Chickandos in Leeds

Ordered food came within 10mins, thought it was weird, tasted lovely, however 2 hours later we were throwing up violently.

Chicken wings tasted nasty the boneless box was soggy popcorn chicken weird aftertaste

Took over an hour for delivery food was cold cba ringing back burger bland nothing on it won't be ordering again

The New York burger and fries are always so good. But I find it’s better when I order it in person in comparison to ordering via Deliveroo. Atmosphere in the restaurant is nice, it’s never loud and chaotic. And Mino makes the best milkshakes during her nightshifts. Love um !

5 star everything came in after a night out and got some delicious wings.

Order was never delivered. No refund given no response when refund requested. GPS tag was put on the house and I stood out front for over 40 minutes and no food ever areived

Food cold put in complaint but haven’t heard anything back. Usually have a good experience here but not on this occasion sadly.

This order was never delivered neither was a refund made, this is so disheartening, after leaving me and my colleagues hungry all night at work. That very bad of chikandos, am a regular customer but unfortunately they just lost one customer, will also make sure no one I know buys from because the manager hanged up the phone on me and refused to pick all my calls after that

I’ve tried all the take aways in Kippax and this one is the best take away in Kippax and LS25. Pizza’s are amazing and the chips are so good, fresh and never soggy. Would definitely recommend

Hi, tonight i have ordered some food and been very very unhappy with my order. First off i ordered food from Chickandos at 11:40 estimated to be delivered for 12:20 and straight away i got a message saying it’s getting delayed and going to be here for 12:40/ 1:00 which is already a ridiculous time. Then when the food arrived the packaging was wet and soggy and i opened the food and was shocked at what I saw. The food was soggy, cold and to a very very poor standard. I am extremely disappointed and extremely disappointed in Just Eats at the fact they let takeaway shops selling stuff like this on their app. I am very disappointed and I am wanting a full refund of my £15 as this was absolutely no where near worth this!! I am very shocked and upset. I had one chip and they weren’t cooked at all and soggy. The burger bun is soggy and the wrap is horrendously cold and soggy i dare not even touch it. I want a full refund of £15 please otherwise i refuse to ever order from Just Eats again for this poor standard.

Chicken was under cooked and chips were cold, burger was burnt and pizza was only a 9 inch when I ordered an 11 inch would like a refund

Spent £3.75 on cheesy chips for them to come in a tiny box with hardly anything in, ordered the daddy box thing, burger and chicken was dry, would not recommend the cost for the amount and quality is not worth it.

Disgusting service. Used them last time I ordered. Order was wrong but I didn't complain thought it was a one off. Ordered today, requested no custard on my desert, they didn't contact to say this was not possible. Went ahead put it on anyway. When I approached them they said - not their fault they advertise with it so nothing they can do. Also swore and didn't offer a refund because they advertise on the menu. Is good customer service not to advise from the order notes that it cannot be done??? Obviously not. Appalling

Pizza tasty, most things hot! including chips However, kebab was very disappoining meat was cold so only enjoyed eating nan bread, meat on kebab was wasted as it went in the bin unfortunately was a shame really. plus ordered through food hub and made note to ask for sauce separate which they didn't receive. had forgotten garlic bread with cheese on delivery redelivered very quickly though. Maybe just stick to pizza and chips next time

Absolutely tragiccc! Chicken came pink , called up straight away after checking through all three meals and finding they were all pink. Told us to throw it in bin and would send a new one. After this they called us back and said the food would be another hour, we said it didn't matter then and could we just get a refund to which we was told no because the chicken had been in the bin (WHICH THEY HAD JUST TOLD US TO DO) so we litterally offered to pick the whole thing out of the bin and they said no. So could not get a refund to get something else from somewhere else and then had to wait an hour. They were SO rude on the phone and Food didn't actually turn up until an hour and half after. No apology either. Won't be returning Absolutely tragiccc!

Saturday night order large donna it was super quick (but I do live opposite), hot , tasty with lovely fresh veg and excellent portion size.. No problems here.

Ive been waiting for 1hr and 45 mins and can’t call them because it just says ‘user busy’ and spent 30-40 mins trying the ring them to ask where my food was, shocking
