Preston's first brewery tap and it's a cracker. If you like good beer you won't regret coming.

I've visited this chain house a few times, and each visit has been a fantastic experience. The beer is top-notch, with a variety of unique beers that have all been incredible. The atmosphere is welcoming and cozy, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a schooner! Highly recommend for anyone who appreciates good craft beer and a friendly vibe.

Just been in chainhouse with my wife for a afternoon drink for a pint of pale ale and a medium wine it was £14 95 .They want you to support local people but at these prices it's cheaper to drink in London and Manchester.I have just read the reply to chainhouse on this bit. When are suddenly paying for 3/4 of a pint ,instead of a 1/2 pint and a full pint cost u more than £4.80 for a 2/3 of a pint come on guys .Help your local customers out on this. We all want to support local businesses but at these prices u have just lost two customer's, we have never been charged that much for the same drink in Preston any were?

Great little find. Quality craft ales.

Fantastic Brewery located just off Frairgate. Can be easily missed due to the side street location, so glad we found it though. They have a great selection of their own brewed ales also including several guest ales. The staff are friendly and the facilities are well maintained. Will visit again, highly recommend for craft ale lovers !

WOW. I have tried 4 beers and the "Sleep in the Heat" it was the best. Nice place. Nice the lady at the bar and I was lucky to find a "live music".

Great place for a great beer 🍺. Sortiment keeps changing. I won’t probably like every beer, but the variation makes this place unique. Worth trying it. Place is kept simple and the service is nice. Prices are okay 👌🏼

Jovic, Madge and I have been to a lot of these micro brewery taps. A small industrial unit with brewing kit that has bar opening times. Blooming cold on this St Andrew's day. Two guest real ales on hand pump plus ten taps, had to try a small sparkly unfined Chain Pale Ale. Pleasant but not to my liking. Madge liked her Helles.

This is a must visit venue for both keg and cask connoisseurs; the Muzak is first class as well 👍🏻

Great hidden gem. We had the Seitanic kebab and loaded fries pop up food. Amazing vegan treats!

so impressed with this place. Beers are fantastic and it has a genuine tap room vibe full of subtle touches that make you realise how understated but cool it is. Next on our list for some guest keg. Will definitely come back .

Fabulous taproom serving top quality vegan beers, easy to spend an afternoon here and then order a pizza from Lost Pizza next door...Great way to spend an afternoon with friends.

A fantastic gem tucked away in Preston. Huge range of beers to choose from, friendly staff and a very welcoming atmosphere. Particularly a fan of the dog friendly area and visible brewery, plus their own in-house beers are great! We also had a couple of pizzas to eat at our table brought from the place next door, so convenient! Update: Headed on back for their Open Jam session and had a great time!

Superb little taproom with great selection of beers. The chainhouse beers where delicious. So great to see this place open finally 😊. Dressed expecting it to be cold but was lovely and warm with new heaters, comfortably sat in tshirts. 🍻

Preston needs places like this. A local business braving the economic elements with a great selection of new and niche beers. Currently access is through Lost and that means decent pizza alongside cracking ales. Not to throw shade against other bars nearby but I doubt Chain House will be selling Coors Light anytime soon. Cough cough. Ahem.

Old fashioned warehouse, no insulation in room or on walls If the weather is cold, the beer gets colder after pouring! No flipping heat, just infrared lights!
