Heard so much about them but honestly disgusting strawberry fondue that I got had were not fresh at all strawberries tasted like slime 🤢

waffle bites were so cold & just goes mushy if you microwave etc. usually an OK place but this was really bad. not sure why they would pack them with ice cream & falooda? obviously gonna make the hot food cold....

The doughnuts are excellent so as the ice cream and hot chocolate it's a very delicious dessert place it has got to be one of my most favourite and the staff there are so nice I recommend going there

First time buying from here but it was top notch will definitely be back.

Deserts are really nice and tasty, the only thing stopping me from coming more often is the price, if the price was a little more reasonable I think they would get more customers and regular customers rather than people who go once in a while!

Came down with my mum and cousin from Birmingham and went back for seconds within the same night 😂 service was amazing, the donuts were the best I’ve had, the tea was so good aswell. Can’t fault the place one bit, will definitely be coming back ! 😁

I drove all the way from London to try this place and I'm so glad I did! Such great service and community atmosphere here with regular customers visiting and chatting to you whilst you wait for your order. I really wanted to try their doughnuts so I asked the owner what he recommends and I let him be creative and make me his special topped with ice cream and it was superb. The owner really looked after us and appreciated how we travelled all the way from London. Amazing friendly owner, thank you! Will definitely be back to try their other desserts on the menu.

Been ordering from chaikhana for about a year or two. Best desert shop in Luton. The tastes of there desert is really good. Just ordered a milkshake after work and after the hot weather. I would highly recommend. Inshallah it expands even more

Ordered desserts from Chaiikhana Luton on 06/04/2024 and 09/04/2024 in the evening via Uber Eats (exactly the same order on each date). I phoned up both times before placing my order and spoke to a male member of staff each time (one being Kameron). The staff were fantastic, polite and very friendly. As you can see from the uploaded pictures I ordered three desserts. The bill came to £26.32 via Uber Eats. I’ll rate the food individually: Pistachio Milk Cake (Tres Leches Cake) 10/10 Good sized portion with nice amount of milk sauce. Extra pot of milk sauce given. OMG, I was transported to heaven. Wow what a cake, the cake was amazing and so was the milk sauce. Just delicious. One of the best milk cakes I’ve ever had. Lotus Biscoff Milk Cake (Tres Leches Cake) 10/10 Good sized portion with nice amount of milk sauce. Extra pot of milk sauce given. OMG, I was transported to heaven. Wow what a cake, the cake was amazing and so was the milk sauce. Just delicious. One of the best milk cakes I’ve ever had. Gajrela/Gajar Ka Halwa (Carrot Sweet Dessert) 7/10. Tasted okay but overly sweet. The ice cream was okay with the gajar ka halwa, could have been better. Not the best Gajar Ka Halwa I’ve had but it was okay hence the 7/10. Less sugar and maybe some coconut in the dessert would taste nicer. Overall the customer service was amazing 10/10, thank you to the two people I spoke to on the phone. Food/Dessert prices are in line with other dessert places in Luton. Cake portions are a very good size better than other dessert places. Gajrela/Gajar Ka Halwa is on the small portion size but again similar size to other dessert places in Luton. The Milk Cakes (Tres Leches Cakes) were out of this world and just amazing. I will definitely visit/order again from Chaiikhana Luton. Five stars due to the good customer service and amazing Milk Cake desserts otherwise would have given four stars. Thank you again.

Delivery service has absolutely left me disappointed as it was delayed by 50minutes I ordered at 11:30 and it is now 12:40 what a disappointment

I order 12 Dougnuts and request to have in two boxes, six each. A person told me it cost me 21 pounds, I was shocked. Total price for 12 Dougnuts is 14 pounds, I am happy to pay extra either 1 or 2 pounds for extra box. But does not make sense to pay 7 pounds for extra box A regular customer is lost.

I asked for a milk cake but instead he gave me a cheesecake when i asked the person he refused to take back and trying to start a fight with us after that i left the cheesecake with them they throwed it in the bin and i haven’t got the refund as well

Lovely little tea and coffee hut with wonderful deserts, my favourite being the lotus biscoff milkcake.

Ended up in Luton somehow with my friends late on a drive from London. We were hungry and were looking for places and bumped into Chaikana. Service and hospitality was incredible, the food just as good. Luton should be proud.

Went to pick up some shakes and karak chai. Lovely brothers always serve with a smile and very efficient.

You can't beat their doughnuts 🤤👌🏽 or pink tea every time I go to Luton from London. I make it a point to stop off here

If you want to experience a roadside tea shop, this is a place to go. They sell only doodh patti and pink chai. No Karak chai unfortunately. They try to trick you to sell doodh patti as karak chai and hence the rating. The positive is there are number of desserts on the menu in addition to chai.

It was cold by the time it got to us as we waited 30 mins from when it said it was on its way until it got to us

Disappointed with the cornflake tart. It came already covered in custard and was just a soggy mushy lump. Would be better to give the custard in a pot.

Forget all the chai places in the surrounding area, this is the place to be for a doodh pati and amazing hot tasty doughnuts!

The pink tea looks a bit darker then most.....but tastes so much better then the competitors. Tha mini pancakes with Nutella and fresh fruit strawberries was amazing.

Unbelievable the colours the vibrancy. i could see my reflection in the bananas 🍌 calling me and asking for more. The boxes also Stella and brilliantly presented. I wish I could live here 🏡

Chai khana is great place nice food need and clean i love shakes and 🍩🍩donuts i love it

Falooda is full of sugar, and add a lot of jame shereeen. Last year their falooda was amazing. Price was a bit too high but it doesn’t if you get a taste or value. They only have dodh pati, no karak chai. Their dodh pati is not that amazing. Worst experience this Ramadan Not recommended try different tea brands.

This is always amazing spot on food good service as well . I take my whole family of 5 there on a regular basis and they serve a variety of things from teas milkshakes and sundaes to mini pancakes (my personal favourite) doughnuts and ice cream.

Love this pop up chai place. Their karak chai and pink chai are both really good. Their freshly made Waffles are to die for. So are the milk shakes.

Went to this gem of a place after a hard days work. Got talking to the owner and saw the passion and hard work that’s been put into Chaiikhana. Put in a massive order to experience majority of menu. Unreal is what we thought, quality and far too reasonably priced. Hope everyone gives this a try 💯👍🏽👋

Doughnuts taste amazing as usual. The doodh patti tasted good too. Slight issue with delivery time but given free drinks and some credit back. The delivery driver was apologetic too. Other companies can learn from this. They acknowledged their mistake and rectified it in a polite and professional manner. It changed my whole mood from frustration to happiness. Doughnuts are 😍😍😍

Many times I placed order from their lovely fresh made to order, my kids love it I personally didn’t like doodh pati tea but pink tea n desserts r fabulous customer service is top notch,delivery takes a bit of time as I live further out, but they r good decent people little overpriced but still worth it MashAAllah

Hi Ilyas brother could you please give some customer service training to some of your staff specially this tall bloke with short hair serving around 10:30 on 24-12-2022. Had to Give him my order twice. He is talking to other staff and at the same time asking him for my order again !!! Rude & ill-mannered. Tea was great though. 👍🏼

Without question the best dessert place in Luton. Have tried all the outlets operating in the town however the quality of desserts and service here is consistently above anywhere else. If you’re after a well made dessert and tea then look no further.

Wow! This place is amazing! This is not your average chai place with the same old! The chocolate strawberries were just like the ones I got in Mayfair! Delicious! The fudge cake was so moist, the crunchy nut cornflake tart was spot on! All served with custard! This is now my favourite dessert place! I highly recommended this place! Keep up the good work!
