Chicken fillet was less according to the price but taste was very nice

Ordering was laboured, but the food was nice once that was out of the way . I would have had a shake but i could not in all good conscience pay £6 for a milkshake

Best chicken I have had in a while with some of the kindest service

I visited the Chicken Shop recently, and I have to say the service was outstanding. Rakes, one of the staff members, was incredibly helpful and professional. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The food was great, but the excellent service made the experience even better. Highly recommend this place for both the food and the friendly atmosphere.

I never eat chicken and chips nowadays due to quality, but I must say it's the best fried chicken I've ever had outside of my house. I had AMAZING service from Jessy who took the time out to go through the menu options and helped me choose the right meal. Once I had sat down my meal was also bright to me and afterwards I was asked if I needed anything else. Brilliant customer service. The chicken was tender and fresh. I am extremely happy with the entire experience. Thank you!

Apart from serving one of the best chicken burgers I’ve had anywhere in London, the service at the Putney branch has been nothing short of exceptional. Everytime! Jessie, in particular, has consistently gone above and beyond—offering a warm welcome with a smile and always ready to assist in any way she can. Her attentiveness and friendly demeanor creates an exceptionally inviting atmosphere that keeps me coming back. If every chicken shop provided service like this, I wouldn’t consider eating anywhere else. Highly recommended!

The food is really good, much better than MacDonnalds or KFC. It was freshly made and had really nice flavour. The service was really good as well and restaurant was very clean and tidy. Nice music as well. Would highly recommend trying

Been a promoter of the Chicken Shop since the onset, but recently they have changed out the Brioche bread for a plain white one. For me this has ruined the experience but appreciate this may not be the voice of many. Despite this the staff were very friendly and helpful.

One of the best fried chicken i’ve tried in London!! we got the spicy rice bowl and it was amazing! the rice and closeslaw were flavored well, and the chicken was steaming hot, fresh and flavorful !! the service was great as well, he gave us chicken tenders on the house:)
