Excellent food and customer service, in particular Daisy. Owner/Manager was excellent, food tastes amazing. It was my second visit, definitely recommend and will come back.

The burgers were perfectly cooked, juicy, and full of flavour — you could tell real care went into every bite. She made sure we had everything we needed and checked in just the right amount without being intrusive. Her energy and professionalism really made the experience memorable. This has got to be one of the worst places I’ve tried, absolutely horrible food, tacos was just donner meat with coleslaw slapped on, the burger bun was stale, Mac and cheese a joke just pasta with cheddar cheese, waste of money completely. Now I feel sick thanks guys

Great service from daisy and shivum. Food was yum, I’ve put 4 stars because I’ve been to another branch and it was less flavoursome plus some of our orders arrived cold but we were a big group and they handled us well. Mocktails definitely worth it!

I had an amazing experience at Chikaros in West Bromwich,Birmingham! The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming. When I mentioned that I’m new here from India, he asked if I had eaten and even offered me a meal for free. That level of generosity and hospitality is rare! The restaurant provides excellent facilities, maintains high hygiene standards, and has a friendly and professional staff. The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and well-presented. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a perfect place to dine. I highly recommend Chikaros to anyone looking for great food and outstanding hospitality. Will definitely be visiting again!

As we passed by we popped in to experience a new restaurant. The ambience and decor was warm and welcoming. We ordered a strawberry & Lime mocktail, Starter - Mac & Cheese Main-king prawn stir fry noodles, half chicken with rice. The quality of the food and portion size didn't disappoint. There were generous amount of king prawns in the stir fry noodles. The chicken was juicy and tender. The rice was full of flavour. We thoroughly enjoyed the meal. Please note - As we ordered the food the waiter informed us they only accept cash or BACS transfer, no card payment. Also informed the nearest cash point to withdraw cash. We were stunned and were above to leave the place, but the manager agreed to accept card payment. Couldn't believe in this digital age asking for cash in a big restaurant.

I loooooved this place . The food was new and different tasty and makes you feel full Hamdullah . The service very polite kind and helpful . The thing i loved most is this place the decoration and the back music they were playing is very comforting and calm . We had tacos 10/10 Cheetos Parmesan 8/10 too much cheese Hot shot chicken 8/10 too much cheese also And chicken burger 7/10 chicken bit dry Cookie dough pistachio tasty too much sugary 8/10 And sodas which I don’t recommend it’s not fizzy at all . Over all we loved this place and absolutely will eat here again , highly recommended

Chickaros in West Brom was so welcoming, and the food was great Alhamdulilah but the drinks weren’t fizzy or cold, and the chips didn’t have the cheese sauce like usual.

This place got me puzzled. The service was amazing. The restaurant itself was clean and tidy. The food was well represented, and the portions were great, but the taste was very bad.

Met her for dinner with a friend. My first time eating here. It was quiet, but it was a Monday night. I had two bao buns with chicken and fries. My friend had noodles with prawns. The food came quickly and it was nice and hot. They were doing a good trade in takeaways. Will defo go back for the bao buns, they were lovely.

I was considering writing a lengthy and detailed review to describe how poor the quality of food is here, but then I thought why should I spend so much time and effort when clearly this restaurant is disinterested in its customers. If you read the menu descriptions, the available options seem impressive and delicious. What gets served is the complete opposite. It's as if they think by just creating a description, the food will magically be cooked as so - without any effort from the "chefs".

Lovely atmosphere, nice food. Clean and spacious restaurant. We were there with two toddlers and the staff were friendly and welcoming, especially the waitress named Daisy, she went out of her way to accommodate for the kids. We will definitely visit there next time we're in West Bromwich.

First time I got to this restaurant, "CHIKAROS" IN west Bromwich high street. I thought it was amazing but still need to be sure if it wasn't a flukes. So I came here today to try their meal on the same lamb stakes I had before "Oh my God, it was fantastic " I had to crush the bones as usual. The rice texture was well flavoured and seasoning and the stakes was heaven 😋. I shall be here again for sure 👍 probably every week to be precise. "CHICKAROS" nice one 👍

Dined here a couple times and always greeted by a lovely member of staff called Daisy with a friendly and smiley approach. She has knowledge about the menus and recommendations are on point. The food is excellent - i extremely enjoy the lamb chops they are cooked to perfection. Prices are extremely affordable and food portion is massive. Chickaroos keep it up, you will be seeing us again !

This was my second visit to the restaurant. The food was delicious, and the portions were generous. Although it was a bit pricey, the excellent taste and ample portions made up for it. I would have gladly given a five-star rating if only the restaurant accepted card payments.

West Brom Chickaros is always a go-to spot for a fantastic meal. The service is always top-notch during my visits with Daisy providing excellent attention throughout the meal. She was friendly, polite, and made sure everything was just right. As for the food, it was amazing as usual. I always opt for the classic chicken parmesan, and it never disappoints—crispy, flavourful, and perfectly cooked. We also got the Matilda cake- warm with ice cream, very nice but sickly, defo one to share! Overall, the combination of great food and attentive service makes every visit worthwhile. Highly recommend!

Amazing place to buy tyres for your car. Very good quality rubber to be picked up! They sell Dunlop Sirloin. Service is good and staff are very politce and accommodating. Unfortunately, this is where it ends. Ordered a medium rare steak. Very chewy, dry, and lacked flavour to the meat. Mushroom sauce was very nice but limited to a small amount. It's good for fusion food such as loaded chips, etc, but a steak is a no.
