Love this truly Indian Restaurant and takeaway. Delicious, truly Indian food and wonderful friendly service. Very comfortable dining area and great vibes. A must when visiting this amazing multicultural City of Liverpool.

My twin brother and I were pub hopping around this part of the city when we decided to drop into Chaiiwala and what a great first time visit we had. I love the look of this restaurant, interior is superb, neat and tidy and plenty of seating options spread throughout this restaurant both inside and outside looking out onto the busy and bustling Bold Street. We ordered drinks and a chicken tikka wrap each, service was so quick and pleasant, we grabbed a table outside were we enjoyed not just the delicious wraps and superb drinks but also the great vibe ,it was just a really pleasant visit to here ,I can total understand why this restaurant is so popular. We really enjoyed our visit to Chaiiwala before we move on,can't wait to go again next time I'm in Liverpool City Centre. Opening hours are; Monday to Sunday, 9am till 11pm. Well worth checking out if you're in the area.

I ordered the pani puri , chicken tikka wrap and the gulub jaman . The customer service was lacking as the staff were just talking to their friends and on their phone . Not very professional . Pani puri was a let down lacking in flavour .

Called whilst on a visit to nearby shops with Mrs Manxseasider. Good variety on the menu. Between us we shared an all day Desi breakfast and portion of loaded chips. I found the Karak Chaii a bit too sweet for my liking but otherwise all good.

So we went to the Chai wala, there was just one lady with the scarf dealing with the customers very politely and then all of a sudden an other one came shouting and saying t"he customers could wait I was eating why did you disturb me". And was behaving so arrogant gosh. After some time I saw her yelling on the scarf lady that "from now on just tell them to wait, they wait for half an hour in Starbucks and bla bla" The exact time was 9.50 am almost and it's on 8th of Sept 2023.. If the authorities could ask her about her this rude beghairti Now coming to food, we ordered gol gappe (which was 6 only for 6 pounds that means £1 each and it tasted finel, halwa poori (they charged £2 extra for channa which should have been included in halwa poori) and Macn cheese (taste was fine but agsin very less quantity) Never going to recommend any one high cost low quantity and above all rude behavior.

It's an OK Indian Fast Food Joint / Coffee Shop. The downside is ..... it is small and cramped to sit and eat ..... however the Punjabi Samosa's (they are veggie) are really fab tasty ..... so worth trying or take away a Samosa (£1.45).

I have been a fan of Chaiwalla since they opened last year. It has been my favourite place to unwind and enjoy wholesome and cosy moments. All of the servers are exceptionally great people (Rahev, Iman), with good service, product knowledge - the manager also seems rather lovely. The menu is flavourful and keeps expanding. I recommed the Punjabi Samosa / Aloo Tikki for quick bites or Samosa Chaat, Veggie Kebab, Desi Breakfast for eating in. The Gulab Jamun dessert is also one of great recommendation. I also love their Pink Chai with added pistachios. There Rose Chai is very rosy too, which i find a great act of self love.. the whole place is very nourishing, which has created a regular out of me. Its great there is also vegan options too. The location is also one that is very central and handy for most day, post-work or pre-journey home. Thank you for your smiles, great menu and giving me regular solace. Melissa Goodwin

We decided to have some karak tea being familiar with Chaiiwala from other locations. It was busy & we decided to use the self serve electronic ordering. we chose our drinks & made the payment. we got a receipt but no instructions on how to get our drinks from the serving till area . I then asked at the till area & showed my receipt. the young person gave me an alert fob with number 1 on it. My receipt showed a different number. we took seats waiting for the fob alert to light up. After waiting about 10 mins i asked at the till area & showed my receipt & the fob alert. The young person looked at another serving young person blankly. My thoughts exactly that the fob key given seemed just random at the time & made no sense. I was told it would be a few more mins. I went back to the till area & got my drinks. My cinamon chai had no taste of cinamon & i went back to the till area to ask (i have had the cinamon chai a number of times before). They took my cup & then within about 30 seconds returned it to me. I assume they had just put some essence in. It still did not have cinamon taste. I decided to leave it at that. I beleive the Chaiiwala is a franchise & I know the Liverpool location has recently opened but the young persons at the till area came across clueless with no kind of understanding of customer serving. The whole experience was poor.

Delivery taking ages to arrive, no one picking up the call, order about an hour ago, not a clue.
