the boneless strips are the nicest you will find and that’s a fact, all round beautiful food, the workers are respectful and polite

One of the best cheeseburgers and chicken fillet burgers we have ever eaten. So why 3 stars you ask? Ordered and went to pay by card to be told…. Cash only. Didn’t have any cash on me (no signs saying cash anywhere) but luckily my wife had £10 to pay the £9.97 bill. Food took a little while to come out but piping hot and fresh, alas the guy that served me didn’t charge me for the 2nd can of Pepsi I asked for (thought it was in the £9.97 we paid) to be told… sorry sir you only have one can and another can will cost you £1….. I walked away with the food and sat down across the road to enjoy. Just a shame he didn’t listen (too busy firing questions at me) and no signs staying cash only otherwise it would have been 5 stars

Friendly and helpful made sure our order was ready in time as we were catching the last train home . Lovely food too.

The card machine has been out of order for 3 months, orders can be made online but they cost 20% more than paying cash in-store.

I have been a few times now, and each time the food is lovely, served by lovely friendly staff. Will definitely continue to visit this little gem in New Brighton

So friendly and great service. we came at nearly 1am and All of us could not fault their service. Chips have delicious seasoning this over mcdonalds any day! 10/10 Will definitely come again

Ordered £40 chicken hut. So excited. Got a phone call and was told to f-off after 2 hours of waiting. Sarcastic phone call about nonsense ruined the night after covid separation. Night ruined. And phoned turned off when I tried to get money back. STRAIGHT UP THIEVES. NEVER COME ACROSS SUCH TWO FACED COMANY EVER. Shame cos this is the best chicken place with such a racist attitude.

We are regulars here now, great food chicken always very tender and succulent with lovely fries and Peri peri salt absolutely dive. The staff is very nice and friendly as well.

Have come here quite a few times and omg is it amazing the chips are better than kfc the chickens really suculent and juicy you really get value for money

Absolutely stunning and fresh food. Tried Thao for the first time yesterday and The quality of food from here is unbelievable. Even down to the fries, chick n hut get it perfect. If your looking for any fried chicken, and not just frozen strips that most other places do, give chick n hut a visit. You won't be disappointed

This is a franchise chicken shop so can't go wrong chicken burger meal is good the chips had a coating on them really nice happy staff

the taste of the chicken is far better than kfc its crisp not limp chips amazing with the red salt family bucket is huge

Would give zero if I could. Wednesday 9/01/19 ordered at 1955 hours. At 2115 we are trying to call to find out where our order is. No one answering the telephone despite calling a number of times. At 2145 we have ordered elsewhere. Very annoyed terrible service will not order again. Disgusted. But very thankful we didn't pay online before hand.

Arrived on a frosty night and received a warm welcome, ordered a boneless chicken box and a value box. The chicken coating was crisp and flavoursome the chicken meat very tasty, succulent and cooked to perfection. The price is very reasonable and well worth the money. We will be going again when we are in the area.
