Chaman's rasoi in Ipswich

We enjoyed a fantastic three course meal to feed a party of 10 people, celebrating a birthday. The food was delicious and the portions were generous. Light and crispy onion pakora, tasty chapli and samosas. Beautifully seasoned and presented main courses, including butter chicken, terka daal and lamb kabuli pulao. The meat was tender and all the dishes were full of flavour. We ended the meal with kheer, and were very full! Communication was great from start to end, with suggestions on dishes and quantities needed. Thank you for a lovely meal! 😊

Absolutely delicious and tasty food! Our friends were so pleased with flavours 😃 very responsive and helpful. It was ready at exactly the time we agreed and basically tasted as if it had been cooked just for us. Generous portions. All the ingredients were fresh and spicing just as we asked. Will be ordering again very soon and can highly recommend 👍🏼

i ordered a chicken biryani and my all time favourite chicken paratha roll . as usuall i was impressed with the service , quality and the quantity of the food .food was still warm when it arrived and was very fresh . 5 stars

I had been craving desi foods since God Knows when..but after having the meal from Chaman's Rasoi, seriously Karachi ki yaad agai! It was a surprise takeaway my husband arranged on our trip to Ipswich and in all honesty I was blown away!! It was literally the highlight of our visit!🌟 We were so tempted by the tasty aroma that we finished the roll parathas before even reaching our destination!😅 It's authentic Pakistani food! and it's home cooked! Absolute treat! Flavourful food, freshly prepared, generous portions, well presented and well packaged (as we had to travel), very friendly & accommodating team, and very lovely chef! We tried roll parathas, biryani, butter chicken, malai handi and nihari! Every dish was packed with authentic flavour! Just spot on! Hands down its the best desi food I've had in UK! I'd give 10 stars! And would definitely be ordering again!

Excellent Delicious Karachi style home cooked food particularly Biryani and Paratha rolls, a must have!! will definitely come back again to try other dishes on the Chef's menu!!

Good experience. Ordered one chicken biryani and one chicken tikka paratha. Both were delicious. The biryani was flavourful and the quantity was huge. Enough for two adults.

Had ordered food from this place yesterday. Chicken dishes are awesome, so was the veg curry. Biriyani was a bit mild to an Asian taste bud, but well prepared and aromatic. Loved the food. My friends also liked it.

It’s not there ! We had no contact over WhatsApp and no information received re non-availability this week ! I phoned your mobile, switched off ! I messaged, no reply ! I rang the doorbell, no reply ! I then spoke to a neighbor across the road who knew nothing of the place ? I have since left Ipswich after a long walk to your place and back into town where I enjoyed a curry elsewhere.

Lovely lady with an amazing customer service. I am so pleased with the food. Tasty and filling and pricing is reasonable. We have tried rolls and biryaani , both were very tasty and delicious. So far so good 👍

We phoned today on the off chance they were open after finding an ad during a google search and to our delight they were! We love to try new places so put in an order for chicken biryani and tarka dhaal (and roti) We were absolutely not at all disappointed! There was plenty there for us, the food was completely authentically home made And tasted lush! Will 100% be buying again! Xx

Amazing amazing food the spicy chicken paratha rolls are to die for spicy smokey and juicy all in one the tarka daal was a hit too goes perfectly well with paratha honestly recommended to everyone who is looking for authentic pakistani food the person behind chamans rasoi is very friendly and accommodating and they accept card too which is a big bonus in this day and age.

I have just discovered Chaman's Rasoi. Good service, good value, nice people, and the biriani was extremely flavoursome. There was also plenty of it. I am looking forward to trying one of their other dishes another night soon.

Ordered roll parathas from here. They were really good. Tasty and full of flavor. Highly recommended. Everyone should try chaman rasoi if they are looking for authentic desi food.

I ordered chicken biryani and it was the best biryani i have ever tasted. Absolutely perfect and not too spicy atall. You can tell its freshly cooked by the taste. My second order was bbq paratha roll . So fresh. Bbq chicken wrapped in freshly made wheat flatbread with a special sauce. Seriously out of this world. There is no other place that makes a paratha roll so sooo good. This place is a must try . 5 star
