The Best In Lozells, Really Tasty And Delicious Definitely Deserves the 5 Stars No Hassle And Only Takes a Few minutes until Food is ready Better Than Any Other Restaurant

Food was great, staff were friendly, very accommodation to preference of food should you want to substitute. All in all great visit.

Unfortunately wasn't great desi breakfast time for me first chana wasn't great taste like it was pre heated one lack any serious flavour to it the omelette was bit too much oil halwa was only thing good nice a bit more sugar to it would have made a bit better taste to it desi tea bog standard desi tea paratha thick in middle should have been even out more before any one jump on me I finish breakfast as I was hungry don't like to waste food after mission to lozzell to try this place eating area nice busy places seen alot customers collecting their orders must desi missing something here

Waffle sticks had a ridiculous amount of chocolate poured over them. Literally flooded with chocolate, no proportion whatsoever! Very disappointing

Been visiting this place for a while. I am very sorry to say the food has gone drastically down hill. The halwa puri was my favourite but now it tastes awful and the puri itself is hard and not edible. I don’t think I’ll be visiting anytime soon sorry.

Really nice food enjoyed being there and eating there. Food was delicious and service was great. Went there to eat because i was starving and this place made me full. I've never eaten this much before. Shout out to the owners the chefs and the waitresses. Fantastic job keep up the good work 👍👍👍

Tried the “New Whippy”!! Absolutely shocking! This was not ice cream, it was some frozen milk based product. Nothing compared to the soft whip ice cream from the ice cream man. This place seems to be getting worse each time i visit. I have learnt my lesson and won’t be coming back. Terrible food…

Absolutely unacceptable. Ordered a milkcake and the milk tasted sour and tangy. Could not eat it, had to dispose it. Red velvet milkshake was overloaded with strawberry syrup, you couldn’t taste the red velvet!

i came in yesterday food and service was excellent. however i could hear kitchen staff shouting at this young girl who clearly looked upset by it. he didn’t seem to help her when she asked which i think simple teamwork should be set. i think the manager should speak to the kitchen staff about this rude behaviour towards this young girl.

Avoid!! Expensive than chaiiwala and Karak chaii. desi breakfast doesn’t come with tea! All money making business. Food is pretty average

Their Milkshakes and Kulfi are top tier. Customer service is also A1 and they’re very accommodating. I’ve been ordering from them and they haven’t dropped their standard which speaks to their consistency and reliability 🤌🏾👌🏾

I try veg rolls and Oreo whippy taste of both was very amazing.......roll spices and veggie are very yummy.......just like wow taste

The size of paratha is too small, for this portion of chana and omlette (both tasty), there should be 2 parathas as a standard, luckily I ordered a separate paratha, even then could not finish all chana and omlette. There was no cheese in order, unless it was inside the omlette. overall, quality is good, food was tasty and delivered on time.

The food was great, worth the price, 7.50 for a desi breakfast. Service was a bit slow compared to some other places but customer service was great! Definitely worth a visit. Not much seating, quite a small place.

Fresh nosh at a decent price. I always order a breakfast which never disappoints - food is always on point. I sometimes go in for lunch too Toasties are delicious 😋 Very friendly and Pleasant staff - especially Zainab! She's defo knows how to make cappuccinos and is always very eager to please all of her customers! I'd give the team 10 stars if I could ✨️ Keep up the good work x

Visited ChaiiBox today. Got biscoff mini pancakes on the house. The food here is always great. And would definitely recommend. Service was excellent too. Very friendly and quick. Was served by Farhana. Id recommend anyone passing by to definitely pop in.

Food is ok. Service is very slow and the shop gets very cramped very quickly hardly much seating. Decided to take my order out instead of sitting in a cramped restaurant. They packed my order in a rubbish paper bag which after a couple of minutes ripped and nearly dropped my food in the street. Please use better quality bags.

Lovely service from both sisters at the counter. Was able to trial the karak Chai before purchasing. Was not disappointed. Plenty of options to choose from and ticks all the box. Will be back next time when im in Birmingham.

A part of our order wasn’t available and we instantly received a call to inform us about it. They offered an alternative (very close one) and also sent us an extra cup of tea (to make up the difference in price) and additionally sent a lovely slice of cake with a note of apology. Honestly such excellent customer care given by employees Maariya and Farhana. We’ve ordered from here before, the food is always fresh, well made and tasty! Will order again, again and again! Reasonably priced, consistent and convenient.

Great little place everything I had tasted was good, service was great too zero complaints. Not just a dessert place they do a breakfast menu too which I need to try one day. Will be visiting this again soon. I was told to try the pistachio milkshake which was a good decision.

All you need after a wholesome dinner with family! I ordered a pistachio milkshake, and two flavours of whippy ice cream. Had to wait for quite some time for my order to be ready but it was worth it. Fatima and Aneesa served us nicely and my children were super chuffed with what they ordered. Also, this place is not too heavy on your pocket. An extra 🌟 for this place for supporting 🇵🇸

Second time trying it with the wifey - and again good food and service - although the management could train the staff better especially as they seem to always have youngsters serving so I don’t blame the kids. Food is always great but a bit pricey I would say for Lozells. The deco is very fresh and stylish and decent range of food for a cafe breakfast place. Both times we’ve been it’s always been busy and this time round I got a bit annoyed when food for other customers who ordered after us was coming before ours , therefore I had to enquire with the waitress at the counter. We’ve tried the English breakfast wrap with homemade sauce twice now and both times it’s pleased us. I went for the keema toastie which was flavourful and plenty but it was chicken keema which I guess should have been stated in the menu as meat would Jane been better. The teas are always aromatic and we went for pink tea although their Karak chai is also good to go for.

Came here after dinner, lovely staff member - super helpful and polite, and went out of her way. She let us taste the chai before we had some. We ordered some chais and the biscoff ice cream pot. Chai was pretty good. The portion of ice cream was huge and so heavy!! And the layers of biscoff were way more than I thought they’d be. A much better version of a McFlurry - which is great cos we’re boycotting right?? Decor was clean and the time we went wasn’t rowdy and it was just a pleasant nice place to go.

The food was good, place was clean but the music was too loud to relax and eat . Couldn’t really hear people. Was thinking of asking the lady to turn it down but I didn’t want to seem rude so I just had my food to take out. such a shame cause the place itself would be so lovely to study and just chill.

Food is OK, came before and had the desi breakfast £7.50 and they gave a tea with it but now they don't give tea with the breakfast so I think it's a bit too expensive for what it is now can't be paying £10 for a breakfast.

Food is usually fine, but today I ordered some strawberry chocolate waffle sticks. I've ordered this before multiple times, but for some reason this time it was drowned in strawberry syrup, which has never been on there anytime before. When I took the box out of the bag it leaked all over my carpet and sofa. I'm honestly really confused why they added it and so much. Not sure who is on shift, but management need to look at whoever was preparing dessert at 1.45 on 23/12/23 and train them.

Food was terrible, paratha was hard as rock, hash brown pre heated, beans dry and kraak chaii was just milk, sugar and cinnamon. And they also forgot the coffee but charged us for it. Deffo not going back.

Everytime i walked and ordered i had nothing but lovely service from harris (top gentleman) umayah such a lovely smile always welcoming as ever and one other lovely lady behind the counter areeba. An absolute joke!!! First of all, the prices have been increased and the menus have not been updated (they still have the old prices on them). I ordered the Nachos to dine in and it came in a takeaway box (rather than on a plate - i dont know why) and they were all broken. The portion was very small and the presentation was like a child threw everything in the box together, and then shook the box vigorously. The fries were drenched with their own sauce to the point of all I was eating was sauce (which was not nice) and their karak chai was warm (not boiling hot as when it comes off the hob freshly cooked) and when I asked why this was the waitress replied it shouldn't be warm as it was cooked fresh, and after a breakdown of how chai is cooked (with me telling her how its done) and her common sense finally kicking in she explained that the chai was cooked earlier and put in a "flask" to keep it hot. To me that is not fresh chai 😕 After this horrendous ordeal I will NOT be dining here ever again.
