Absolutely awesome place for my favourite kebab. Taz has been there some 30 years, a really great bloke, always a smile and top notch customer service. Whenever coming back to Batley, Cha-Cha's is always my first port of call.

Chips wasn't cooked an pizza was burnt, used to be one of best takeaways in Batley back in day, but has gone down hill big time now

Amazing quality food as usual. Always looks after its customers whether they’re new or old. Friendly staff and would recommend EVERYONE to try this place out. You won’t regret it.

Been going for 20 years. Best donner and chips (with chilli sauce ofcourse) around, no competition. Never had a complaint.

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid. Ordered a 16" Pizza and a portion of chips. The Pizza base was burned underneath and chips looked half cooked and soggy. Collected it myself, so no waiting for delivery. I rang back to let the them know what happened. But instead was told they make everything fresh, came across very rude. I told them I would write a bad review, but the guy on the phone didn't seem bothered. There was nothing else to do but to bin the food and order somewhere else. That what I would advise everyone else to do.

Totally inedible. Went straight in the bin. Meat feast pizza hardly any meat on and tasted awful. Chicken nuggets and chips - chicken was grey and chips were overcooked. Won’t order again.

I am the first to complain if the food is not right , but the Special Pizza that we I have just had was second to none . Plenty of toppings, piping Hot and for a deep pan a crispy base . A perfect pizza !

Restaurant was communicative in the delay which was good. Unfortunately the food wasn't warm. The chips appeared to have been reheated, a lot were hard. The calzones weren't very well filled and the dough was overcooked on the underside but still doughy in the centre. A disappointing meal overall.

I ordered a medium chicken tandoori with onions and peppers when it arrived it was hot fresh and cooked to perfection, one the oldest shops in batley for a reason, been there over 15 years for a reason. 5 stars is an understatement im afraid. It was so nice i had to order twice. Respect. X

Just been down to get some doner meat food is amazing staff are great too always willing to have a chat get yourself down tomorrow and get some nice food they have been in batley since 1995 so they now what they are doing and they are 5star rating 10 out of 10 from me 👌👍

Great place to eat. Great value for money, friendly staff and very helpful. Been going here for over 20years and the mixed King size kebab with the garlic mayo sauce is my goto. The meat is tasty and fresh.

Wow the mixed kebab from cha cha was unreal, the chicken was like a cuts from a shawarma, its juicy and packed full of flavour.

The fresh made chilli and yogurt sauces are just divine. Hard in 2023 to find such places esp here in this area to find decent and great value pizza from a place been here since 1995.

Food was nice and hot when it arrived, polite and friendly driver always makes the experience better too which he was just that. Delicious food, have been coming to cha-cha pizza for over 15 years and I’ve never had an issue with it. Love it every time.

Well cooked pizza, just as described, plenty of flavour

Fresh produce, crispy base, calm organised staff with smiles all round, a real staple business to the community area. Mushrooms were perfect and the quality Cheese mix was delectable. My friend ordered a select pizza and it’s so thin and beautifully crispy I didn’t need any of the tasty sauces already provided. Will definitely be eating again. Recommend to anyone needing a quality munch nearby. Worth a few minute wait. Good things take time and this was definitely worth it.

Only thing I didn't like was I ordered a chicken and mushroom pizza and instead of plain chicken it was chicken tikka which I don't like but rest of food was lovely

Portion size for “King Kebab” was very poor and the meat tasted & looked undercooked, couldn’t finish it due to meat been very chewy, the naan was nice though.

Ordered a mixed donner in naan the naan was just like a pizza base and the donner and chicken was really cold plus not much donner meat nor chicken was my 1st time ordering from them too never again will i order here again

I’m sorry to say that the pizza was really greasy and not hot on arrival. There was hardly any pepperoni on there but lots of cheap fatty garlic sausage.

Only recently moved to Batley and had a look through the listing for local pizza places that would deliver to us. Looked at everything that was on offer and decided to go for this place because the prices were super fair for what looked like great food. Pizza arrived and the chap was very friendly. Handed the boxes of pizza over and said his goodbyes. Very pleasant. The trouble wasn't the chap though.....the trouble was the pizza in the boxes. When we got stuck in, it quickly became apparent that the food is of extreme low quality. The cheese was rank.....sloppy, very stringy, like melted yellow rubber...almost like blubber, which was just everywhere. The pieces of meat and veg were literally floating in it. The topping seemed very pale and undercooked, yet somehow the base (as cardboardy as it was) was pretty over cooked. It reminded me of one of the worst pizzas I'd had in a place in Leeds. Awful. Shame because the delivery guy was lovely. But then I deserved it for going by the cheaper prices! Should've known better.

Nice pizza, the sauce reminds me of when I was a child and the cheese is really nice. The price is also fair and decent. Waiting time is not too long for freshly cooked food. Staff are awesome and welcoming defiantly recommend

Not the best, even though was recommended. Thin crust very thick, although on the plus was greasy like some pizzas can be. Chips weren’t the best either, they’d gone stiff like they had been sat in the polystyrene container a while.

Really dissapointed in the pizza, it was really doughy and the cheese was just mush. Really did not enjoy this at all.

Disappointed with this order as all good ordered was cold and had to reheat in microwave. Usually don’t have any problems but not 100% happy with this order. We will be informing them when ordering next time

Bought the half n half pizza couldn't tell which one was which so had to guess, since when were toppings added to the bottom of a pizza? Not much cooks under all that cheese. Was disappointed at the weight too, the dough was very thick pizza average weight is 300-400g my pizza weighed 1kg I had problems trying to eat it. Other than that it's Normally a nice place to go but I think I'll try elsewhere next time.

Possibly the worse pizza and kebab I’ve ever had. Pizza was cold and the base tasted like a wet sponge. The kebab was also cod and the slabs of donner meat in my kebab looked like someone had taken an axe to the spit

Ordered for the 1st time pizza and chips from this place on deliveroo because of the £10 discount. The pizza stunk of fish (salmon) ate 1 slice threw the rest away. Would not recommend. Both myself and My Mrs feel not to great

Food was 15 mins later than the already 1 hour - 1 hour 15 min delivery time stated. The food was then cold and the extra toppings we had paid for was missing. Go else where or be very disappointed.

Ridiculous delivery time, arrived 1hr 45mins after ordering, 45 mins later than stated delivery time. The saving grace being staff were super polite when we phoned to check on our order, and the food was spot on.

Food was late, but was understandable a due to Eid, delivery driver apologised for this. Food was delicious as always and despite being late was still hot on arrival!

They marked food on system as received and then failed to deliver. I ended up claiming a refund but lost delivery charge. One to be avoided.
