Tuve una entrega a Balham. ¡El mejor chino que he tenido y he tenido mucha experiencia! Más en común con la comida de calidad del restaurante que a granel estándar para llevar. Realmente impresionado y realmente sorprendido

Las gambas mariposa podrían haber sido compradas congeladas en un supermercado. El pato y el pollo estaban secos y masticables, y casi no eran comestibles.

I am Malaysian-chinese so i guess i know a thing or 2 about chinese food. Chan Sinh is a place that serves staple favourites - black bean sauce, sweet and sour .. you know... stuff that everyone (including kids) likes. where this place really shines is the HK style - super crispy fried chicken and crispy fried tofu - that they use in their dishes. Goes without saying you do have to eat-in to enjoy the crispness. Take away does the food a dis-service. Things to try : S&S chicken / prawns Mapo tofu (not classic style, but still good) Special house fried noodles Butterfly prawns Sesame toast Salt & pepper squid Beef Black bean sauce noodles crackers and spring rolls. There are several chinese take aways in the market - but these are mass-prepared. For individual portions, freshly cooked to order always, always tastes better. The lunch menu is particularly good value. I hear they will be doing a dim sum menu soon too. I, for one, can't wait.

Ever since Cah Sinh opened we have been going to collect takeaways! The staff are always friendly and the food and portions sizes are great for London. I will keep telling everyone I know about it! My favourite dish is the deep fried butterfly prawns
