A place for lads .. somewhere to go with your mates. Not family so much…. Beer okay n staff nice enough. A local pub & probably great for them but nothing to drag me back tbh

Had a quick drink in here on the way home. The staff are very nice, atmosphere was pleasant. Unfortunately the beer was quite flat, this could be due to a needed barrel change, I'm not sure.

Lovely little local establishment. Run by cracking landlords. Very friendly atmosphere and a big support for Leigh Rugby.

Great if you like to sing karaoke. Cheap drinks too.

Good to call in before Super League as just a short walk to the ground.

Called in here after a charity bike ride they where good enough to lay some sandwiches on for the riders very good to service was quick and staff where very friendly

We was staying at a local guest near by as we had travelled to see pink in concert...so we stopped by for a quick pint lovely friendly pub with great service and very helpful bunch of people

I recommend this pub and I always go in when having a night out in Leigh and it's friendly,good company, and made very welcome.

Never ever will it be as good as it's Ellesmere days when Peter was running it, average pub, average ale, average entertainment,not much going on ,quite mediocre

Authentic! Good place to watch a game and have a drink.

Good service and attention. We were able to watch the Bayern-Barça soccer match and they organized a nice dinner for us.

Good staff who coped with us affectionate and party-hungry Swedes. Good patio. The fact that it wasn't a 5a was that they didn't serve food when we were there.

Brilliant atmosphere, however I did meet a young lad who had a fake ID to get in and get drinks. This was on Saturday 18th June.

Good place for cheap drinks...Great place for pool and juke box. Big beer garden too. Because its cheap it attracts the daily drinkers...all a friendly crowd.

Local rugby themed pub. When the weather is nice there is a bouncy castle for the kids.

What a fantastic time we had, we went to watch our hull fc rugby who was playing leigh that day, we called in to the pub an was made very welcome by the landlady and landlord, my husband an father in law went 2 weeks pervious an they remembered my husband an was asking how my father in law was, such lovely welcoming people.

An old school local pub (Which is not a criticism at all!). Definitely a celebration of the local rugby league club but the beer selection was average and the decor outdated.

Only problem with this pub is you could be waiting ages get served unless you are a regular..same with karioki..other wise would go in more often
