Despite the restaurant being closed and wingstop moving in, This restaurant brought tears of joy to my eyes

Appalling shocking food staff prices. Paid nearly £40.00 for undercooked flavourless food. When I went to the staff they tried to patornise me and my wife as to what flavour is lmao. Asked them to refund two of the dishes and was refused. I asked them to remake. Wafter waiting 20 mins was told they can not do that and that they have thrown the food away so tough. After being challenged staff member threatened to beat me infront of my family. Security had to get involved. AVOID AVOID AVOID. UPDATE. PLACE HAS NOW CLOSED. NO SURPRISE

Fake reviews will not improve your customer service and bang average food. I visited this place 2 times (1st time the food was underwhelming) thought I would give them the benfit of thE doubt, 2nd time I made the mistake of taking my family and it was worse. AVOID

Ordered £25 worth of food got delivered sloppy soggy inedible food who uses so much coleslaw in a pitta sandwich? Two tiny pieces of dry chicken in the frango naan no cheese no sweet & sauce sauce dry rock hard chips it all went in the bin rang up to complain answer was what do you want me to do let a IDGF respond

I came today to chill in Bradway they staff member who took my order she had so much attitude all I wanted to know what kind of burger you have and take choice with what I want in my burger she was making face and was very rude and was not helpful at all I quite come here alot with my daughter and the staff are quite helpful but this staff member was had so much attitude to help out which bugar I can go for normal I go for side but she had such attitude I only picked 1 burger and left the store my experience was terrible today

Average food and atmosphere. Felt like another Nandos. Food was not that spicy despite getting the highest level. The food was not worth the price charged but it was still decent

Started coming here on my lunch breaks from work. Foods amazing it’s always got the right texture. Olivia on the tills made sure that there wasn’t too much sauce in my wrap and it came perfect just how I requested thanks to her! Food also came within perfect timing I did mention I was on my lunch and it was still cooked perfectly with good presentation.

Bad behaviour of one of their employe along with customer and uber eats drivers, he doesn't respect uber drivers.

Dont be fooled. This is a fast food joint made to look more upmarket. I went here with family for lunch and made the mistake of ordering the Grande Burger. It's meqnt to be 4x smashed patties, but it was nothing of the sort. The meat was salty and unseasoned, the cheese was tasteless and the soggy brioche bun was struggling to keep the composition of the burger together. The fries were crispy (though come unsalted) and the loaded fries were a treat. A solid 2.5 out of 5 then.

I got the prawns and rice. Came home and then threw up. It was deffo the prawns. I feel horrible

The food was the only reason i walked in to this place, the atmosphere is dampening and cold felt like being sat in mcdonalds, the customer service was poor, the lady at the till Magda was rude when i told her the tables are dirty, instead she said i must order and queue up, i mean where is your staff im the seating areas. And she discriminated us knowing well my mother is disabled with a walking stick. You have a lot to learn in customer service and please and thank yous dont hurt

Took 45 minutes for chips! Kicked us off our table because it was apparently already taken when nobody was sat there with any bags and the previous customers had already left the store. Outrageous!

I ordered burgers and waited for half an hour and when food came, mince was not properly grilled. Waste of time and money .

Awful food and EXPENSIVE! The smashed burgers genuinely the worst I’ve ever had it from anywhere. I paid £8.49 for a tiny burger and it didn’t even come with any fries. The beef pattys were so dr, it tastes like it was warmed up in a microwave. In total we spent £30.98 for two people and a two year old.

Excellent food. The Flama chicken was amazing. It was tasty and well cooked. Service was ok. Think they had a staff shortage. Cleanliness can be improved. Slightly disappointed with the kids meal though. Was expensive for what you get as the chicken nuggets were processed and not proper fillets. Accept card payments. Pay first system. HMC Approved.

I have been ordering online for a while now the food has been amazing. Today I visited the eatery and the staff were so friendly and helpful.The place had such good seating child friendly and the food again was amazing I was recommended the wrap i wanted to try something different and my kids had strips all the food was amazing and you can always tell good quality meat is being used. Loved it!

A bit pricey but I expected joined to the shopping centre. The sources provided where poor.

We been there 3rd and last time. The staff members made us wait for over 45 mins without apologising for the delay. The food wasn't warm enough we paid £40 and the food was terrible. Other customers had their food early even though they arrived after us. They wasn't being empathetic enough and they wasn't helpful at all. They charges enough money but the quality was absolute appalling. I would not recommend any of my family members or friends because of they worse behavour. I used to think it was one of the best restaurant in Bradford. however, after last night terrible customer service i have lost respect and patience and i was late home. We had to wait for 1 hour for bus and train due to the speed of service.

Absolutely disgusting! No spices at all! Thin patty supposed to be kofta...didn't taste of anything! Asked for one hot and spicy and one medium, all you can taste is cheap supermarket mango chutney???? Everything was bland, bland, bland, and the bun was so chewy that you couldn't eat it. Worst place ever! AVOID at all costs...save your money. Also 4 guys came in and were in the toilets together, for ages. Came out and left. Never, ever, again.

Ordered the peri chicken for two. Reasonably priced and well seasoned. The peri peri fries were crispy and generous. Would definitely come again.

I waited 25 minutes for two sides. Then you give me one of the sides wrong. It was not worth waiting that long and the fact you guys were not even that busy is just ridiculous. I hate to write bad reviews but this one is so justified. It is honestly ridiculous. It was a huge waste of my time.

The portion of chicken in the rice box is shocking. Literally 5 little cut up cubes sprinkled over an abundance of bland rice. Wouldn't recommend especially since there are many other places that do a much better chicken and rice. Ordered first time here and definitely the last.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. They refused to accept my voucher, which is completely unacceptable. I had been looking forward to dining here, but their refusal to honor the voucher ruined the entire evening. I won't be returning, and I strongly advise others to avoid this place as well. Their customer service is abysmal, and their policies are unfriendly. One star is too generous for this establishment.

Went there with a voucher specific to the store. They were extremely rude and wouldn’t accept it because they’ve lost £4000 recently due to the store being quiet I travelled a great distance as well. I would never go here again and would advise others the same.

Absolutely impressed with the meal and the service. We ordered a grande platter for our party of 5. The food was very well seasoned and very tasty. The portions were just right. The restaurant was very tidy. Rasel was the one who served us. He provided exceptional service. We were very well looked after. I highly recommended this restaurant. Will definitely be back.

The tiny portions were a blessing as the food was substandard. Two wrong items on a six item order, spice levels non-existent and filthy sauce bottles. Deliveroo man was ignored for a long time and treated with no respect. Toilets locked - unlike the staff side door which had tape over the sensor to avoid having to enter the code to open. Just no. Waiting to see if we're ill tomorrow.

Unbelievable food!! Wasn't expecting much but was blown away with the quality of food in this place! The grill chicken is alot better than Nando's. Loaded chips were amazing to. Definitely will be back.

Tried the flames picante and expected to be a large sized chicken fillet burger and unfortunately it was small, very small and bot filling. Burger lacked taste and flavour and was very dry. Very over priced and tbh a ripp off. I would defo not visit again and would not recommend to anyone, sorry. Score 2 out of 5.

Today evening i bought chicken rice The dish was extremely disappointing; it tasted overly salty and sour, and the rice was sticky and inedible. It left me unsatisfied during my night shift, and now I'm starving. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Very rude customer service! As a person who wears the niqaab I chooses not to sit and eat in the shop.. I ordered a wrap (£6) and took it out to enjoy in broadway canteen that’s about 1 minutes walk I’d say, and the wrap was COLD and ROCK SOLID! so I took it back and the clown at the counters like you have to eat it in the FIRST 3 minutes of purchasing!! What kind of joke is that imagine I wanted to take it home!! I ended up leaving the wrap to them as they would not give me another nor refund me. RIDICULOUS and I do NOT recommend this place!

The food portions were tiny. The price was very high. The food tasted ok, but definitely not worth the price. Waited 35 mins for the food and was quite disappointed when it came. Was in City Centre due to an event nearby. Definitely would not go again!

Orders as double fillet burger and a smash burger the smash burger. was told 10-15 min wait but took 30 however i didnt mind double chicken burger was 11£ almost came with 7 onion rings burger came piping hit but the chicken was slim and can find the same for much less money smash burger was actually really nice but 11! to come with literally 12 fries in a metal tin ! However staff was really nice!

Wanted something different instead of the German Donner Kebab. My son actually suggested this 1. Nice clean modern decor. Great menu with lots of choices Good prices as I noted cheaper than Pepes chicken. We ordered the loaded chicken fries The flavour was the bomb (mango n lime) Smashed it I got the half chicken (hot) was cooked to perfection soft n fiery We also got the wrap (mango n lime) Very nice All in all cost us £22 including 2 Coke cans. Highly recommended and will definitely be back

Ordered the flames salad for lunch, was very disappointed. It was a teeny tiny portion of chicken on a bed of Lettuce and few scatterings of other veg, there were no croutons as advertised, it looked nothing like the picture advertised. Still starving. My sister enjoyed her loaded fries though.

Sitting down in an almost empty restaurant, I was counting on fast service as well as on spicy food, as the name of this place suggests. How far from reality were my expectations? Just like the name of flamin hot sauce. 20 minutes of waiting for a wrap and a salad which tasted ok, but the flamin hot sauce (on the menu 10 on the spiciness scale) would be beaten by a few supermarket ketchups (remember that the place is called CHILLI FLAMES).
