Chicken Delight in Braintree

Ordered one of your party boxes fantastic, it took me three times of eating it over three days to finish it up keep up the good work guys your great

Food was raw, missing items and food was overcharged DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE they do not care for people

The food was very good. I would recommend you to visit here with your family or friends as it is a good place to eat.

dont think ive ever been to a kebab shop thats better than this place. the food is uncomparable. i love it

This is a great place to grab that on the way home snack. They do a good variety of things to choose from including Kebabs,burgers,chicken plus much more. The food is always good and the staff are very friendly.They do also have a place to sit and eat and also do home delivery.

If I want a kebab or burger to have delivered then I fully recommend the Chicken Delight. Easy to order, best kebab in Braintree and usually a speedy service.

Will never order from here again. I called at 6pm and was told our order would be an hour. Before hanging up I checked with my family that this was okay as we had 3 children with us. As it was a Saturday evening we confirmed and ordered. About an hour and 15 minutes passed so I called to check they had the right address and if the order had left, the shop was 4 minutes drive away. We were told it left a couple of minutes ago, it turned up at least another 15 minutes later! The salad in my chicken kebab tasted of vinegar so two of us scraped it all out, the pita was then soggy so I ended up with half a pita, chicken and a ton of mayonnaise! We ordered two portions of medium chips which were basically fries, and just came as one big portion which I doubt was the equivalent of two doubles. The pizza (for the children) was as I expected, cheap and rubbery but they seemed to like it, or they were starving and would eat anything.

Hi we have lived in Braintree for 18 years and have only ever used this restaurant for our take away kababs. They offer great quality food and great service to us every time we have ordered from them. The whole of the staff are friendly people who deserve to be treated the same way. I would fully recommend this eateries for the quality of the food and the friendliness of the people that work there.

Been here many times, absolutely love the.....chicken burgers!!! Oh and the chips! Looks like your typical run of the mill takeaway but I think the food is terrific

Lovely friendly place, this is a longstanding takeaway with just a few tables if you wish to eat your takeaway there. We have had food from here many times over the years and I can say each time it was lovely, well cooked , fresh and very tasty. Polite staff who do their best to make sure that you have a nice meal. Good for something quick and tasty to take home.

I've been going here for years. Very friendly staff who know what they are doing. Kebabs are generous. Chicken is similar to KFC. Haven't tried the pizzas.

Chicken kebabs are good here, we've never been dissatisfied. Best to go to the shop for food rather than wait for it to be delivered.

Been going here for over 10 years and never had a bad meal. Sometimes you have to wait longer than quoted but the food is cooked fresh. The food is very good and fresh can't understand how some of the reviews on here are so bad !

Me and my friend ordered from here the food took over an hour to arrive, the food was very dry and was a bit cold. They also didn't bring all the order that we asked for as we asked for two pepsi's and they didn't arrive? The person on the phone was also arrogant as he was hurrying us up because we couldn't understand his lack of pronunciation and willingness to speak to us... Do not order from chicken delight as it's awful, overall a very disappointing experience.

I love this place. Kebabs, pizza's are tasty....Their hot wings are the best I've eaten ever. Use the restaurant and delivery service and can't fault either. The staff are really friendly too.

Hairs in the food!!!!!! For you and your children's safety I would advise you to never eat from this kebab shop unless you want hairy food and a vile stomach

We use chicken delight frequently. Pizzas and kebabs are great.Pizzas are freshly cooked and full of toppings. Kebabs are good and meat is of good quality. Big portions of meat and salad. Delivery can sometimes take up to 1:15 but they tell you this and usually deliver within the time they say.

This fast food place is situated right in the centre of Braintree and is open late most days. It is perfect to collect or eat-in after a night out in Braintree town. The menu is diverse with Burgers, Chicken, Pizzas, Kebabs, Fish and Chips usually cooked fresh to order. The place is always clean, well-lit and with very friendly staff who are always very chatty. You can also order takeaway to be delivered to your home but I have not tried that service to date

The food is great food friendly staff lost count how many times I have eaten here!! There not much I dislike. Always busy that's why some times it takes a while for food. overall great food and love there kebabs.

The large mixed kebab with spicy potato wedges is easily enough for 2 or 3 people, fresh and quick, what I want from a kebab shop.

Very bad food shop. The guy at the counter keep asking me if I am a Chinese because of me wanted a chillies, sounds racism. Not everyone eat chillies are Chinese. Not every person who are Chinese eat chillies. Even worst I have ordered and paid chicken meal which suppose included chicken, chips and soft drink but he did not give me my drink. He put the chillies on top of the chips which I would like it for the chicken and asked me to pay extra 50pence if I want it to be separated in a small container. Chicken looks dark and dried. Shop was empty no customer. - Customer service professional

cheese tastes like nothing and the people that work in there ask for your number but other than that its ok

this is a great place to grab your food perfectly cooked everytime. lots of variety and the staff will go that extra mile to make everything just the way you like it
