It’s just delicious, never tried something this tasty!

First time to this place and this chain. We ordered from the self-service screen stand. It was a little painful to navigate, but we got there. We ordered to takeaway for lunch. Once we picked up our food, about to head out the door, one male staff came over, and mumbled if we can give feedback and only take 20 seconds. I said we will do later, and I am hungry. He persisted with my husband, saying it would only take 20 seconds, so my husband scanned the QR code which took you straight to google review. This staff then proceeded and pressed 5 star on my husband's phone without asking my husband! This is completely unacceptable and trying to get us to write a feedback that we did write. Luckily, my husband's screen was not signed into his google account, so it didn't register. I am appalled at the blatant attempt of a member of staff creating an unauthorised and not authentic review. The food was ok. But for the actions of this staff, I am giving the store 1 review and this staff's actions need to be addressed.

Speedy service, kids in Putney love it. Was there with my son, and Jaffa was great at keeping him entertained.

I don’t normally leave bad reviews. But honestly the person working here who stood around waiting for us to give feedback in front of her, was just annoying. Felt pressured to do it, so I declined. Food was actually great, but you guys need to check how you’re talking to customers, let the food speak for itself. You don’t need someone hovering around making people feel uncomfortable, then waiting there staring at your phone just after you’ve asked them to leave a review, just weird…not coming back here again. Also very expensive for what you get

I’ve eaten here a couple times. The service is always 10/10. Very helpful and kind staff I’ve never even had a slight issue or oversight from them. The chicken is some of the best I’ve had however I will say less is more. Sometimes some of the burgers etc have too much going on for you to enjoy the actual chicken which is lovely on its own so I’d recommend the straight up or the tenders which are always lovely.

Food is banging i would recommend angry fries they are scrumptious frumptious delumptious but the stickers on the wall are peeling so better fix that up and the toilet locks are kinda tricky but other than that dont let that put you off its actually really coolio and i come every other friday (Edit: banoffee shake is also banging)
