really good value for money, and the food taste really good

Today was my first time want to try there food absolutely not recommended to anyone my advice it’s just avoid this terrible place the food we order shawarma was disgusting so bad even the service was very bad there was young lady very rude with us it was first time to try this restaurant and will make sure it will be the last time

Meals apparently don’t come with drinks. Food average, need to work on customer service. Need also stop forcing their customers to bring cash in

Big Frauds. Avoid at all cost. They have lunch offer at discounted rates. We order some food for collection and they charged us full price when we asked for receipt they said you have to tell us if you want discount then we will make you a small portion absolutely rubbish.

We went there with our family at lunchtime, and the entrance door advertised a lunch offer with discounted prices. However, when the bill arrived, they initially tried to charge us someone else's bill, which was double our actual amount, we sort it first. They then informed us that we needed to specify if we wanted the lunchtime offer or regular-priced food, which we dont know. In the end, they charged us the full amount. Food taste is

i ordered mix grill last night kebabs was burnt and salad was stale and food is pricey .it was ok before not anymore .not recomend

We went to this restaurant for the first time, it's the best Turkish restaurant I have ever tried. The food was very good we ordered a mixed grill platter, humus, portion size really good. Just concern about naan they are too thin they should do fresh naan with butter on top and they don't do tap water which is a shame. Staff was fine, there should be 1/2 more staff for customers dealing, to arrange seating etc etc. Otherwise all good ✅

Best to eat in Rather than order as delivery companies can be unreliable

Nipped in on a wim last night after tge pete tong gig, and the food we'll wow partner said best mixed kebab he has ever had. Chips was brilliant not greasy, I had a lamb wrap was beautifully cooked all food was fresh and well cooked and present lovely. And great price too. Thank you

The person who delivered the food ate some of the chips I can tell because the bag has been reopened and an the whole food box was also open and the person was wearing a Bally an an didn’t wanna knock on my door

The Ouzi Lamb Neck is amazing, and the lamb chops are equally impressive. Great food with generous portions. The milk cake is definitely worth trying. The staff are friendly and attentive. One of the best restaurants in Bedford. Definitely worth a visit!

Twice now we have ordered food and when we've got home to notice the food items missing from our order! We travel 25 minutes to get there. Very disappointing.

The packaging is loose so there was juices leaking. Apart from that, food came on time and tasted amazing. Gives you more than you expect which is a plus.

From entering the premises I was warmly greeted by the staff and my order did not fail to deliver - the chicken, lamb, hummus, wings the whole shabang was on point‼️👏🏽

Went around 6pm, was not busy but it was slow service, food took ages to come out and it was overly salty, the chicken looked anorexic. Naan and hummus was nice.

I love this food but i recommend you go to eat in. both orders I've placed were missing something and no where the quality you get when you sit in and I wouldn't suggest ordering the shrimp! the price is eye watering for what you get! 5 tiny pieces of bland breadcrumb prawns

When contacted they decided to not answer the phone to my self or the delivery company (exact number of attempts 63 ). As a result I had to drag my kids to the store, and received nothing but rudeness on arrival. When talking to the manager I am told it’s my fault & will have to wait 30 minutes at which time it’s already been 2 hours!! Due to the fact I needed to get the kids food I agreed however in the 30 minutes my partners car was hit with the kids inside which could have all been avoided if charcoal grill had better service. To conclude I still didn’t receive all my order as on returning to the shop after the accident I was told the food was still not ready at 8:45 which was placed at 5:20.

disappointed as my order was wrong. I should have had rice instead of chips with my wrap, tried to phone multiple times to rectify it but no one would pick up - gutted as it's one of the best things on the menu. food tastes incredible just wish they had got it right

food is delivered cold with no good packaging as half of it was spilled in the bag

They don't present their card machine and ask you give cash , if you don't have they ask you to go the ATM , it clearly show they don't want to pay tax, they are CORRUPT. They charge you £2 for one bottle of water which comes from Costco , the whole pack which contains 42 bottles costs nearly £4 in Costco , that means they make nearly £90 from a pack of water they buy for £3.78pp from Costco . I don't go there anymore nor recommend.

I come here on a regular basis. Twice a week now for the last 6 months maybe. Its a great place to bring family and friends or just to get a decent takeaway meal. Most recently I took 6 of my colleagues to lunch on Saturday and everyone finished giving rave reviews. One colleague even told her family about it and they came to the restaurant after we left. The food is tasty, well cooked and appeals to lots of different people. Also the portion sizes are huge and the lunchtime deals are well worth the trip to bedford for. Mahmoud and Mohammed who are both usually serving at lunchtime are quick with the service, friendly and personable. Always smiling and if there are ever any problems they are very quick to resolve them

I am so disappointed. I’ve visited a fair amount of times and have always been more than satisfied with the food , however today for the first time I was left disappointed. It seemed as if my food was taken off the plates taken back to the kitchen. The Shawrma wrap was all cut up and had chips in it which isn’t how it’s ever been. The rice on my vegetarian platter had random bits of food in it and bits of the falafel was all broken up on top of my chips and was really oily. I’m actually gutted because I really enjoy the vegetarian platter but won’t be returning.

The staff where so nice and friendly! You could strike a conversation with any of them and it woukd result in giggles and smiles. The food on the other hand the portions where verh generous and i just cant get over the rice its just so good. THE ATMOSPHERE was an absolute delight the lighting,music etc it was just so beautiful I would 100% recommend coming here beacuse I definitely will!

We ordered our food at 6.10 but it didn’t arrive until 8.10. I also had to ring the restaurant as there was no update on the just eat app. I was really disappointed and won’t be ordering through just eat again. Waiting times are getting worse as it takes too long to assign a driver, really starting to put me off using this service. I would like a full refund as this isn’t acceptable.

The food is very very good we was some time ago there . But really disappointed with the stuff . I don’t want to tell more but the stuff are very weird . They don’t care about you are in for eating.

There was a situation where we had to listen to some weird songs in full volume, maybe the rest of them are ok with that but we felt disturbed, we even thought about cancelling the order and walk away. I'm not suggesting this place to someone who is looking for a peaceful Dine in.

Order was 45 mins late before we had to call the restaurant and they said to me that there was no drivers available to collect our order. So we had to wait another 45 mins to come and collect it. So in the end we went and collected the order. No one was going to inform us about there being no drivers available, we had to call, which is disgusting!! I would like a full refund of this order as it was completely unacceptable!

Nearly 30 min'utes waithing for overpriced shawarmah. No real service, place wasn't that busy and they kept me waiting really long. Tiny portion, the meat was nice and well seasoned but even their "large" portion is not really enought for a starter...

Heard real good things about this place. Got the chicken shrwama. I dnt why but on both occassions the salad and the chilli sauce was over done with viniger. I like my food with alot of chilli sauce, so as i poured on the chilli.it was like i poured a whole lot of viniger. on this occassion the food wasnt on point for me.
