order chicken wings we ordered chips.

Ordered the vegetable starter which included the samosa, pakora and onion baji, I received a large onion baji and a tiny one… no pakor and no samosa! I got a tikka kebab on chips and it was freezing

Delivery driver after contacting me by phone, could not deliver my order as he could not find my address. I clearly gave him my postcode and address as had been sent by Sat nav to the wrong place. It is now 03:00 on Thursfay morning and still no order. Please refund me what I have paid? Sincerely, Chris Fryers

Delivery driver got the order wrong

If you charge a high price, you expect a high standard. Food is good, but there time keeping is terrible. If anyone orders from here expect it to come late.

Pizza was like cardboard and the korma sauce was clearly not korma and tasted like curry

Pizza wasn't hot on arrival so disappointed on this occasion.

To be quite honest not the best pizza, ordered fresh at counter and from the first bite the flavours just weren't right. The cheese tasted oily, didn't taste like mozzarella and the sauce was lacking in the herb department. Overall quite bland and don't think I would recommend, better options available elsewhere.

Order all the time from here. Chips where soggy with hard bits food was cold sauce had big lumps all through it

Pizza had a nice flavour and arrived warm but not pipping hot. I enjoyed it.

Literally THEE best kebabs I've ever tasted in my life. No idea why they don't have a higher rating on here! I've tried others in Bangor but now know there's no point; Chillies cannot be beaten. Mixed kebab in naan with cheese, kebab sauce & korma sauce (or with cheese, garlic & salad)...get in my belly naiiiii 😋 Portions are unreal too, takes me 2 go's

Food was dreadful. Pizza when you collect is normally like a deep pan this was a very thin pizza and the base was rock hard. I've sent Just Eat a video of it. Onion rings were greasy and freezing on the inside. Whole thing not edible.

Delivery time put back from order time between 02.05 and 02.35 and then email saying food was on its way and delivery time 03.05 . Arrived at 03.50 and driver apologised.

My first attempt to order I never received the food as they had not heeded my notes which hasn't changed being isolated from covid. The manager however did send a second order to my door which was delivered to the correct address. I was glad that he was able to do that for me as I use them regularly. Thankyou again! Took nearly an hour and a half to be delivered and then arrived barely even warm.

Unfortunately the pizza was not hot. When it is it has good flavour with plenty of toppings.

Delivery delayed twice, over an hour tried contacting multiple times with no answer. Not the first time. Last time my food never showed up and a refund was never issued. Won’t order again.

Absolutely appalling, normally love chillies , but waiting nearly 3 hours for two kebabs is not okay at all

Normally love chillies , but tonight I was absolutely disgusted with the waiting time , if you are busy , let ur customers know , after an hour of waiting we phoned politely asking how much longer the delivery was going to take , they said 20 mins to half and hour we where more that happy with that , it didn’t arrive to over an hour and a half after that just not okay hope this gets sorted in future!!!!

Ordered a delivery and selected the time of 02:50 which was available to me. Good then arrived at 03:30. Food was very bland and cold upon arrival and just wasn’t enjoyable. Paid £13.25 in total and was refunded with £4.50 lol. Would not recommend.
