Had a fantastic dinner at Lucky’s with my daughter! I enjoyed the chicken gyro plate, which was packed with flavor, while she had a delicious chicken gyro wrap. The atmosphere was cozy, and the staff were friendly and attentive. To top it off, I had the best espresso I've ever tasted! Highly recommend for a family meal—we can’t wait to return!

Very nice Greek food, not too expensive and you can sit in the cafe next door and order their food as well, which in all fairness feels like a nicer place to sit in. We used to be able to order delivery from their own app, which was much more economic, but now they only seem to offer delivery via the usual apps with inflated prices.

Lucky’s restaurant is one of my favorite places to eat and drink. If you get to know Lucky’s food & coffee you’re just lucky. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with cozy booths and soft lighting that creates the perfect backdrop for a memorable meal. The menu is a delightful fusion of flavors, featuring everything from mouthwatering appetizers to decadent desserts. One of my personal favorites is their signature dish, a savory blend of spices and fresh ingredients that dances on your palate with every bite. And let’s not forget their drinks! The cocktail selection is both creative and refreshing, ensuring that there’s something for everyone, whether you prefer a classic or a unique twist. What truly sets Lucky’s apart, though, is the friendly staff who treat you like family. It’s not just about the food; it’s the experience that makes each visit special. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or just stopping by for a casual meal, Lucky’s always feels like a celebration. I can't recommend it enough!

After a lovely evening at the Ipswich regent, our friends recommended Lucky's and what a recommendation it was. The food was amazing and the service was spot on , the gent that served us was very friendly and welcoming. Lucky's really topped off a fantastic evening.

Best Greek restaurant outside Greece

Great Greek food! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Ordered in the restaurant and ate in the Cafe nextdoor. Food was excellent and good portions. Coffee was great as well!

Best chicken souvalki I've ever had. The Tazeki is perfect..the pita melts I. your mouth.My son ate all 3 skewers! He never does that! Smallish eat in area, but very comfortable! Eat here immediately!

Blown away by this place. Needed a quick feed late at night, was resigned to going to one of the dodgy kebab/pizza places around, but thankfully spotted this. A delicious wrap quickly prepared at a very reasonable price. Comfortable chairs/table + friendly and polite staff. I'll be back!

Have been many times here and, very happy with the meals they offer. Souvlaki plate is my favourite and halloumi,,, I prefer eating in,,, the best in town for Mediterranean food. 👌👍🏻

Very good food.....general takeaway vibe with tables. Good drinks selection!!! Great menu. Kids menu lacks any Greek options which would have been nice, but they were happy for my partner and 9 year old to share a large box meal. Served on a proper plate with proper cutlery, which for a takeaway is great. Well priced, and a brilliant shop next door. A proper Ipswich gem! Check it out!! I am never one to leave reviews, but I couldn't not, this was hands down the best food I have ever eaten, staying in Ipswich for work, had the chefs special and delivered to my hotel, fresh and piping hot, will be ordering again before I go home for sure!

We absolutely love Lucky's! It is one of favourite places to go for takeaway, it is delicious!! The breads for the wraps are SO good, their cheesy chips are fantastic and their baklava is the best I've ever had! Their portions are so generous of 'the good stuff' too, like pork and halloumi. The Greek salad is big and fresh with a huge wedge of feta - what could be better!

We had Greek sausage wrap and pork gyros meal. Popped in as walking by and lady came out to give us a menu. She was polite and helpful, offering our baby a high chair. Prices are really reasonable and we would definitely go back if in the area.

Coming to spend the afternoon and evening in Ipswich we searched where to eat and found Lucky’s. What an amazing little place! Having eaten many Greek snacks and meals all over Greece one of our favourites is the Pork Gyros. I can honestly say about Luckys.. this is up there and rivals what you would expect to eat in the home country. The flat bread was light and fluffy, tsatsiki yummy and the pork was seasoned beautifully and was slightly well done in some parts and moist in others. Perfect. Served with a few chips too. We also had a lovely Greek salad. The people there was so lovely too. It has a cafe vibe so is quite basic in the decor and there are not many tables, but they had a lot of drops ins with locals taking their tea home. I would definitely make a return trip.

The food is exceptional. I ordered the chicken gyro… for those who order it for the first time, I don't recommend putting ketchup and mayonnaise inside, keep it simple, only with Tzatziki sauce, it's much better 🤌🏻

Had a delivery with my mates recently and we all loved it - so we decided to come and eat in and it was great - staff were really friendly and welcoming. They look made space for 7 of us at the last minute, again the food was great and portion sizes are really generous. Will definitely be going back again! I think they also have the best bread of any place I've eaten I could eat that forever

Decided to try out this new venue after reading good reviews. On arrival the staff were very accommodating and friendly and everything very clean, was helped out with the menu as first timers, wasn't disappointed with my choice , my halloumi was delicious and plenty, on a plate with loads of fresh salad and chips. My husband had a mixed grill which he said the meats were cooked perfect and was delicious. Will definitely go back , looking forward to trying the wraps. Well done guys. 👍👍

We just had the vegetarian box meal and pita halloumi wrap. Absolutely amazing, as close to sitting in a taverna by the sea as you can get in the rubbish UK lol. Tzatziki was outstanding, best you can get in the UK! Delicious!

The wife and I had the pork and chicken gyro, omg it was beautiful! So good went back 2 days in a row. Not had one like that since we got married in Cyprus, if u like traditional Greek food then this is the place to go! We will definitely be back
