They fill what they want , never ask you before.if you ask to change it getting frustrated , was using the restaurant for last 2 years never experienced anything like this.not gonna visit again.Thanks for the last experience.worst customer service

Worst customer service place ever! Disgusting salty food, overcharged food! Rude new owner never going there again, started arguing about lying about prices of food. This business will not make it might as well close down. Never giving this place business ever again, there’s a reason why it has been empty since the owner changed. Sauce tubs not even halfway filled trying to save money on sauces. Owner is rude to customers and staff, does not know the meaning of managing a business.

Good quantity at reasonable price

Please do not go here!! They took almost 35 minutes To make my food and the place was empty with only 2 people in there.The food was also not good it was not properly cooked and they missed few things in my order.

Possibly one of the best chicken places I've been to. Food was fresh and customer service was great. I'll definitely be back to try something from the shawarma section of the menu.

I normally go to Dixy but they're refurbing, so I thought I'd try next door and I have zero regrets. I ordered the tower burger meal (£6.50). The chicken fillet was cooked to perfection, unlike some places where it's rubbery. The bun was so soft and I could tell was fresh. Also, I noticed they use McCain fries, which are the best in the business. I think I have found my new regular chicken chop.

chicken palace " chips were totally bitter in taste. Their Mayo garlic sauce was expired. Refried chips. The chicken wrap was too small.

Hamza corrected my meal and made sure his clients were happy after a minor mistake, very much appreciated.

First time getting my choice of strips and hot wings from this particular establishment. Absolutely banging! Chicken not greasy and hot wings were bang on 👌🏻

I am from london , come here in Northampton for AI Summit in Keynes but accommodation was here in Premiere In Ordered 15 inch pizza buy one get one free for 16.99£ , the guy served piza with microscopic Pieces of chicken and Very bad taste even not found signs of pizza souce and cheese , No worth even not worth more than 3£

Normally i don't leave reviews but this time is an Exception ,Ordered 20 wings and waited 3 hours no joke, and got nothing, so won't be Ordering from this scam again ,they just Kept increasing the delivery time by five minutes and saying it was on its way ,so I was Caught in the middle and can't order any other food In case the wings turn up four hours late ,dead ting, I don't Recommend Unless you want to think about eating wings and not actually eating them.

You can't buy one pizza here. Just two.If you want to buy one, they won't accept your order

Being new to Northampton, I tried shawarma from many different places but this one is the best! The service is excellent and staff is warm & welcoming. My favourite go to is the shawarma and fries platter (no 27) I will never get fed up of the shawarma from here!

I love this place, this is my go to place every time and I am never disappointed by the food, everything is good except the fried chicken.

The food is really tasty, and the staff are welcoming, but, if you are someone with any form of breathing problems I recommend ordering online because it gets stuffy with smoke when they cook, I'm thinking the lack of windows is a huge contributor to this. Other than that I would recommend eating here or taking out. Depends on what one prefers.

Me and My brother in law were coming back from London and wanted some where fast and quick. We saw this place and I asked the Owner how food and he is said it's very good and quick. I even asked few people around here how the food was, and they also said it's good!! Coming from America, we don't have much options where I am from so take out always good options for us. We got Chicken Burger with Fires and Doner and chips. Owner even added shawarma on top of my fries which was very good. I think overall, it was very good and quick place to stop at. The best pizza I eat after long time

Was decent, i read a really bad review of this place a few days ago, it seemed rather exaggerated

Our new favourite chicken place. Freddy's has a major competitor as far as I'm concerned. We've been a few times now and eaten their chicken pieces, wings, chips, shawarmas, etc - Everything tastes incredibly fresh, from the chicken to the naan breads. The drumsticks are moist but not falling apart, exactly the right amount of coating too. Always crunchy. The larger pieces are never dry and the skin is perfect (my mouth is watering just thinking about it) - Not cheap but food is of excellent quality - On the occasions that we've been there have always been repeat customers - one bloke actually said to one of the employees 'you'll see me again when I finish work' (!) - The employees are very friendly - polite, courteous, keen to help etc Yes it's a chicken shop - but it's clean, the food is tasty and not salty. I could eat it everyday - it reminds me of fried chicken from the 90s - it's the way fried chicken is supposed to be. The meat is moist, the food is always hot (honestly i could keep going!).
