Hands down one of my favourite place. Everything I have tried was so tasty. I particularly love the fish special on Fridays. Me and my friends always feel so welcomed thanks to the very friendly and attentive service.

Had my birthday celebration here on Sat 9th April and it was fantastic! The owner Desmond was very accommodating and the chef laid on a wicked buffet with a wide variety of delicious tasting food, curry goat, oxtail, fish, chicken, mac & cheese, plantain, and different choices of rice etc. It was really good value for money and the drinks were at a competitive price. Really cannot fault it, we all had a great night. Will definitely be returning 🙂

Unique - great food, lovingly prepared, great people, who really took pride in the food and the place. And the usual South London characters that made it a real experience. Even though they got my order mixed up and I ended up with the jerk salmon instead of curry goat it was delicious, as was the jollof rice. I'll be back!

The restaurant is spotlessly clean and the food is flawless. Really lovely friendly family atmosphere, but would also be a nice little gem to surprise a business client with based on the quality of the meal. I’m really impressed and could see this becoming a bit of a cult spot…. Seriously, try the food and you’ll get it!

One Twenty Four may be small but has a massive range of cocktails and food of great quality (also very accommodating to allergies/intolerances, vegans etc.). It's a cosy venue, perfect for initimate catch ups or for private hire. I hired the venue for a joint birthday and the owner made the whole process so easy and stress-free. The staff are very attentive, friendly and caring. Decor is really nice, and there is even a photobooth area making this venue very 'instagrammable'. 1000% would recommend and return!
