Mr Parmo in Bradford

Always very long time ⌛️ waiting for order even not busy time 15 min for donner in pitta in empty kitchen without different orders. Meat often not fresh many sauce inside to kill smell unfresh meat. 6 months ago I got chicken it was really smell even sauce not hidden it. If you are lucky you not got food poising. But who want play that game?

I live in Middlesbrough and thought let’s try a parmo…. I asked for a dinner Parmesan. I got no dinner meat random bits of salad I’ve never ever tried or heard of before and didn’t like and the Parmo was small and just did not look like a Parmo. For a shop that specialises in parmos and calls themselves mr Parmo it was poor. Please do some research on parmos. Never ordering again!!

Recently me and my family ordered a large parmo and meat fries 2 years ago the food tasted excellent we came from newcaslte to brad ford to have it again but the food worsened I would not recommend going to

The delivery driver arrived late and when asked why the food had been marked as delivered 15 mins before it actually was he shrugged said I don’t know and left.

I ordered a large donner pamesan but it did not look large. I ordered a regular one once before which had more than this large one. Disappointed with the portion size but food tasted great

A real hidden gem! It was my first time I ordered from mr Parmo. To be honest I didn’t expect much, but I was pleasantly surprised. The food was cooked to perfection, and portion size was very good to be honest. I ordered a parmo burger meal and only managed to eat half! The family really enjoyed the food from here. It’s a hidden gem and I would highly recommend this place!

Great service thanks ever so much. Fast delivery and fantastic food. Only downfall today was the cream cabbage was completely missed off the order list. When requested to be packed in a separate container. Next time :)

Ordered kids cheeseburger, nuggets and sfc chicken wrap. all came with chips and drink. portion were really good, drinks were full size. all the meals were good quality & tasty. also ordered cake & custard for dessert. Again Great portion sizes, very tasty & the custard was amazing. Can definitely recommend. Thank you

Couldn’t try the food as after 5 repeated calls you’d think someone inside would know how to use a phone it’s not rocket science to pick up a phone and click the magic green button

Too much sauce on the parmo. And the food was all crushed together in the box and stuck to the paper so wasn’t enjoyable

chicken seemed really underdone ended up feeding it to the dogs pink and cold

I arrived just as it opened for the day. Can't fault him for the tables needing a quick wipe down. Told us about the deals available and prepared our order. Good food with good taste. My 2nd visit here and I'll be back when I'm in the area. The deals are really good.

I've been coming here for a while now, Mrs loves the parmesan she always gets a hotshot the staff are friendly and the foods is always on point alhamdulillah.

Food absolutely disgusting orderd the margarita chicken parmo ... Chicken was cold and rubbery no flavour the worst food ive ever had .. My fiance had a chicken tikka wrap.. there was bits of hair in the wrap also it was cold yet again rubbery an not cooked properly.. only thing decent was the cheesecake absolutely a deffo no no !

Food is decent here. I do not throw 5 ⭐️s around but this place well and truly deserves it. All the parmos are spot on. The pasta is also worth a try, unfortunately it’s on the smaller side of the portion scale considering the ask price. Overall;- Food is consistent, good time keeping and brilliant staff. Thank you.🔥

Ehat a horrible experience .looks like every parmesan shop in bradford is focused on tiktok views only...cold and smelly wings,smelly chicken of the parmesan aswell, and the best thing the guy will look in to ur eyes and wont reply to u and wont even put sauces or napkins or forks or anything in the bag even if u ask them to lol.oh no the best of the best thing is in 2023 u ll come to pick the food and they ll tell u ita cash only....without any notice or any display they want people to come with cash,if not go drive down grt horton road in traffic for 10mins to esso and get cash n come back....ahhhh nice....!!!

Very poor quality food. Today I ordered a Mounty box. Peri Peri wings and chips were cold and not freshly made. Peri burger was smelly and had a messy salad in it. (Negative)-1000% value of money. will never come again and will never recommend anyone.

First time ordered from here and the Last?.... Got a large hot shot the fillet was like rubber there was no taste or it wasnt even close to a hot shot pure bland was expecting better ngl ive made better parmos then that myself feel sick 🤢

Always get a parmo from here. Food is hit and miss. Sometimes raw chicken, sometimes rubbery, sometimes cooked. Nobody wants to bite into a piece of raw chicken (i have a photo). Annoyed because it was my money and meal wasted.

Rude staff and cold food. Card machine always seems to be broken.

Bad, very bad and unprofessional service. Food was mediocre and service was appalling. Could see card machine on counter BUT the girl would insist on cash. So had to go to get cash BUT on top was never returned my change back. I was told that they would return me back but they didn’t and I was just embarrassed to ask again so left it to them. You sir needs a crash course in customer services and mannerism.

Called in with my order and told will be ready to collect in 25mins. 1 hour later after spending 45mins in the shop waiting to collect, still not ready. Telling me will be ready in 10mins in regular intervals even more frustrating. At the very least be honest with me.

Service was poor. Waiting almost an hour for a grill chicken. Although the chicken was fine, 5/10 but the service was very poor. They've just lost one valuable customer.

Excellent customer service!There was a mistake with my initial order that was placed via Uber eats. The brothers at the take away were quick to fix and send out another order this time the correct one. Their food is always fresh and the portions are huge. I have to always share. I highly recommend their parmesan, it's the best in town. Will definitely be ordering again :)

service is terrible; ordered 7 30pm arrived 9 30pm. Was told would arrive by 830 then 9 arrived 9 30pm should have refused as food was below average and cold.

DISGUSTING FOOD GAVE ME FOOD POISONING! Ordered a mix grill and the chicken wings smelt so bad from the inside and had a green colour on the Meat I ate it at first then realised it was off the lamb chops weren’t even lamb they were horrible chewy and had no taste will never be getting food from This place again I was sick for 3 nights after eating from here never again STAY AWAY!

Not the best photos but this place deserves a 5 star review. Beef steak on rice is the best I have had in Bradford. Took advantage of an Uber eats offer to try this place out for the first time and despite the delivery being 20 minutes later than stated it was not a problem as the food arrived from there to me in Shipley still hot and fresh. Cooked well though if I had the option I would have asked for it to be slightly less done. Sauces worked well with the food and the pilau rice was much better than the dried out boiled old rice most other places serve. These guys claim their food is fresh, it most definitely was

I ordered two Red Bulls through Uber Eats with my order. It came 20 minutes late and cold. No apology, when I said I won't take it cause it's missing an item their own driver lied that it said I ordered one drink (sic!) and then lied AGAIN saying he's from Uber and he doesn't work for them, while the app clearly says the restaurant staff delivers their orders. After he was clearly exposed he didn't say a word and just left for his car. When I called the restaurant they tried to re buff me by saying I ordered one item and it will take half an hour to deliver it again. I agreed and they lied again since of course no one came. Thieves and liars, avoid this dodgy place.

Avoid avoid avoid. Almost 3hr wait for food. Eventually turned up flat cold. Was told to keep the (inedible food) and we would receive a refund. No refund and now been that we wouldn't get a refund because we accepted the inedible food! Any problems with these guys make sure you record any phone calls with them. They will lie to you just to get you off the phone.

Ordered online, they accepted the order and never sent anything out. Rang the branch for 30mins straight and nobody answered NEVER ORDERING AGAIN!

Ordered for the first time Monday night & it was amazing, best take away we've had in a while. I got the chicken fillet burger & some peri wings, my partner just got a chicken tikka wrap & we couldn't fault anything. The food was still hot when it arrived & it arrived before expected, even the garlic mayo is spot on, we enjoyed it so much we got one again last night 😬 We tried the donner meat neither were really hungry so we just got the kids meal & I couldn't even finish it & my partner just about finished it the portions are decent. We'll definitely be making this our regular take away now

I was brought up in the home of the Parmo and I can say this is the closest to greatness I've tasted in Bradford... so far, even came with salad in a separate box and complementary garlic and chilli that did not go unnoticed the best garlic and chilli I've had in all the lands. Keep it up guys 👍 we ordered a small hot shot and donna kebab that came with actual donna not those weird bits that look like summit you'd give your Cat but it was the right amount... But might try a large next time 🧏‍♂️. (Also we asked for no creamed cabbage as I've never seen it on a Parmo before coming to Bradford but that might be just me... Still 5* tho 😅)

It's my favourite takeaway now. I really love the food it's really tasty mashallah and it comes on time. Service not just good its fantastic. The staff are really nice and friendly. I can't wait till 4 o'clock because am ordering today. I just want to say thank you guys for all the effort you put to make customers happy and hope you have a good day.

Really nice parmos, good choice too each parmo comes with creamed cabbage and steak chips included. Got grilled wings too, My kids love them as not too hot but very flavourful. Did try lamb chops, i wasn't too impressed with them,,needed more sauce/ marinade to keep moist. Usually order online via foodhub or ubereats.

Usually like the quality of food and the service from this place. However, last two times ordered via uber eats and EXTREMELY disappointed. First time a month ago, ordered to deliver as available on uber. Didnt receive confirmation so called and they said wouldnt deliver and we would eirher have to collect or wait till 2hrs later for delivery. Needed food. Said we would collect. Still got charged the delivery fee. Got the food home and part of the order was missing so called them and they said would be delivered in 90minutes! Meal one ruined.... Second time today, ordered, order delivered, one meal had the side missing AGAIN. Called through to the restaurant, again, nothing other than will get one sent out to you. Made them aware 2 peoples meal had been ruined and the chicken had also gone cold and would be colder by the time the side arrived, nothing. Side just delivered by the driver and my brother said “second time this has happened now”, to which his reply was “we dont do it intentionally bro. We just really busy”! He actually remembered the first occasion they did this too! So now have the side but a stone cold chicken! Not sure what to do with it to be honest. Hair found in the mixed steak and potato wedges meal. Really really disappointed. Will NOT be ordering again. Waste of money as cant even sit and eat in peace with all the hoo haa.

Food - Food was absolutely Brill, top quality big portions, really top quality food, can easily say the best parmesan place in bradford, I would definitely reccomend to all to try. Staff- Awesome guys work hard, very respectful again top food joint, them few reviews 1-3 Star reviews most likely there competitors I would ignore them 100%. 5 Star and more any day all day, swords are not enough to describe. Purchased: Hot Shot Parmissn large.
