Food is 10/10, friendly happy shop, with good customer service, have been in to the shop and also had delivery, food is always banging 😋

Just received my order from you as a regular customer, I ordered a plain chicken burger meal & a chilli chicken masala but I got a sweet chicken masala which I could not eat . I called &the response I got was could I come along with it where I explained I had had a drink that’s why I asked & paid for delivery. I will no longer be ordering from Charlie Khans & will also post on my SM for all my friends that do use you not to piss pure customer service, my business & my friends that use you will be going elsewhere from now on. Worst £21.40 I’ve ever spent should have gave it to a homeless person least he would have eaten well as for my curry I had to bin it as it was disgusting, customer service what customer service

Got the special kebab and chips only giving it 3 stars for the soggy undercooked chips they need to put the chips in some kind off container not a paper bag, kebab was spot on thou

Best place in town to get a good bite to eat at a good price and get it with a good bit of heat.

I have ordered from this takeaway many times and I have ‘never’ been disappointed. In store they are all very friendly and the customer service is exceptional. When ordering a delivery, they give you a 45-60 minute timescale for delivery and they have always delivered a lot earlier than expected.The food is hot on delivery, always fresh and tastes amazing. Obviously I will order from them again but if this is your first time, I very much recommend them…. Er, can I give another five stars?

Food tasted strongly of aftershave and was impossible to eat. When I informed the establishment, they laughed and said there was nothing they could do. Won't be back

An absolute must and an asset to Dundee!!!! As soon as I walked in the door I knew this place was a hit very friendly staff and establishment was spotless . Manny Khan makes you feel very welcome letting me try his beautiful donor before I had even bought anything and also recommended different dishes for me to try according to my palate!!!! Everything cooked from fresh , my wife opted for the lamb rogan josh I went for the chicken bhuna my son opted for the £10 munchie box total bill £30 and what a feast I could’ve fed a family of 6 easily the chilli donor is absolutely next level highly recommended will definitely be back !!!!!

Amazing kebab can't fault it. Chicken tikka pakoras are to die for so much better than the normal ones.Probably the best in Dundee, just you can be waiting over an hour for order but that just tells you there freshly cooked!

Ordered 2 large chicken tikka kebabs. Not much chicken and pitta bread very hard. Would hate to see what small are like. Very disappointed

Always tidy food prepared quickly

All the ingredients were good but the lamb was very tough and chewy. Moreover, the food was overly salted. I take a lot of salt on my food but I struggled.

Tried lamb Biryani, was worth it for 10 pounds. Came with salad and tangysweet curry. Good portion of food. Requested for spicy biryani, got green chillies spread on top. Good lot of fresh grilled kebabs available.

Best takeaway in Dundee in my opinion

An easy to read menu on the website, an excellent variety of curries, extras, sauces and starters. Quick delivery service at a fair cost. Food arrives very well packaged and some items even double packed. Portions are ample and so far I have absolutely nothing to complain about. Make sure at checkout you click on "delivery" if needed and check shown on order. Good post-order e-mails re the order and payment going through.

Great staff warm and friendly and the food is even better. No matter what I order food is always spot on. I love the home style lamb and chicken skewers kebabs. Would highly recommend the curry calzones aswell

Ordered 2 kebabs tonight. 1 with sauce, 1 without, how hard is this? But no they got it wrong, retured kebab (after paying for a home delivery!, which was refunded). Got home and yep got it wrong again...no sauce and no salad either. How hard is it to get orders right?

This review is not about the food. I’ve always thought the food was very good. This about the unorganised chaos on a Saturday evening when trying to collect your meal. Whatever you do get it delivered. I ordered over the telephone and was told to collect it about 30 minutes later. This must be a secret code for about an hour. If you happen to go into the actual takeaway shop then good luck. They haven’t a clue what’s going on. Never order a pizza at the same time as a curry. Your pizza will sit for about 30 minutes waiting for the curry and will be cold by the time you get home and I live close!! Lots of staff but no one in charge and priority seems to be given to deliveries. Really need to get their act together!!!

Food used to be amazing but it's went downhill lately.The last 3 times I've had items containing donner meat (calzone and chips and donner etc) I've had the runs and stomach ache the next day.I think they are undercooking it tbh.Shame as they used your be good.

Not had a curry out of here for a while as the last one I had which was about September last year after being a curry a week man but I have to say I think they have a new chief because the Vindaloo and it was the best I have ever had and I have had a few. I will be back very soon .

I called a delivery at 6.00pm tonight. After an hour and 15 minutes I called to see how long it would be, I was advised they had lost the ticket and they were cooking it and it would be right out to me within 30 minutes (this should have been 7.45 it would be with me). I called again the back of 8 and was told it was out for delivery. Eventually it arrived 8.25 (almost 2 and a half hours after I first ordered). The order came to £31 and was cold! I could not believe you would have the cheek to ask for the full amount!!! I will ge putting this on al reviews and Facebook! Definitely won’t be ordering from here again!

Friendly staff, you have to try the lamb tikka starter with garlic mayo plus the best doner kebab in dundee.

Ordered 2 curries on Sunday night with some nan bread and a portion of pakora's. Curries were alright but the pakora's were like eating glass. Most likely reheated, Didnt even finish them and was up to the toilet multiple times through the night. Nan bread was tough as old boots too. Really disapointing. Food here has went downhill 👎

Ordered food at 7pm by telephone was told to collect in 20 mins. After standing in the rain outside until 7:40 with no indication as to how long it might be I gave up and went to the Embassy Tandoori.

Love this place for takeaways. Never been disappointed and have been using them since soon after opening. You get loads of food, it's tasty and fresh. Staff in shop and drivers give.great service. Forgot my popadums in delivery once, and I called to let them know. Couldnt have been nicer and sent a driver round with more. They were mega busy that day too. 5 star all the way.

We have just had the first meal from you. It certainly won't be the last! The chops were superb, and the tikka was so delicious. We have just eaten a meal from the best in Dundee in a long time.

This is our 2nd weekend ordering and the food is great. Delivery is really quick and the food is piping hot. We used to order from a favourite place but have been disappointed recently. This is now our go to place. Definitely recommend but don't tell too many or it'll getting busy!

Quick service and cheap delivery. Lamb chops main course is delicious, well grilled and comes with 7 chops, rice and curry sauce, all for 12.95! Also recommend their donner.

Recommended to go Charlie Khan's I have a special mixed kebab the service was good even though they seemed to be busy but the chicken and the lamb was dry and burnt they should be thrown it out not serving it to customers .

Top guys, great food and the waiting time is next to nothing. My favourite weekend takeaway treat place, if I could rate more than 5 stars I would, you will not be disappointed.

It use to be good but now taste has been dropped from 10-1 now. I am not sure if happens with eveyone but i just got my food it doesn't taste as it used to be.

Got a large kebab with a cheese and garlic naan tasted really good but they must have kebab meat on the ration because the portion bordered on offensive and at nearly a tenner was daylight robbery if thats theyre large you would struggle to feed a family of white mice with theyre small it was my 1st time there so that might not be the norm but safe to say i wont be riskin it again il stick to tandoori hut with them at least your not raidin the cupboards right after yir tea

I came from Birmingham and this is the best takeaway I have ate from period. Great bunch of guys too.
