Old owners where great. New owners have no clue what there doing. I ordered a few weeks ago. They nearly forgot only after I reminded them. Second Time with new owners. They waited 45 minutes to tell me they hadn't checked to receive my order. Another thing. They have mcdonalds burgers on there front window. Advertising as there own. Poor all round.

Our food came promptly. Great tasting Chicken strips, very well made. Will be ordering from them again

Ordered online to pick up . Chicken burger and fries were cooked fresh but chicken pieces were not freshly cooked and just warm . If ordering would have hoped it was freshly cooked.

The wrong food arrives 20 minutes late, called to complain, they hung up, when we got the right meal, the chips were cold, the chicken looked like the meat had been stripped from it, it was dry and cold. Now stood cooking food , qill never order from here again.

They want extra money if it a delivery for the food when they told me the price and didnt even bring the correct order

Can’t fault this place at all. Was sceptical when the owners changed but food wise hasn’t changed which is good! Portion size on chips defiantly less & mixed some of this order up but a quick call and they’re happy to sort me out next time. 5 stars because of customer service & value for money

Food is usually great. However unfortunately yesterday I had ordered some food and it took an hour and a half to arrive. I phone them up and they were polite. Food tastes good apart from the hot wing I had. They were raw glad I caught on before my nan ate any.

Ordered food 17.30pm, its 19.40 still hasn't arrived, ordered 2 pizzas and a bucket of spicy chicken, will never order again. Very disappointed, kids complaining:(

Avoid this place late delivery turned the driver away as it was so late and he swore at my several times. Do not use

After waiting over 2 hours had to cancel the order.

It's a real shame to have to rate this place so low. Food this time was poor, tiny wings with not much flavour. Despite ordering ahead and getting a notification my order was ready, I still had to wait 15 minutes. The seats were occupied by the local kids talking about buying drugs and beating people up, while listening to loud music. Not a great environment to pick up low quality food 😕

2 hours late, told twice was on way, and late due to traffic..... Then delivery guy says sorry for delay we had to wait for stock! By this point I fed my kids so food was a waste but was so cold and hard we wouldn't have eaten it anyway the photo is the spicy chicken strip (shriveled and inedible) again too hard to chew! shocking service when I spend £25!

I was pleased to receive our order in good time, especially with it being evening time on Good Friday. The food was good too.and it was still warm when it arrived. I'll order from you again., thanks.

Bad service, bad food and rude staff

Absolutely shocking customer service never tried ringing me just cancelled the order 45 mins after claiming it was being cooked Why would you give the delivery option if you don’t have a driver ?

I've always wanted to try this place but never got chance to today I tried it and I wish I never did walked in side the place Is a grimey and dirty all and drinks stained in the tables and on the wall anyways I had a 2.99 meal deal a chicken burger 2 hot wings and fries the fries was disgusting not very nice the hot wings was nasty and one of them had a hair in them avoid this place at all cost needs closing down

Twice now they have rounded the prices up ! When I asked for my change got very rude, so asked for my money back not be going there again!

Avoid! The pizzas are tasteless and smothered in cheese, it ended up going in the bin.

Peri peri half chicken was nice. Strip burger meal misleading as they are tiny burgers. Fries are a little hard, can of drink only pepsi. Friendly service and delivery only 5 mins late over the estimate. Peri peri strips a little bland and not enough sauce provided for all meal.

Ordered takeaway to be delivered between 6-6.30. Arrived promptly, we live approx 2 miles away, we had pizza chicken fries onion rings and all were still hot and perfect so will be ordering again, thankyou

Ordered from here for the 1st time tonight because of all the positive reviews. But in all honesty it tasted no better than something I could buy from a supermarket & will be the last time I look at Google reviews as a result. I ordered bucket 3. Doesn't even come close to kfc. Wont be ordering again

I have been looking for a takaway that suits my families tastes for so long and im so pleased to have found it. Chicken hut do the most beautiful piri piri chicken and rice. The chicken is so soft and juicy and the rice has the most wondetful flavour. Their prices are very good and wont break the bank. All in all its fabulous and we love it. Thank you.

Just ordered from chicken hut in arnold and my goodness the chicken was soo yummy I couldn't bring my self too eat it all even tho it was a 12.99 family bucket. Highly recommend new customers to give it a try if you like your chicken flavorful. About time arnold had a delicious chicken outlet.

Estimated time 45 mins took 1 hrs 25mins food cold popadum cooked on old oil tasted stale no apology from delivery driver wont be using them again had to buy kfc because the food was.so in edible worst £18 I have ever spent

Ordered many times before but seems to be going down hill past couple of meals just didn't cut it not sure what's changed but it's time to find somewhere new and tonight we waited far to long this ment the food was cold we only eaten it because we was hungry

I have never had such disgusting food in my whole life .. could nt even eat 2 pieces of chicken.. it's soo taste less ... and the rice I prefers pilau rice when I received some colourful rice which had no salt in it.. and now have to order more food ..

First order arrived 1 hour late. Wrong meal delivered I got chicken instead of veg korma. Another promised but never arrived.So my night feast ruined. Containers not full either. Very poor service.

Placed an order tonight in good faith.... 1st lamb is 100% definitely not lamb I'm hoping its beef and not cat, dog or even worse horse. . And we ordered two lamb dishes... the meat was hard and chewy ... not happy had to disturb our night and go down and complain albeit after a assertive discussion and mention of trading standards we achieved a refund... however. .who wants to leave their Saturday night at home to have to have a confrontation? Himalayan is a far better choice and would recommend you go there.... might be 2 pound more but you only get what you pay for

Everyone reviewing this place is lying. This is the worst take-away I have ever eaten. The naan was completely tasteless. The popadoms were burnt. There was 3 bits of chicken that were the size of breast and tasted like they were microwaved. I cannot believe this place sells food like this. Inedible.

Often use this takeaway curry house. Never fails to impress. Food always excellent and lovely front of house staff. Find another takeaway where the manager opens the door for you. A word of caution, unlike many takeaway curries, if Sizzlers says its 'hot' then it is HOT.
