We ordered this carrot cake from chai box and we had a horrible experience. Thank God that i saw this before taking a bite otherwise i would have been to the hospital now. It literally has fungus on it. They are compromising on customer’s health. The food authority needs to take action.

On the menu it says classic fries with the description of ‘our classic fries topped with our homemade sauce cheese and fresh spring onion’ and it just came out to be sit fried fries.

I had a wonderful brunch experience at ChaiBox! The food was absolutely delicious, every bite was full of flavour and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was so lovely and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a relaxed and enjoyable meal. A special shoutout to the two ladies who served me, Hafsa and Noshin, they were both amazing! So attentive, friendly, and professional with such great customer service skills. They really made the experience even more enjoyable with their warm and welcoming approach. Overall, I was extremely happy and pleased as a customer. I would definitely recommend ChaiBox to anyone looking for great food, great service, and a great vibe. I’ll definitely be coming back!

There are a lot of chai cafes around these days but Chaiibox holds it own with consistent good tasting chai and very nice food. Service is always spot on and staff are always friendly and helpful. Only downside is when ordering online they don’t follow through with their buy 1 get 1 free deals. I have ordered numerous times on this offer but never get it when my order arrives. Apart from that it’s a very promising business. They just need to fix and follow through with the online offers they have :)

Ridiculous portion sizes and prices. Needs to make portions bigger or reduce price.

They can take an age to make the simplest thing. Staff need better training. Food was very burnt. Not good value for money.

If I wanted a meal this cold, I would've just licked an iceberg! The food arrived so late I started questioning my own mortality. By the time it showed up, I had emotionally moved on and considered eating the delivery receipt instead. If I wanted a frozen dinner, I would've gone to the supermarket. At least, their ice-cold meals come with heating instructions. Would I order again? Only if I develop an appetite for disappointment.

Friday afternoon lady (6pm) was very lovely even did table service, very fast and good quality, I always come back here. 😊

Food was great, recommend the sausage and egg bap. Service took a while but understandable as they were busy with justeat orders!

Everything was good but Puri (s) was hard, cracky, it is supposed to be soft. I would request to re-consider puri's recipe.

Been a while since I been here, reason being certain quality of food has declined in my opinion since it first opened except chicken toasties and samosa chaat which are absolutely banging..👌💯🔥 On this occasion, got myself a few different desserts They all was alright taste wise but the pistachio milkcake is my go to dessert at any dessert shop was lacking in my opinion Like I always say everyones taste buds differ and opinions are different but this is just my honest opinion

It has been a fantastic experience visiting the shop for the first time I was greeted with excellent customer service from mis Habibah she was very polite and genuine she was patience with us while we decided and made up our minds to order. I give her a 5 star in herself, but yes the food was deliciously beautiful :-) and I would recommend everyone to try it out. The food and the teas speaks for themselves

This place is super cute. I had the English breakfast. They let you change the eggs to scrambled and sausages to veggie. They give you alot for the price. The hot chocolate was nice. The waitresses were also super helpful and friendly

Been going to this place for a while now however today I ordered via uber eats (usually I’d dine in) & the experience and customer service was awful they have missed one of my items when I called up they said they forgot to pack my item, didn’t even offer me to get it redelivered I have been going to this place for a while now it’s my regular spot. P.s if you’re new & want to try out this place just dine in or get a takeaway don’t bother ordering via delivery services as they will mess up your order.

Been coming chaiibox for over a year now. It's open early which is a must as a lot of places open closer to lunch time than breakfast. It's always clean service is always fast thanks to both Hisfaa and Aamina who always give 5 Star customer service. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I highly recommend this place! 🎯💯🤲🏾😃

The worst experience, food was freezing cold despite being a 2 mins drive from the place. Incorrectly charged and didn't deliver the right food. Mis-sold items.

Was served by the lovely Shifaa, she helped us with food recommendations and the food was fab. We ordered the chicken loaded fries, desi breakfast and Lahoori bun. Very clean environment and nasheeds playing in the background.

Not happy with the service when orders are taken and quality of food that is being served. Orders are not taken accordingly also menu does not match to what is being served or either they are confused and can not differentiate between a naan and paratha. I clearly remember ordering a butter chicken naan Instead, I was given a titcy chicken tikka wrapped in a paratha. I am fully aware of what a naan and paratha looks and taste like. I was told what they severed me was a naan and not a paratha which left me baffled because it looked exactly like the shop brought frozen paratha's you get from the supermarkets nowhere near or tasted like a naan. The food didn't match the menu, please be clear when taking orders and maybe do some research and taste tests to clear your confusion between a naan and paratha. I was told "that's how our naan's are served"

Service was good however my hot chocolate had bits of plastic in it. I told the guy behind the till, he offered to replace the drink however I declined. So be careful if you do decide to buy anything from here. Seems as though no proper protocols to prevent contamination.

Alhamdulillah I have been coming to chaibox since it opened. It's always a friendly and welcoming atmosphere in the shop, their loaded fries are really nice and the milk cakes and I love the fact that they always have nasheeds on Ma Sha Allah 👍🏼

Great experience at Chaiibox! Ray provided friendly, efficient service that made the visit even better. The Oreo Whippy was delicious, and on their recommendation, I tried their signature chai—it was perfectly spiced and delightful. Highly recommend!

Went to get breakfast for the office and was served by Umaya and Fareia. They were very nice and helpful. The food was of a very high quality and tasted great. Will definitely be coming back to get my Chaiibox fix.

Ordered breakfast from this place and was extremely disappointed. The food was bland and lacked flavour. For the price i expected better but it just tasted like they bought all the items from a supermarket and just heated it up and served it. Avoiding and sticking to chaiiwala breakfast.
