value and service, tasty prawn curry and Biryani was very good. for my kids ordered nuggets and chips. was ok.

Having ordered a meal for two (£33) from the said 'restaurant' it arrived 45minutes late Cold! The food was dreadful being of poor quality and spicy hot beyond belief to the point that it was inedible. Chicken Tika (main) comprised three pieces of chicken and a complete, tough as old boots chicken thigh. The veg. curry comprised three lumps of potato, two sprigs of cauliflower, one of broccoli and one bean. Nan bread should be delivered in a heat sealed foil bag. Chillies of Brackenbury could only manage paper bags. My son's meal was equally poor and with both arriving with sachets of cheap tomato sauce was the piece de resistance! This meal was ordered through Deliveroo who took no responsibility for any part of this debarcle and after two hours trying to communication our dissatisfaction with two 'bots' and SEVEN humans the only compensation offered was a refund of 25% of the total cost. Avoid Chillies of Brackenbury like the plague. As for Deliveroo, they can forget about any further business from us!!

My wife ordered a takeaway from chilies of Brackenbury, London.. Would you wait 1hr & 40mins for you takeaway!! Imagine this delay in a restaurant. This UK delivery scam has to stop!! They take your money before you eat, wait or even try and then deliver, awful naan bread , cold starters and just awful dishes which all look the same !! The food delivery buisness should be accountable like restaurants .. The Pandemic has created a boom in buisness and a complete slump in quality, detail or customer service. Avoid this place at all costs, over 60 pounds was a total disgrace and this takeaway industry remains the Bain of the restaurant scene in this country. So sad and such a genuine rip off .

Great place for Indian with English Food selection. Kid's menu made my kids happy for that night. Their favourite nuggets and French fries. Thanks chillies.

Best curry in west London🙌🏼 It’s my family’s go to take away because it never fails to disappoint. The chicken is so tender all you need is a spoon, would recommend.

This is one of the best Indians I have ever had. You can tell from the very first bits that they're flavours and ingrediants are quality. Its clean and really delicious and if that wasn't enough they are really cheap. I have never eaten such great quality food for such a low price in London. I can't recommend highly enough, if you feel like a full flavoured excellent quality Indians I promise you won't go wrong ordering from here. I have had several take aways now and tasted several curry's from the menu and never been let down. I wish I could pop in and thank the chef and syaff, maybe after covid days!

We like chillies because they never let us down... Their food is fine. Always kind to us giving a little extra or a freebie thrown in for being a loyal customer. You would not get this anywhere else. Delivery and politeness of driver is super good too. Well done chillies.

I collected my order and the guy was very friendly, the food was amazing and fresh! only problem the little salad box they put towards the bottom of the bag and the salad had wilted because of the heat... but the food was amazing and great value! deffo ordering again!

Having ordered from this restaurant so many times. Yet again the food I ordered wasn't fresh. This time I felt I must leave a review. The food tasted so sweet and was not edible. I put the food in the bin. Clearly no respect for people who order regularly. Disgraceful never will I order again.

biryani had too much turmeric and all the food was very greasy. chicken was not well done and marination was not consistent.

The naans were great again but I was not impressed with the Balti, in comparison with the Tikka Masala which is in another league and one of my favourites .

Overall, great naan and chicken tikka masala. As I've been bought up with Indian and Pakistani food I am quite picky and this was agreeable.

Normally the food and service are great but tonight the food was late because the delivery guy went to the wrong address then on the phone said “oh it looked like 98 lady”, which I find rude. The food was good but the vegetable curry with the biryani has suddenly become really spicy and not pleasant, and the naan was cold and had sweated, I guess because it was almost 25 minutes late.

Chicken was dry! Sauce watery! Bread too thick and tasteless and the chips were crinkle cut? Not good! Chilli tuk tuk is the best Indian takeaway in London!!!

Korma and butter chicken were very very sweet in taste and so much sauce I could barely find the chicken so much so neither of us ate even half of it Not good and such a waste Didn’t get the naan I ordered and even they were sweet in taste And only got one of the popodoms ordered too Did get it delivered fast though

Felt like most of the starters were reheated however, food was tasty and spice levels we're good. Although could use more flavour on some items. Overall great food and good prices would order again.

Yummy food and delivered early but only by 5 min which we appreciated cause we were starving :-) ordered to hotel and wuoted room when ordering. All worked very smoothly!

chicken madras was mostly Oil and Garlic Naan breads were undercooked.

The best Indian take away i've ever had. Consistently brilliant. Great service always. Good portions and not stingy with the meat. You can tell they cook with their hearts. I love this place. Recommend karahari lamb. Peshwari naan is fab too.

Lovely dishes. Great Onion Bhajis. The lamb in the lamb Pasanda was slightly too tough / chewy so would probably go with one of the other meats next time but overall was happy with the food and service. Thank you.

this takeaway has definitely improved. the previous owner would steal money from your account small amounts. but happy to buy food here it is fair enough.

I don't like leaving negative feedback usually but it's definitely the blandest Indian food I've ever had unfortunately. Both of the curries I ordered had so much sugar inside that it tasted odd. I usually love butter chicken but this had a weird taste. The garlic rice was also very oily and had onions inside even though it was just supposed to be garlic.

The actually curry container was half full.

Food was good but they got the Saag Paneer wrong. I selected the "without cheese" option because I didn't like it last time (wouldn't recommend this dish) and they sent the one with cheese which was disappointing. Generally I think this restaurant is good value for money but I paid £1.40 for 3 poppadoms and £4 for a king prawn starter which turn out to be ONE very measly prawn (would also not recommend this dish) , which I think is expensive. Always deliver early and most of the food is tasty.

Food really tasty , definitely will order again as probably the best Indian cusine in the region although had some faults . The Fish Pakora was supposed to be deep fried in butter but was breadcrumbed instead . The King Prawn is preferred them to be king not giant and it would work much better . The lemon rice had burned onion in it which made it bitter in tasty a bit. Other than that I really loved the flavours. Will other again for sure .

Food watery and bland. Delivery driver phoned me to come to door BEFORE he arrived and reached out from steps for me to accept food bag (I know it was raining, but wasn't impressed with his manner).

The food was hot, tasty and well packaged, foil containers used on all dishes except for the curry which used a plastic container so no leakage as on a previous order. Top marks.

Paid extra for the chicken & cheese naan (three lots), received plain naan. Not pleased. But the order arrived early, so I suppose that's positive.

The briyani was a bit tasteless. The grilled starters were good but I was underwhelmed by the aloo chaat. It was supposed to be with puri but I was given chapatti instead.

Food basic biryani was not so tasty, naan was supposed to have mince inside there was nothing. Driver was quite rude just rang and told me to come out and collect my food. Delivery arrived before my estimated time only plus for my order.

Naan bread was cold. Korma and butter chicken were both flavourless and lukewarm. Usually the food is much better. Have ordered from here plenty of times but this one was a let down.

Average delivery time. Chicken wings marinade had not been thoroughly cooked. Chips were extremely greasy. As for the curry the lamb was cooked well however the base of the curry was not great, onions were in huge chunks as were the tomatoes. Rotis were good. All in all the curry could have been better, box was also leaking when delivered

Ordered a take away delivery on a Saturday night had to wait over a hour which was fine as they were busy . Ordered Tandori chicken was really good. Ordered a prawn curry , taste was nice only but really watery not like a proper curry spoiled it. Everything else was nice I would try again hopefully just a one off
