Delicious food , clean environment but service was ok.....overall good experience

I ordered a chaat from chaat wala for a family party It was made absolutely disgusting and barley tasted like a chaat it ended up in the bin because everyone who ate this thought it was horrible. When I called to discuss this the service was appalling and very rude I would never recommend this place to anyone 👎🏻👎🏻

Chickpeas and red oinions n teaspoon of yogurt is not chaat, instead of taking on board what cutomers have to say and replacing it with a chaat that is edible u want a pic via instagram ..absolutely shocking. Wont be wasting £6.50 on box just to make it at home anyway. Manager checked via his cctv and that is proof enough that the chaat is made as should be...beyond a joke.

Had a lovely meal with the family here this evening, the chaat was truly lovely a real burst of flavours, we will be coming again!!

Sorry but I wouldn't recommend, since moving from Scotland 9 years, I have yet to find samosa chaat that ticks all the boxes like Scotland did.

Visited after reading in Daily Argus. Had chaat Royal, samosa burger and pistachio milk cake. Everything was best of the best. Highly recommended. You guys smashed it. Keep it up

Awful chaat cold samosa was cold with Bombay mix on it I have been eating chaat for many years in Pakistan to England and by far this is the worst chaat I have ever eaten dont just look at decor of place very nice setup but absolutely shambolic service and food asked for some salad on chaat and the person serving said we dont give salad why put it on display then?

Would not recommend at all. Both nimbus pani's taste exactly like the drinks you get from Asda, no originality at all!! Asked for pink tea on 2 occasions and pakora's on 1 other occasion and was told they do not sell them. Why have them on the menu?! Also the music was so loud in store I could barely hear the young boy that was serving me. Chaat is over priced for a small portion and is definitely over rated.

Chaat was overpriced , nimbu paani was watery and tasteless , manager was extremely rude and service was inadequate , a general hostile environment would not recommend !!

This shop is a rip off, I wanted to buy fresh orange juice because that’s what it says on the website “fresh”, when i received it, it was orange juice from asda. If I had wanted orange juice from asda I would have gone to asda and not CHAATWALA. I do not think you understand what fresh orange is please improve your customer service and communication skills.

My mum likes chaat, she is in her eighties. The samosa chaat was gorgeous, she loved it. The customer service was with a 😃. The tea reminded me of Kashmir, delicious 😋.

I don’t normally give reviews but I just had to come on here to thank Chaat Wala for the amazing food and service. The portions were big so you definitely get more than what you paid for! On top of that I was unsure on what to order and the lovely owner recommended me the Chaat Royale which was delicious and fresh. I definitely recommend and will be going back there again.

I would highly recommend Chaat Wala! The best Chaat’s I Have tasted in Bradford! So fresh & the quality & taste is exceptional. I would highly recommend the chaat from this place . I would describe it like a 'subway style' where you can choose fillings and toppings . Staff are great. Friendly and attentive .

The food an service was on point, really liked the staff as they were friendly and knew what they was talking about in terms of thier food, the mango lassi and the chaats are the best!

I attended this place the first day it opened, what a blessed gathering it was, the owners, the workers, the environment, interior design, everything was spot on, loved it soo much I've actually kept the box and the coke can as a sentimental think, honestly wish nothing but the best for them, I'd recommend gol kappi with abit of sauce and the peas, the way it bursts in your mouth when you bite it, o my days, soo nice, mouths watering right now so better stop typing !!! On my third visit of order absolutely shocking service this time asked for one paprika chaat and one chana chaat got home after few hours decided to have the chana chaat and labelled as so when I open the lid to my shock the chana chaat had savoury sticks sat on top of it how hard is it to make as requested I could understand if the place was buzzing with customers for god sake all your selling are chaat and deserts it’s not hard will be avoiding this place not fit for orders
